Great the @ThreeUK app has updated now can’t login again, just Hope difficult is it for these developers to actually I don’t know test the app before they release it

@ThreeUK someoen took contract under my name with difrent address So now Im in debts becayse its my name but I cant confirm adress becayse ITS A FRAUD AND I DIDNT TOOK OTHER CONTRACT. After 7 hours on line and 2h in store No resolution Lets just leave our customer in debts

@iD_Mobile_UK @DaxJaryx Again, that's very kind, Tom. However, your company supplies handsets and contracts; it was down to @ThreeUKSupport to let customers know that their network was broken. They're pretty keen to text you when you owe them money, etc...

@ThreeUK Signal across #London is abysmal though, frequently drops out - we had to move to 3G instead of 5G just to get maps to work in Regent's Park a while ago :/

Particularly unsatisfying experience in the @ThreeUK shop in Liverpool this morning. 25 mins resulted in “you need to phone our customer services department”… waste of time
