@ThreeUKSupport I'm really pissed as the signal went a hr b4 the btc markets crashed .... I lost money due to no frigging signal ... I have all u can eat ... But never get to use it for a whole month with out it going down at some point :(

@glennbowdin @ThreeUKSupport @three unfortunately, these sorts of practices are very common in almost all industries and the government and it's regulators do absolutely nothing to discourage it. By making it unclear that you can and should get your refund, they count on some people never claiming it.

@ThreeUKSupport B76 1EG. One minute it’s connected and working at plus 40 megabits then all of a sudden it slows to less than 1. And stays there until I reboot the router. Sometimes it does not connect at all. These problems are ongoing, started around March and got worse from then on.
