@ThreeUKSupport Literally all week we've had no signal on either of our Three phones or on our WiFi box which comes from a sim card. Just our street, it's really weird.

@charlietewson @ThreeUKSupport If you want to "pair" the Dots for stereo sound, the Guest network won't work as the Dots can't "see" each other on the Guest network. You can pull the power from the B535 and set your Hotspot to the same name/password as the 535, connect the Dots, turn Hotspot off and 535 on.

@ThreeUK Suggestion: add return to previous options to your telephone menu for selecting Sales scripts. Chose wrong option and couldn’t go back at which point it couldn’t help me and told me to try again later and hung up. Return option would have solved the problem.

@ThreeUK Why have i received a bill for a service that didnt work from the beginning. Spoke to over 10 people for over an hour who have no clue what their doing. This is ridiculous. Ill be speaking to the financial ombudsman.

@ThreeUKSupport hi. We've lost Internet on our three homefi. The account is pay monthly and the postcode at present is NN7 3QB. Are there any issues? Are there any ways we might rectify this? We usually have good signal for it here. Would appreciate a prompt reply. Regards.
