@ThreeUKSupport Frustratingly, it’s your home broadband not a handset. Constantly rebooting it. Had 6 months of 30 m/bit good service, then 6 weeks ago, dropped to 4 m/bit. It briefly came back yesterday and is now only 2 m/bit and unusable. Not happy when it’s a 2 year contract

@MKcol @ThreeUK Against my better judgment I tried to renew, as the signal, reception and data package were all very good. No one ever got back to me. So I switched to @O2 Haven’t been able to make a call since. 🤨. They’re all shysters and offer zero customer care.

@AlexGTech1 @ThreeUK I left Three in a huff years ago over their deplorable customer service and policies. The straw that broke the camels back was paid for a watch contract alongside my phone and 5 weeks later it still wasn’t connected - they wanted to start it on the next billing cycle after that!

@ThreeUKSupport Had CALL FROM NETWORK SUPPORT and she told me to reset my network and she said she'd call me back, which she did 30 seconds while my phone was resetting. Must be an idiot

@EE @ThreeUK I have an up to date iPhone 16 with dual SIM, and yet I cannot get a reliable signal to even call North Wales Police within a 3 mile radius of my home in Wrexham. Sort your networks out!

@ThreeUK my reception is awful. Plus when I make or receive phone calls from anywhere it breaks up all the time. I may as well not use it.
