@ThreeUKSupport Frustratingly, it’s your home broadband not a handset. Constantly rebooting it. Had 6 months of 30 m/bit good service, then 6 weeks ago, dropped to 4 m/bit. It briefly came back yesterday and is now only 2 m/bit and unusable. Not happy when it’s a 2 year contract

1/ Terrible service from @ThreeUK. I have been waiting on an email from them to confirm my lost phone has been blacklisted for weeks. I have called more than 7 times to have to explain myself over and over again.. and still NO email. @fonehouse lost my phone in the post

@ThreeUKSupport I realised it was not available is Senegal (I was connected to Senegalese mobile networks from shore) but you continued to charge me over my cap and all my charges come from simply having poor information regarding the data passport

@ThreeUKSupport Hi, my 5G broadband speed has dropped from an average of 150Mb download to just 6mb multiple times in the last 24 hours. Your status checker says there are no issues in my area. My 5G connection on my phone still reaches around 150Mb download.
