Latest outage, problems and issue reports in Northam and nearby locations:

  • bexybex74 Rebecca Craft (@bexybex74) reported from Barnstaple, England

Worst customer service from @ThreeUKSupport 5 hours of calls. Promised new router for two weeks. Still nothing. No internet and great inconvenience caused 😭

  • glaslyn Julian Morris (@glaslyn) reported from Croyde, England

@ThreeUKSupport Frustratingly, it’s your home broadband not a handset. Constantly rebooting it. Had 6 months of 30 m/bit good service, then 6 weeks ago, dropped to 4 m/bit. It briefly came back yesterday and is now only 2 m/bit and unusable. Not happy when it’s a 2 year contract

@ThreeUK Well done three, these poor people need as much help as possible. As a three customer I think it’s to consider pulling sponsorship of Chelsea fc.

@deandingaling @stuglow Three were very difficult to leave. Was passed around on the phone and phone conveniently put down on me a few times. I went into store where they said I had to phone to cancel contract. Took about 2 months of email complaints to leave. Very stressful. @ThreeUK
