    @ThreeUKSupport POOR network coverage at ALL times. Complained numerous times to CS with no resolution #24monthcontract I’m stuck with 🙄

    @ThreeUKSupport It was on the chat then I rang about it to confirm. No it doesn't say on the bill. I just spoke to someone on the chat, and got cut off, but was told that it had never been changed

    @ThreeUKSupport No, there was a power outage and both phones won't rejoin the network properly. They had been off for 24 hrs before we realised as they were using WiFi calling. Happened last time there was a network outage and had to have all network settings redone think that needs doing again

    @ThreeUK Part 1. Absolutely unbelievable! I have been trying for WEEKS to have a useful conversation with someone to cancel my contract due to the fact that your side of the contract is not being upheld as my signal is diabolical! & has been for MONTHS

    @ThreeUKSupport I talked to an adviser at three back then explaining that and he assured me that it was sorted and that I had the upgrade and the other new contract was cancelled but apparently I was lied to because that never happened and I am still paying for that contract which I never used

    @ThreeUKSupport My contract was never downgraded and I have just received a bill that is double what it should have been. This has been after numerous calls and live chats at the beginning of January
