@ThreeUKSupport Frustratingly, it’s your home broadband not a handset. Constantly rebooting it. Had 6 months of 30 m/bit good service, then 6 weeks ago, dropped to 4 m/bit. It briefly came back yesterday and is now only 2 m/bit and unusable. Not happy when it’s a 2 year contract

@MKcol @ThreeUK Against my better judgment I tried to renew, as the signal, reception and data package were all very good. No one ever got back to me. So I switched to @O2 Haven’t been able to make a call since. 🤨. They’re all shysters and offer zero customer care.

3/3 This was after an hour long chat with @ThreeUK customer support where they couldn't find any details of a current contract. Which obviously begs the questions, what am I paying for, why are their debt collection team chasing it and why can't I cancel it? Unimpressed.

I'm stunned @ThreeUKSupport - my 82 year old Nan went into one of your shops today for help putting her sim into her new phone and your staff wouldn't help her as she doesn't have a passport or driving licence, what on earth kind of customer service is that!!

@ThreeUK how do I get to speak to a human being? Do I have to threaten to cancel my contract? Phone menu has no option for this. Live chat closes when I choose ‘something else’ option. All I want to do is disable my voicemail FFS. Instructions on website are useless

@ThreeUK I’m in Mexico and can’t buy data passport. Had no problem getting this in the past. 333 not working and live chat down. Terrible service!!! Please fix this for me as I am relying on your data passport to contact loved ones.
