@ThreeUKSupport Frustratingly, it’s your home broadband not a handset. Constantly rebooting it. Had 6 months of 30 m/bit good service, then 6 weeks ago, dropped to 4 m/bit. It briefly came back yesterday and is now only 2 m/bit and unusable. Not happy when it’s a 2 year contract

@MKcol @ThreeUK Against my better judgment I tried to renew, as the signal, reception and data package were all very good. No one ever got back to me. So I switched to @O2 Haven’t been able to make a call since. 🤨. They’re all shysters and offer zero customer care.

@ThreeUK adding charges before I have even started a contract with you and not chaning my sim over on the date I request 2 weeks ago. Now you're saying I have to wait another week to transfer a number. Very poor start

@ThreeUK The three network is not good enough in Belfast Loch or the area of the Stena line Victoria terminal 4. Between Scotland and Ireland the signal is very poor. Sort it out.

@_alicebeer @ThreeUK Absolute incompetency! New contract, 5g hub arrived on 5th. Not working. Many calls to support. THREE days for them to get it that the sim is faulty! Replace hub and sim. Hub just arrived! No sim. Will take THREE days to get the sim. 7 of the 14 days exchange/cancel wasted!
