@ThreeUKSupport once again absolutely shambolic customer service by 3. Contract cancelled since Nov phoned twice since each call 2 hours and still receiving bills. I'm named on the account but as its my wifes account and she isn't in so they wont talk to me. See u in court

@ThreeUK There's clearly a problem with your SMS service. Fair enough, it happens. It's showing on Downdetector. But your service agents are blissfully unaware. Incompetent.

@ThreeUKSupport @LeedsLeechy It's quite concerning that there are conflicting messaging from different support agents. It's clearly down, no notification given that this was the case. When is this going to get fixed? it's most definitely not fixed and we had no idea it was broken until we tried using!
