    @ThreeUKSupport Every time I’ve clicked since Friday there is nobody there. Not even a queue to wait in. I need this issue resolved today or I’m cancelling the contract with my bank.

    I can't believe how bad @ThreeUK internet signal is. I've been with them for a few weeks and I've only been to a couple of places and I haven't had 4G let alone 5G and "emergency calls only" for most of it. Give me EE back 😭

    @ThreeUK 6 weeks of calls to you and nothing has been done despite this being looked into. Beyond livid just refund the money you have unlawfully taken from my bank account. This is an error on your side and the hours of calls and explaining the situation and still no resolution

    @ThreeUKSupport The postcode of where I am now is S26 6PB. The signal is absolutely awful and I'm not even getting a H+ on the signal let alone 4G!

    @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport I’ve been on the phone for an hour and received the most appalling customer service, simply trying to change my address, and your call centre refuses to allow me to make a formal complaint! This is the worst customer service I’ve ever encountered.
