@ThreeUKSupport Frustratingly, it’s your home broadband not a handset. Constantly rebooting it. Had 6 months of 30 m/bit good service, then 6 weeks ago, dropped to 4 m/bit. It briefly came back yesterday and is now only 2 m/bit and unusable. Not happy when it’s a 2 year contract

@ThreeUKSupport (2) I then was told the issue had been escalated for resolution and I should expect an update on it. A day later, I called again to ask for an update and your agents keep trying to do the very same things I keep telling them were done the previous day. And they take hours on hold

@ThreeUKSupport (4) The voicemail said they had an update for me regarding my order. But I called back and the team answering the calls keep rounding me in circles trying to do the exact same things we’ve done the past 3 days. I’m disappointed honestly. And now, my issue hasn’t been solved 🤷🏽

@ThreeUKSupport When the call hangs up (it will make no sound and then disconnect with a beep) my mobile network and texts begin to work again

Switched to @ThreeUK recently but I’m beginning to wish I hadn’t bothered. It’s been down more than it’s been up working. Yet again I’ve had no service all day. 🤬

I love @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport as a network. But the customer service advisors seriously need some retraining. Heavy retraining. 98% of the staff are seriously incompetent. Me: I'd like to pay my bill CSA: ok, you want a new contract, I'll put you through to upgrades 1 example

@ThreeUKSupport hi! Over the past few months I’ve experienced awful signal around Swansea and Neath Port Talbot. The signal always shows as at least 2 bars of 4G. I’m I have an iPhone 13 Pro, and seem to only be able to use my phone decently when connected to WiFi. Please help 😢

@ThreeUKSupport I ordered a new sim as the one in my current broadband hub was potentially faulty as the hub kept losing signal.

@ThreeUKSupport A few months ago I think. I was advised that my existing unlimited contract would just roll to a monthly basis unless I chose to sign on for a new 12-24 month plan. Which I avoided due to emergent signal issues following Three network works (note on my account)
