Great the @ThreeUK app has updated now can’t login again, just Hope difficult is it for these developers to actually I don’t know test the app before they release it

@ThreeUKSupport Thank you for your response Rhiannon. I am trying to do a top up using a voucher and it says this service is unavailable because of maintenance work. It is still unavailable this morning. I am not impressed.

@ThreeUKSupport Nothing done. They just do not seem to understand that the store would not hand over to me the 2 phones from 2 separate orders. This has been going on since May. For example, yesterday i explained that i never had the phones and their reply was "so have you sent the device back?"

@ThreeUKSupport @oIiviarl ordered phone to collect from store, would not give to me as confusion over my name. Told to reorder but same problem. Still getting emails for payments for phone i never had. Tried talking to Three by phone, chat, complaint form but do not get I never had them.

@ThreeUKSupport That’s one of the problems. I got everything sorted on Saturday with new password, but today we couldn’t log in so we went down the forgotten password route and things just got worse. Text codes are not arriving, and once a password is changed, it’s not accepted.

@ThreeUKSupport So when will u be making the necessary improvements here? I'm having issues with weak and fluctuating network coverage in PO8 9UF. Slow broadband speeds and buffering on YouTube and BBC iPlayer on the Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra 5G 😭😭😭😭

@ThreeUKSupport Hayley, your missing the point, I’ve been a customer for 15 years, surely that rule shouldn’t apply here, and I certainly was never made aware of this, which is odd considering I spend a quarter of the year overseas _ which you would have obviously seen that when 👀 at my account
