Rung up to top it up they won’t do it with out the sim being in a phone to receive a text message, I don’t have a 3 device, I bought it for a mobile router. Won’t work in my EE phone! 😞

Alan Burley (@mavishier) reported@ThreeUK - as a valued customer of three since day I - I am totally brassed off with the internet signal in Grimsby and Cleethorpes. Outside of home I have no internet - so effectively I am paying money for nothing
