    @ThreeUK why do I have to make a call longer than a minute to prove my address? I don’t make phone calls, ever. So now I can’t change my address and upgrade my phone? This is some caveman ****

    @ThreeUKSupport I'm trying to change my mum's payg sim to monthly. I was sent a new sim with a new nmbr which is not what I wanted so I called, explained the issue and they cancelled. Now trying to do it through the app and it seems I DO need the new numbr???
