    @ThreeUKSupport The issue is ongoing since Sunday (06/06). Chatted with support. I was told relevant department will respond within 48 hours. Now it's over 120 hours and I've not heard a whisper.

    @ThreeUKSupport my signal has been terrible for1-2 months now 1/2 bars is all I seem to get, phone calls dropping out barely getting through. I switched to you to avoid this. Is there a reason I’m paying £40 a month for terrible signal?

    @ThreeUKSupport No. They didn't. I sent the Agent complete chat log of Sunday. She was having problems with Computer. Then I requested to speak to customer relations department to make complaint about not hearing from relevant department. (1/2)

    @ThreeUKSupport Don't bother getting a @ThreeUK mobile, major issues and I have family who are experiencing the same issues in a different town, so not isolated!
