    @ThreeUKSupport Literally all week we've had no signal on either of our Three phones or on our WiFi box which comes from a sim card. Just our street, it's really weird.

    @ThreeUKSupport .. I am met in the first instance with "enter the numbers from your postcode". Hmm, doesn't work. First person I speak to. Asks again for full ID. "Great sir, I've found your details. I need to pass it to another team"... Ok but.... "Sir could I ask you for your postcode and ..."

    Why is @ThreeUK the ****** worst. Can't override a top-up pack so when my data runs out I have to wait til the end of the monthly period before i can renew it 🤬
