@ThreeUKSupport Frustratingly, it’s your home broadband not a handset. Constantly rebooting it. Had 6 months of 30 m/bit good service, then 6 weeks ago, dropped to 4 m/bit. It briefly came back yesterday and is now only 2 m/bit and unusable. Not happy when it’s a 2 year contract

Worst customer service from @ThreeUKSupport 5 hours of calls. Promised new router for two weeks. Still nothing. No internet and great inconvenience caused 😭

@MKcol @ThreeUK Against my better judgment I tried to renew, as the signal, reception and data package were all very good. No one ever got back to me. So I switched to @O2 Haven’t been able to make a call since. 🤨. They’re all shysters and offer zero customer care.

@ThreeUK All well and good to say you can place calls via 3rd party apps, when you’re reliant on the network to receive calls as a carer for your child and can’t tell anyone because landlines don’t use WhatsApp 👌🏻

@ThreeUK Ffs, people are acting like Three is the only network. Why can't people ask to borrow somebody else's phone or ring out through FB messenger? Hopefully, it'll be fixed soon but it's not the end of the world.
