@MKcol @ThreeUK Against my better judgment I tried to renew, as the signal, reception and data package were all very good. No one ever got back to me. So I switched to @O2 Haven’t been able to make a call since. 🤨. They’re all shysters and offer zero customer care.

@ThreeUKSupport Frustratingly, it’s your home broadband not a handset. Constantly rebooting it. Had 6 months of 30 m/bit good service, then 6 weeks ago, dropped to 4 m/bit. It briefly came back yesterday and is now only 2 m/bit and unusable. Not happy when it’s a 2 year contract

@ThreeUKSupport 42 minutes phone call. Your customer service on the phone and/or online really isn't very good. Still can't access my online account. I have given up trying. A shame because the staff instore at Eastbourne are fantastic.

@ThreeUKSupport @elliotw100 Elliot they’re just doing it to increase revenue which is ridiculous. Raise a complaint and tell them you have been quoted as being able to keep it in a 3store. 3 complaints have the power to add an “exempt” flag in your account to override go roam charges as an exception.
