  @ThreeUK just been on chat with 'Kevin' after 40 mins he told me to check the sim in a phone and the chat will stay active for 5 mins then log back on i did as he asked he disconnected the chat AWFUL customer service But why did I expect anything less from 3?

  @ThreeUKSupport I tried that earlier. Live Chat doesn't work - no operator's available. You never reply to emails, and you don't answer the phone. And why am I paying £11.93 a month for your shite service when you're now offering it for £10???

  @ThreeUK sent me a contract I never made with direct debit on my name and correct bank account (not the sort code). I contacted them. 1 h, no solution. Called the day after, got an email. The reply: send docs with picture and they will give me a password and call again. (1

  @ThreeUKSupport waste more time? erase me from your data and cancel the criminal contract which I sent to you. You can’t sell with no docs! So do one good thing. Save me from the agony and confirm cancellation and explain why you have my bank details. @guardian @Channel4
