    Worse than awful from @ThreeUK had the contract for less that 24hrs and cancelling. Incompetent and patronising to say the least.

    @ThreeUKSupport After speaking to an advisor today, I found out Three agents, who had promised me that a Zero balance bill would be generated over a month ago and would update my account to reflect with the credit company, never done so.

    @cask_uk @ThreeUKSupport Good luck mate! It’s a joke I had my contract less than 24hrs can’t connect as they lost all my info, never migrated my number, but managed to set up the DD🤨 Website lied, said 3/4G yet signal is awful in my area. I’ve cancelled my contract.

    Why ******** is @ThreeUK now charging £5 per day for their roaming. That was literally the only good thing about the network. Now they’re completely useless so might as well switch my number over

    @ThreeUKSupport Last one was today and I've just got off the phone with the credit company, I'm awaiting an update on their end. My main gripe was with the seemingly uncapable and/or unwilling customer service agents.
