Ever since the “improvement” works in the area, my signal has been terrible @ThreeUK The internet is barely functional which is very annoying as I used to rely on that daily when our Sky Broadband inevitably crashed

@ThreeUK when are Three going to allow e-Sim in the network. I have a Galaxy Watch 4 and can't use it without my phone. O2, EE and Vodafone all offer this. Will I have to join them? 😕

@ThreeUK Whilst I agree to a fair use policy the treatment of customers who cannot get back to the UK due to COVID is awful. You should be ashamed. Consider my contract in dispute while I speak to @Ofcom

If it was an Android update it should have stopped working immediately after the update reboot, but an operator settings update might have borked it at any time.. At this point support will normally tell you to factory reset and retest
