Honestly @ThreeUK @OnePlus_Support im really not impressed over the last month or this phone auto updates had totally ruined this phone it used to be fantastic now it constantly crashing constantly not responding I can't listen to music cause as I put the phone down it freezes

@ThreeUKSupport Another issue which is frustrating. I recently upgraded to a S21 Ultra phone because there is an additional £200 deal on trade in. However, Three Recyle is invalidating the new IMEI to give the extra trade in value. Sent them proof of upgrade 5 days ago, so far nothing. 😡

Hey @ThreeUK - second year in a row that an account I never opened associated with my address in 2018 is dinging my @ExperianExperts credit score. It was resolved last year April 17, 2020 and showing up on my score again today. What's going on?
