    @ThreeUK Really sad and annoyed at the level of help 3 are willing to give their customers even when trying to discuss financial difficulties, no one seems to want to help at all.

    @ThreeUKSupport having network issues with box & mobiles. Cutting off on phones & can't stream or use Internet. Like this for well over a month, despite calls to you. Difficult to talk as keep getting cut off. Reset box about 20 times, no different. Will cancel today if not fixed

    @ThreeUKSupport Yes, I eventually managed to get my contract cancelled but I shouldn't have had to ask numerous times. I was a long time customer and the entire situation was so frustrating.
