@paulcrawford82 @ThreeUKSupport I'll be honest I'm still thinking it's that, the router is flicking between frequencies too and the signal strength went from -80dBm to -102dBm and I doubt any of us having this issue is live near each other

  • Ricey871 James (@Ricey871) reported

@JheySL2 @ThreeUKSupport I called support yesterday, they said it’s an ‘undeclared issue’ as they had lots of complaints since Saturday about it and tier 3 engineers are looking into it? they did refund/credit me 7 days service

@ThreeUKSupport Vodafone. Can Three cancel the PAC request, if so, does my mum's number just go back to Vodafone? Is the PAC still valid until the 30 days if I want to port it somewhere else? Thanks

@ThreeUK honestly mean this in the least rude way possible but if you don’t improve your signal I am not paying for the rest of my contract I am in Southampton city centre and cannot get signal when I’m in a restaurant or even in my flat which is still in the city centre. Joke

  • basherdrummer Barry Brewer (@basherdrummer) reported from Manchester, England

@ThreeUKSupport Just been into your shop in Manchester asking about esim for the Apple Watch - STILL no release date?! The only network not offering it! Think it’s time to move on from @ThreeUK now……

  • leegallie Lee (@leegallie) reported

@JheySL2 @paulcrawford82 @ThreeUKSupport I’m having this issue too it just randomly started this morning. Varying in signal strength, then drops, connects to 4g cycles back and forth between 4 and 5G drops and goes in the same circle. Speed is like 4mb. Was 500 yesterday. Sim in a phone works fine!
