    @MKcol @ThreeUK Against my better judgment I tried to renew, as the signal, reception and data package were all very good. No one ever got back to me. So I switched to @O2 Haven’t been able to make a call since. 🤨. They’re all shysters and offer zero customer care.

    @ThreeUKSupport Frustratingly, it’s your home broadband not a handset. Constantly rebooting it. Had 6 months of 30 m/bit good service, then 6 weeks ago, dropped to 4 m/bit. It briefly came back yesterday and is now only 2 m/bit and unusable. Not happy when it’s a 2 year contract

    Worst customer service from @ThreeUKSupport 5 hours of calls. Promised new router for two weeks. Still nothing. No internet and great inconvenience caused 😭

    The fact my @ThreeUK upgrade phone has to be delivered to my address and I can't reroute it to my work address is driving me insane as most of the time no one is at my house to receive delivery and I'm at work. Looks like I'm never going to get it - time to cancel my contract?

    @ThreeUKSupport No, it got disconnected but I still very clearly requested my contract to be cancelled so as far as I’m concerned that’s when I gave notice. The online chat is incredibly slow and painful to use and interact with. No one has time to spend 40min plus just to cancel a contract

    @ThreeUK hi I have 5G home broadband and the signal has been on 4G since yesterday. I see on the site there is an issue but it doesn’t give a timeframe on when it will be sorted can you please advise?

    @ThreeUKSupport All of you companies threatened her every month. She has no income with kids. Covid closed her business and the government didn't help. I've seen her go to hell and back. I'm beyond disgusted. Every month for 24 months you cut her off.. she contacted you Monday via live chat.
