Worst customer service from @ThreeUKSupport 5 hours of calls. Promised new router for two weeks. Still nothing. No internet and great inconvenience caused 😭

@MKcol @ThreeUK Against my better judgment I tried to renew, as the signal, reception and data package were all very good. No one ever got back to me. So I switched to @O2 Haven’t been able to make a call since. 🤨. They’re all shysters and offer zero customer care.

@ThreeUKSupport Frustratingly, it’s your home broadband not a handset. Constantly rebooting it. Had 6 months of 30 m/bit good service, then 6 weeks ago, dropped to 4 m/bit. It briefly came back yesterday and is now only 2 m/bit and unusable. Not happy when it’s a 2 year contract

@ThreeUKSupport Thanks. It says good coverage. However, it says that for EE, and it's been poor for years. Do you support a signal booster?

@ThreeUKSupport I hope you’re planning on giving your customers dealing with this some compensation for all this. Horrible WiFi for weeks and now this. Can’t expect us to pay for nothing.

Hey @ThreeUK , do you guys offer family plans? My Dad needs a new phone so I figured I'd treat him on Father's Day.

@kcm76 @ThreeUK Help is never helpful, whether it’s a link on someone’s website w/searchable queries which never match your problem, or in-person. “Now click on THIS.” “That’s not an option on my screen.” 😡

@ThreeUK The salesman said "nit my problem". She said she felt it was unreasonable & he started shouting at her & my 2 yr old that he wouldn't serve her. She felt very uncomfortable. So she agreed to a 2yr contract, which, was possible with NO ID! but buying the phone wasn't.

@ThreeUK you have by far the worst service I’ve ever known. It is next to impossible to speak to an actual person over the phone, the live chat is only useful if you actually have internet connection and even then the problem is never sorted. £55 a month for what?

@ThreeUK the absolute IRONY of that tweet having to go to drafts because there wasn’t enough signal in Manchester City centre for it to send when I pressed the button

@ThreeUK Everyday for weeks "We have an update about your case and will give you a call today. The number we call from will show as 0333 338 1040" Followed by a call asking for a time and number when someone using Vodafone network tried to call me
