    @ThreeUKSupport Frustratingly, it’s your home broadband not a handset. Constantly rebooting it. Had 6 months of 30 m/bit good service, then 6 weeks ago, dropped to 4 m/bit. It briefly came back yesterday and is now only 2 m/bit and unusable. Not happy when it’s a 2 year contract

    @ThreeUKSupport I've been having problems with my 4g signal for the past week or 2, it's been staying at 2 bars no matter where I am, I use to always get full in my house now I barely get any, occasionally no signal. How can I fix this.

    @ThreeUKSupport Contract began on early 2017 & there wasn’t a delay on bill payments even for once. Then when it came to closing account due to leaving the UK for good, send few more bills for unused service. End up forced to pay for not being available at my UK address to receive mail in bills!

    @ThreeUKSupport very disappointed with this 1day after launch and still no handsets delivered 😞 How to you guy's plan to make up for this ?? surely all customer's affected should be compensated for no receiving a PRE ORDERED Handset until after the release date? Considering another network now

    @ThreeUKSupport you are soon going to be losing a customer if I cannot access my online account. I’ve tried to reset my password so many time and every time I do, I get the same error message. At this rate it is easier to swap providers. Please help

    @ThreeUKSupport my upgrade was supposed to arrive yesterday but no sign of it, no messages or communication either, and I can't see anything on "My Account" as several pages appear to be broken. How can I find out what's going on?

    Why is it that whenever I try and call @ThreeUK to cancel my phone contract (during my cooling off period) the line always mysteriously drops?

    @ThreeUK since changing my phone my Whatsapp messages are not going through. Internet is working but the messages are not going through and phone signal is weak

    @ThreeUKSupport Having an awful time returning my 4G modem within the 30 day period, as I moved house and they will only send the envelope to my old address. I've been redirected on the phones 4 times to different indian call centres, no-one can help & they say I will be charged

    @ThreeUKSupport Nope, nothing improved. Being sent a new sim, but still not impressed with being hung up on, twice, very poor form. If the network issues don’t improve I’ll be going elsewhere.

    @ThreeUKSupport It wasn’t a final bill I had the phone 2 days and sent it back so I shouldn’t be getting billed for anything I’ve raised the issue 5 times with your customer service online chat and via phone and still nothing keep getting txt messages from CRS saying I owe three £106
