    @ThreeUK please tell me why your colleges tell me different things, 1 says there’s network issues in my area (yet my family also on 3 living in the SAME HOUSE have no issues) then I get told I have a cap on my account which was requested in March but only activated last week???🤬

    If you have a sim contract with .@ThreeUK make sure you check your DD payments regularly. They charged me double for one number for months until I spotted it. Slow to respond and I had to claim my money back under the banks DD guarantee. Also no compensation.

    @ThreeUKSupport My mum bought a apple plug and wire from the Three Store 3 months ago for £20 each and now it's stopped working, and they are not willing to change it, due to her not having the receipt. The man who we spoke to was very rude and had no customer service
