    @ThreeUKSupport Literally all week we've had no signal on either of our Three phones or on our WiFi box which comes from a sim card. Just our street, it's really weird.

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi Jade. Yes! It was agreed several times and is on my record. I confirmed this yesterday and was told it would be returned within 24 hours. Early termination fee was waived as in 6 months I never had a reliable home broadband service.

    @ThreeUK I'm having horrendous problems with signal, entered my postcode ealrier today and confirmed you are doing work on a mast, but it's still terrible now at 9pm. I can barely get online then it drops again.

    @ThreeUKSupport Furthermore, every time I try and get this resolved I’m told the same thing every time. Everywhere I go or reported signal issues I’m told it’s a BLACK SPOT OR LOCAL ISSUE! We both know your Call Centre reads of script and your service is nothing as it used to be.

    @ThreeUK I’ve recently been refused credit by yourselves when trying to purchase a24 month 4g hub contract. I’ve never been refused credit before ever. No ccj’s, excellent credit score. What’s going on?

    @ThreeUKSupport Day 5 of very poor signal. Cuts off intermittently. Reboots don't work. Clear cache doesn't work. Going to 3G is also poor. 333 chat didn't help. Can't call you as low or zero signal. DN16 area. Lots of friends saying the same. Why?! It was fine until last week!

    @ThreeUKSupport Yes. Even your voicemail is awful, it wont give me the callers number. How long after joining do i have to cancel my contract?
