Jade Sharp (@jadesharp1992) reported@threeuksupport hey, any work going on in tw27bp? upload speed on 4g is really poor, less than 1mb! have switched off 5g as can only get that sometimes outside. can't drop down to 3g as on an iphone 13. have restarted phone, reset network settings, but no luck.

Jade Sharp (@jadesharp1992) reported@ThreeUKSupport i've had it since joining you on Monday. new sim and everything, so it's not the sim. i'm getting about 20mb down and about 0.8 mb up. can't hold a zoom call properly, facetime, etc. other people having same issue too in the postcode.
