    @ThreeUKSupport Frustratingly, it’s your home broadband not a handset. Constantly rebooting it. Had 6 months of 30 m/bit good service, then 6 weeks ago, dropped to 4 m/bit. It briefly came back yesterday and is now only 2 m/bit and unusable. Not happy when it’s a 2 year contract

    Worst customer service from @ThreeUKSupport 5 hours of calls. Promised new router for two weeks. Still nothing. No internet and great inconvenience caused 😭

    @MKcol @ThreeUK Against my better judgment I tried to renew, as the signal, reception and data package were all very good. No one ever got back to me. So I switched to @O2 Haven’t been able to make a call since. 🤨. They’re all shysters and offer zero customer care.

    @ThreeUK Letting down disabled customers for 7 wks No signal , lied to by your operatives , told utter nonsense, gaslighting, Wasted hrs on online chat, keeping getting told my complaint is sorted IT ISN'T. Have been a customer for 14yrs. You had audacity to try to upsell when no signal

    How are poor @ChelseaFCW meant to get new shirts in time for the weekend with no @ThreeUK logo on when they are trying to not spend money :( I kinda get why they feel the need to suspend their sponsorship but feel so sorry for the players and staff who have done nothing wrong :(
