So @EE my husbands phone has no signal he can’t even phone YOU - all cos of a mistake you’re people made on a sim only contract. Should he just go to a decent network - like @ThreeUK

@ThreeUKSupport You cant solve an ongoing problem after 5 months, with bad reception, calls not connecting, callers unable to hear me, but think its ok to charge me £50 to cancel my contract. Care to explain

@ThreeUK I use a #three SIM in a 4G router (which is at another address). I need to log in to my account to change my address. You are sending confirmation texts to my 4G router which isn't helping me log in!! You don't accept messages. Help!

@ThreeUKSupport I am getting 2 bars of 4G signal inside my flat and 4 bars of 5G signal outside, however the 4G calling seems to be working now 🤷🏻 possible been a glitch or network fault?

Of @Ofcom . Please ask @ThreeUK why they are leaving #broadband customers in #llandudno with horrendous speeds. Outage due to 'working in the area' some 11+ days now .
