@ThreeUKSupport I believe Muz may have passed it on as he had training or something according to an email he sent me. I know he was still awaiting clarification from the warehouse to see if they had received it from the branch. How do I make a complaint for a branch please?

@ThreeUKSupport I’m not giving you any more money or custom!! After 20 years I do know how roaming and data works! You’ve just worked it so I’m ripped off!! But as I ‘valued’ customer, I thank you for your response!

@ThreeUK is by far the worst service i’ve ever experienced! There’s always a problem that’s too hard for them to solve, unless your spending some £££

@ThreeUKSupport The fault is still there on the site. It’s been around 10 days now. Would you be able to advise on ETA on the fix? We can’t really use our phones at home anymore

So I’m up in the hills in the middle of Greece and Iv got full 4G signal, back in the UK at home my signal is that bad I can’t take any calls or texts in certain areas for work due to such bad signal, yet @ThreeUK try and tell me that there is no issues

@ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport Hi guys, when are you rolling out eSIM support?

@ThreeUKSupport don't want to support me anymore. No option to speak to a person on their 333 line and no one available on their Live Chat. Why don't companies realise that automated support lines and apps cannot replace people. This will now make me look elsewhere. Tesco maybe?
