@ThreeUKSupport Literally all week we've had no signal on either of our Three phones or on our WiFi box which comes from a sim card. Just our street, it's really weird.

@ThreeUKSupport 5G Router, on a 24 month contract. There was no covered on my area, than an agreement to cancel the contract and a prepaid envelope should be sent an it has never arrived, even Though I tried many times by chasing it. But was assured by a member of staff that no charge would be.

Why is it so difficult to login to my three account for broadband? I can login for my mobile phone account, but broadband nowhere..same company, why don’t they put both broadband & mobile contracts all under one roof? Ridiculous. #three @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport @three_broadband

@ThreeUK have just lost a customer. Placed upgrade order on 7th January. Got an email on 10th saying out of stock and won’t be back in stock. Just spoke to guy on the phone who said the phone is in stock but the offer selected has now expired. Not expired when order was placed 1

@ThreeUKSupport Personally I think it is scamming.. customers can't call to pay a bill but three will continue to charge! Even though the contract has now become null/void because a service is not provided even though I'm trying to pay. I live alone, no family.. how do I call from another line?
