@ThreeUKSupport Literally all week we've had no signal on either of our Three phones or on our WiFi box which comes from a sim card. Just our street, it's really weird.

@ThreeUKSupport @ShannonOsborrne It’s a bit ridiculous cos Smarty IS owned by three yet they make it out like it’s so hard. They all use the same network

@ThreeUKSupport That's amazing... Just wondering why it's taken two weeks nearly to port a number over then??? One piss poor excuse after another... I'd understand if it was issues with different networks but... It's. Three PAYG to Monthly...

@ThreeUK I’m trying to work out why I’ve just spent an hour on chat being told I’m a ‘valued’ customer only to be offered a worse SIM deal than I could have got directly on your website myself. This feels incredibly dishonest! Has anyone else had this experience?

@scully1888 @ThreeUK Three are mostly a joke but it was handy having free data when abroad earlier in the year. They have enough problems with signal in parts of Glasgow/SL. You can normally get a data sim/virtual sim cheap for countries outside the free usage areas.

@ThreeUKSupport It's been around 4 or 5 weeks roughly. Biggest issue is the phone still shows good signal, so WiFi call doesn't always kick in and then the other end can't hear me on calls. My partner has contacted I think, I'm with iD Mobile who are investigating for me.
