Ever since I was told I had to upgrade to @ThreeUK home broadband from @three_broadband or I’d get cut off there’s been problems. Think I’ve finally resolved the issues they caused, but they didn’t make it easy. Communications companies really need to learn how to communicate.

@ThreeUKSupport I don’t understand why I have to verify my age to use the service I pay for when you have my date of birth when I signed up. When I call up I’m always told there is no customer service in the UK.
