Great the @ThreeUK app has updated now can’t login again, just Hope difficult is it for these developers to actually I don’t know test the app before they release it

@ThreeUK This outage has seriously affected our safety and daily life. I had urgent safeguarding issues today and was unable to receive critical calls due to your network failure. Who is taking responsibility for the impact this has caused on vulnerable people like us?

@ThreeUKSupport not able to make or take calls all day. When is this problem going to be fixed and why has there been no communication to customers? Poor show and makes me wonder why I should continue with Three. Not nearly good enough!

@ThreeUK You’re not sorry and the data isn’t working at all - I’m having to either be on WiFi or nothing. Stop lying and bounce us to another network whilst you sort the issue. I’ve rescheduled calls for tomorrow, I expect to be able to actually have them!

@ThreeUK The thing with three is they are this huge company who have now colluded with vodaphone who as I recall had terrible coverage ,I think there will be more of this and it’s all down to greed so I’m looking at EE as I feel this will be a regular occurrence
