@ThreeUK how do I go about speaking to a staff member if I can’t access My3? (Never have been able to)

  • Dr_Hamid_Hassan Hamid Hassan (@Dr_Hamid_Hassan) reported

@FleaTactical @ThreeUKSupport Mate, I feel for ya. I connected my 4g router to an external 4g aerial and that made little difference. Even though I have a full signal in relation to the mast, I was still getting around no more than a few Megabits per second. Such a waste of £22 a month which I continue to pay

@ThreeUKSupport He did transfer to a rolling one month contract. My point is that he doesn't read texts or emails so no one knew his old contract was ended. With lockdown, no one is seeing him as often to check on these things and help him change to a better deal

  • hannmrfitz Hannah (@hannmrfitz) reported

I am so done with @ThreeUK I’m paying £19 per month more for my contract than a new customer would be paying for a better phone!

  • K_QureshiMPS Kamran Qureshi (Fed Rep) (@K_QureshiMPS) reported

@ThreeUK you are the worst contract provider. Happy New Year to you.

  • Ritchiep33 Ritchie H (@Ritchiep33) reported

@ThreeUKSupport hi. Any idea when the signal issues in ST7 will be resolved....? Signal been playing up for a while know and it’s a known issue...

  • alamor1970 Alan Morton (@alamor1970) reported

@ThreeUKSupport hi - we have a Huawei AI Cube providing us with home broadband without any problems. I was given an Amazon Echo Dot for Christmas and cannot get it to connect to the WiFi. I tried it in a friend’s house and it connected without issue. Any suggestions???

  • BroadsandsScott ST (@BroadsandsScott) reported

@ThreeUKSupport do you deliberately cancel everyone's direct debits in order to scam them out of a £5 charge or just me....twice ??

  • whufc13 reece taylor (@whufc13) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Its all good now, spoke to customer services on the phone all sorted now thanks

  • Andyswann45 Andy Swann (@Andyswann45) reported from Abbots Langley, England

@ThreeUK hi, twice this morning I’ve been deliberately cut off by your customer services because I politely disagreed with that they were saying. Do you think that is acceptable? How should I now go about having my issue rectified? Thanks
