  • EandAG evergreen (@EandAG) reported

@thedogman_918 @ThreeUK @O2 I went to 3 to talk about an upgrade recently. The salesperson was more interested in trying to get MrG to move contract from another supplier. MrG politely told the salesperson to speak to me (their customer) first but after still trying a few minutes later we walked out.

  • Denirogers DENI ROGERS 🇬🇧 🇺🇦 🇪🇺 (@Denirogers) reported

@thedogman_918 @ThreeUK @O2 You’re well out Chris, one of the few companies charging roaming again. They’ve let me down twice now when I was abroad. I’ll change when my contract comes up.

  • olisquiress Oli Squires (@olisquiress) reported

@thedogman_918 @ThreeUK @O2 O2’s service (at least where I am) are awful having been with Three before. Cannot wait to leave them

@mrwildotcom @ThreeUK What’s got me is that we were never informed! Yet they were able to give me an end date for the maintenance. Unbelievable!!

  • Tess269 ⫩ 💖T💖 ⫩ (@Tess269) reported

@ThreeUKSupport International roaming was active prior to leaving the UK. She did receive a text message when we landed saying that she could use her minutes/texts. But hasn't been even been able to call your customer service team.

  • dharford79 Dave Harford (@dharford79) reported

@thedogman_918 @ThreeUK @O2 There is no tears for loyalty anymore. I left three and was same crap service

  • Tess269 ⫩ 💖T💖 ⫩ (@Tess269) reported

@ThreeUKSupport It won't let her live chat on her phone. It just says unavailable, as we have no WiFi at our hotel. I'm using my data from my plan with another provider. Her mobile network setting say she's connected to Movistar (4g) Other networks that are showing are orange, vodafone

  • mrschappers1 Alison Chapman (@mrschappers1) reported

@thedogman_918 @ThreeUK @O2 My eldest had a similar experience. It took him phoning to cancel to actually get a decent deal. Appalling customer service leading up to that

  • Ants__Bee Abacus (@Ants__Bee) reported

@ThreeUKSupport I can DM you however, there may be others in the area would also like to know when you’re going to provide the basic level of service expected from a phone network.
