@ThreeUK Hi. Partner purchased 5G router from you yesterday. All devices are working with it except for PlayStation 4. It is failing to connect to the PlayStation network. When connected to the Vodafone hotspot on my phone there isn’t a problem. Any ideas? Thanks.

  • JacamoRed Jon (@JacamoRed) reported

I’m supposedly with one of the biggest 5G networks in the UK - @ThreeUKSupport - but my phone is essentially a brick whenever I am in a large urban area. I got better signal in the Albanian mountains for crying out loud.

  • thedelboy Derek Turpin #PAPA (@thedelboy) reported

Sent by a third party ie a mobile contract provider with the @ThreeUK network, who apparently really look after their Customers ( i personally did not find that tbh, but in fairness they were ok). So if anyone here in the UK have had problems with Samsung mobile repairs please DM

@scatterbrainjoe @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport I genuinely had to call the police yesterday (for non-emergency) but couldn’t call or text the police officer.

  • LipsJsm John Morgan (@LipsJsm) reported

@WalesOnline My coverage has been awful since the merger, I've had to phone @ThreeUK numerous times to check on signal issues
