    @ThreeUKSupport Frustratingly, it’s your home broadband not a handset. Constantly rebooting it. Had 6 months of 30 m/bit good service, then 6 weeks ago, dropped to 4 m/bit. It briefly came back yesterday and is now only 2 m/bit and unusable. Not happy when it’s a 2 year contract

    @MKcol @ThreeUK Against my better judgment I tried to renew, as the signal, reception and data package were all very good. No one ever got back to me. So I switched to @O2 Haven’t been able to make a call since. 🤨. They’re all shysters and offer zero customer care.

    Worst customer service from @ThreeUKSupport 5 hours of calls. Promised new router for two weeks. Still nothing. No internet and great inconvenience caused 😭

    @ThreeUK I’ve had issues all day today my calls aren’t going through!!! From 4G it’s gone to 3G my calls aren’t even ringing out or going to voicemail it’s not just myself it’s all the people I know on 3

    @ThreeUKSupport Still no Wifi Calling even in the NE5 area. Normal cellular calls appear fine. Is there a general issue with Wifi Calling in the North East area?

    @ThreeUK Same I’ve had issues… for a long time now and it’s not getting any better! It’s issue after issue with this network not happy at all

    @ThreeUK There are always so many issues. This is on top of the fact you put payg prices up after telling me they weren't going up and left me on a high rate tariff without me even knowing. Then there is the text issues I have and the signal here is dreadful now. Used to be better.
