Sad not to have had an emergency alert, @OliverDowden says it could be the sound that saves my life… worried I’m on a list somewhere… @ThreeUK

  • Shaun79975732 Shaun (@Shaun79975732) reported

@ThreeUK Never received the alert good to know if there was a emergency not receiving a alert great move three

  • martinimcfli Kate ♿️ (@martinimcfli) reported

@JIX5A @ThreeUK The network needs to send your phone a signal with a notification to check for alerts. Three apparently set it too long, so only the phones actively checking for alerts got it. 90%+ didn’t, because when their phones ‘listened’, the test had ended.

@ThreeUK It would help to test again to make sure the 3 network actually works to late after the fact

@ThreeUK its easy to figure out, UK fones dont default to 4G when 3G supersedes it. most areas dont have a great 4G signal. This alert requires 4G. I would comment on how thick folk are but its a waste of my time. Samsung fone have be autop connect 3g/4g/5g for years now

  • jayjay20091 Jay (@jayjay20091) reported

@ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport I’ve been with you guys for over 4 years and if I try and get an addition device you’re trying to charge me almost £300!??? What a joke! I’ve never missed a payment!

  • Delreeve Wendel Reeve (@Delreeve) reported

@ThreeUK I am now dead and my wife as well. Thanks 3 network and no it wasn't the government's fault so don't say we are contacting them about the issue. It was your fault and I'm now dead. Thanks

  • MJPGallagher Gallagher (@MJPGallagher) reported

So apparently people didn't get the #EmergencyAlert if they use @ThreeUK Network. What a brilliant advert for them.

  • lewisgraham233 Lewis Graham (@lewisgraham233) reported

Thanks @ThreeUK I’ve been vaporised and still haven’t gotten my emergency alert. #emergencyalert

  • canutescanoe Harry (@canutescanoe) reported

@YorkibarKid @ThreeUK Well do Three then I should have known not to bother turning my notifications off, their ****** signal negated the need
