    @ThreeUKSupport Literally all week we've had no signal on either of our Three phones or on our WiFi box which comes from a sim card. Just our street, it's really weird.

    @ThreeUKSupport cancelled My sons acct in November held in my name. He took out new account with you. You charged me 48 quid as I cancelled my dd. I paid . You are continuing to charge me. I can't get you to answer the phone and can't access the account! Help .

    @MartinSLewis Nope, @ThreeUK f#cked up massively. They've supposedly fixed the problem, but have done nothing to reassure it's customers that we'll receive future alerts because they're not planning to do another one...

    @ThreeUK Should be a test again otherwise you won’t know until there is a real emergency and it doesn’t work.

    @JIX5A @ThreeUK Not entirely true, I’m on three and got the alert (iPhone). The wife on ID mobile (same network) didn’t get the message.

    @TeresaC123 @ThreeUK This. You need to test to give us confidence it actually works. Otherwise I'm actively looking at moving away. You're not gambling with my safety during a major incident.

    @MartinSLewis No @MartinSLewis On the @ThreeUK network who confirmed had major issue with issuing alerts - millions did not receive them on Three.

    @simon_wardle74 @ThreeUK Not really since that's what the test was for, to find issues that may not have been apparent before. Literally the whole point of testing.

    @ThreeUK Oh please what kind of project resource have you got on this. First it was pretty much your entire network which failed so how can anyone have confidence in what you say, - you must do some testing before you can be so bullish !
