    @MKcol @ThreeUK Against my better judgment I tried to renew, as the signal, reception and data package were all very good. No one ever got back to me. So I switched to @O2 Haven’t been able to make a call since. 🤨. They’re all shysters and offer zero customer care.

    Worst customer service from @ThreeUKSupport 5 hours of calls. Promised new router for two weeks. Still nothing. No internet and great inconvenience caused 😭

    @ThreeUKSupport Frustratingly, it’s your home broadband not a handset. Constantly rebooting it. Had 6 months of 30 m/bit good service, then 6 weeks ago, dropped to 4 m/bit. It briefly came back yesterday and is now only 2 m/bit and unusable. Not happy when it’s a 2 year contract

    I can't believe the service I've had from @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport I have NEVER had an issue like this before with the company but to have NO service on my phone and NO help whatsoever I am shocked and tbh I'm upset and getting angry.

    @ThreeUKSupport More worrying: I've now got into a nice support person. They tell me the account was not locked. So even doing that process with the security check etc didn't seem to actually do anything. Needs to be super efficient and reliable to protect your account/SIM imho.

    @ThreeUKSupport engineer told me 5g hub sim not working. Told me 1-3 days for sim to arrive. I said no. Need now. He told me go branch. I go branch for new sim and branch tell me unable to sort. Now branch not letting me cancel. Took this out yesterday. What are my rights?
