@ThreeUKSupport Hello. I have an ongoing router issue & spoken with someone on the phone, who's running tests & getting back to me next week. Now I'm getting an APN connection error, have zero WiFi in EH11 2NQ & the system thinks I've not paid my bill, which was taken on 2 Nov.

@ThreeUKSupport I have been unable to re renter the UK where I live due to Covid.I have been told I cannot use roaming because I have been out of the country for 12 months.Yet you allowed me to renew my contract when you knew I needed to travel. Disgusted at this awful service.
