Great the @ThreeUK app has updated now can’t login again, just Hope difficult is it for these developers to actually I don’t know test the app before they release it

@ThreeUKSupport Yes as mentioned above i was on with them for over an hour an ther result at the end was that you were having issues at your end it's not our equipment.

@ThreeUK This is great but I can't even get a 4G/4G+ connection on my device and have been told it is a capacity issue at the Cell Site and there is no fix date. My options are put up with it or terminate my contract really not happy. Please can someone give me a better resolution to this

@ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport Good afternoon. Visiting postcode EX34 0DY North Devon today, the Three network signal is very poor in that postcode. 4G is off in that area and apparently has been off for a while. Any chance of a fix?

@ThreeUKSupport Never arrived. Despite me calling customer service and asking exact day they insisted is 14.Lack of respect of someone time is disappointing. Today I'm told call tomorrow but it might be delivered on 20th.Other companies can deliver on 16 tho. But not Three.
