@ThreeUK are you ever intending to support e sims? After your trial failure I feel I may need a new network because you havn't kept up to date with phone manufacturers My company won't let me swap its sim for a esim, so to avoid carrying 2 phones my personal mobile needs to be 1

@WirelessFest @ThreeUK @WirelessFest every time i try to buy tickets it just says there’s a purchase issue??

  • david_freestone David Freestone (@david_freestone) reported

@ThreeUKSupport @LeeBarry1878 Is that e-sim including apple watches this time and can you commit to a date as we have heard this repeatedly before? My contract is ticking down before leaving unless some actual dates appear.

  • AMP_BMS Abigail Parsons (@AMP_BMS) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Have done all the above so not sure what the issue is - have the tickets sold it?

  • elliottlan Elliott Landsborough (@elliottlan) reported

@clara_gj3 @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUKSupport I am in the same postcode, N166, and have the same issues daily. Progressively worse over time and the status page has said that the network is under maintenance for -months- now with no sign of improvement. What has changed? It used to work fine.

  • AMP_BMS Abigail Parsons (@AMP_BMS) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Hi yes I’ve tried both my laptop and iPhone, and my friend has tried his Mac and iPhone also and having the same issue! Thanks

@ThreeUK Disappointed with the customer service recieved over the last two weeks with contract renewals. Both times you have not been able to match or better contracts I have found else where . Very disappointed when we have been loyal customers.

  • 2wheelsrulez 2wheelsnutter (@2wheelsrulez) reported

@ThreeUK the only good thing it’s that you sponsor Chelsea… but as network coverage concerns it’s awful, can’t wait to my contract ends in June. And then bye bye 👋🏼

  • tom_elinger Tom Elinger (@tom_elinger) reported

@ThreeUK Very surprised Three want to force Deaf customer use their voice or can't get sim card. Not allowed to use BSL Interpreter to voice over. This is discrimination! Three must improve their access for Deaf customer. Staff from Three said to following policy.
