Had 6 months of 30 m/bit good service, then 6 weeks ago, dropped to 4 m/bit. It briefly came back yesterday and is now only 2 m/bit and unusable. Not happy when it’s a 2 year contract

No one ever got back to me. So I switched to @O2 Haven’t been able to make a call since. 🤨. They’re all shysters and offer zero customer care.

I worked in mobile industry in the past for over 20 years and never came across a single case like this where the customer was correct. None.
