  @ThreeUKSupport Literally all week we've had no signal on either of our Three phones or on our WiFi box which comes from a sim card. Just our street, it's really weird.

  @ThreeUK were very nice in offering me an early upgrade. The only problem was the monthly bill would have been over £50! I think I'll just go for a SIM only deal. Phones are far too expensive 😬

  @ThreeUK absolutely appealing #customerservice after cancelling my phone aim after it was lost and insurance claim being made I'm now being charged for fraudulent activity on the SIM which you should of cancelled 😠 this plus taking early payments joke a of a #network

  "I know you don't want insurance, so we'll give you 30 days free and it'll auto-cancel before renewal". I should have known that was going to go wrong. After two separate calls to @ThreeUK I think I am now getting a refund. Hopefully an accident rather than shady practice. 😕
