    @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK 35p/min voice, 15p/txt? A can of beans is cheaper than a min's call w/ you. The last increase was bad, this is an outright ******' ripoff. Obviously you don't want the business now. (SM team: soz to put this on you, not ur fault.)

    Nothing like finding out @ThreeUK cancelled your phone number just as you need it and never told you. Remotely deactivated my sim. Thanks for that. Good way to lose customers! You literally disconnected us and your help desk is trying to upsell me ?!

    @ThreeUK A few months ago, we experienced a complete drop-out (two weeks) of 5g Broadband signal, and unnecessarily had our 5G router replaced (by a lower spec device) Your colleagues agreed to cancelling our contract, although two months later I’m still being charged. Help
