    @ThreeUKSupport 1/2 I'm really sorry. I need to raise this again. I called, was told by support that they'd have to call me with the PAC code. Which they did, last Monday. I took this to another operator. I've now been told the PAC code is invalid. So I called three again.

    @ThreeUKSupport is there anyway to improve my broadband? I've been a customer over a year, and the service is gone from bad to worse! 😫 I'm stuck for another 11 months with a product that doesn't meet even half way of the expectations they sell you!

    For anyone thinking of changing network I would absolutely avoid @ThreeUK their 4G drops out that much I can’t even stay connected to their live chat.
