    @ThreeUKSupport Literally all week we've had no signal on either of our Three phones or on our WiFi box which comes from a sim card. Just our street, it's really weird.

    @ThreeUKSupport really not happy…been waiting over 45 days for my TV delivery as part of the offer and being told multiple times there are stock issues to then be told by the supplier that you haven’t even placed an order for me even though my bill was paid 2 weeks early

    @ThreeUKSupport Yet again I get a callback from @ThreeUK and end up being transferred repeatedly because of errors in selling me something! I’m now told another transfer to the complaints team yet he won’t transfer me without confirming my email address this issue is insane and unsatisfactory

    @ThreeUK refuse to give me an early upgrade even though my household has been with this company for 10 years. When our 3 contracts ends in few months, I am moving all 3 contracts to a better network that really have their customers at heart.

    @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport I transfered my service to you and had my number transfered but the Sim Card needs updating by way of a configuration update message. The sim card is showing the temporary number I had and I cannot use chat services and #3Pay, can you arrange this?
