    @ThreeUKSupport hi, your internet service on sim is totally crap , it is not showing even 4g but h+ , and very very slow service specially for last 2 days and my area in Sheffield s2 3lq .

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi, the refund is for a consumer to business switch, initiated by the store, that had an error and never completed. The store totally accept responsibility and have been so helpful, but calling customer services has ended up with them blaming me and saying I “ignored” a text.

    @ThreeUKSupport Good afternoon, I bought a 5G router 2 months ago and have been very pleased with it enjoying 60 -70 mbps. Yesterday it dropped to 2 - 3 mbps which is no use to me at all. Is there a short term problem? My postcode is NP15 1EF. Thank you.

    @nowtvhelp Had issues with the app streaming on Pixel 6a. The video froze (most likely due to @ThreeUKSupport network connection) so went back to restart the playback but it shown the next episode instead...

    @threeUK Beginning of the third week without effective Three broadband in King's Cross London N1. No meaningful explanation from cy. other than 'working on it'. Pretty shoddy customer relations. What on earth is going on?
