@ThreeUK Went to three to renew of charities contract. 2hrs later is has not been sorted as two telephone customer service workers messed us about. Will cancel our contract with three in May!!!

@ThreeUKSupport how do I contact the compliants team directly? Your team in the chat function have been no help for the second time of contacting them, I am 2 hours in and on my 4 possibly 5th person, scratch that they are moving me again to another team and another person!!!

@ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport great to see eSims are finally after at least 3 years of telling us they are coming there here !! But only with your new plans and existing now have to wait yet again, my plan doesn’t run out for another 503 days & I’ve been a loyal customer since 2010!
