Great the @ThreeUK app has updated now can’t login again, just Hope difficult is it for these developers to actually I don’t know test the app before they release it

@ThreeUK I sent you a written complaint (about an attempt to trick my 90 year old Mother into a more expensive contract than she need pay) by tracked/signed delivery that was accepted by you on 11/11/2021. Since then, I have yet to receive a response. What is my escalation path?

@cockaparte @ThreeUK Three have a history of poor reception issues and will just toy you along for a bit and then not be able to resolve the issue due to the inadequacy of their infrastructure. Their customer service team can’t even tell you what is going on with the network.

@ThreeUKSupport - I have no mobile signal??, I have a new sim on order is that why I have lost all signal my daughter is on 3 as well her signal is all ok, if I use her sim in my phone signal is back
