@ThreeUKSupport Literally all week we've had no signal on either of our Three phones or on our WiFi box which comes from a sim card. Just our street, it's really weird.

@ThreeUK you are having a laugh with your customer services. On a recorded line one of your employees just broke the law. Then denied it and said he was told to do this by a colleague. Still no resolution to my question. Any further ideas???

@ThreeUKSupport Initially they closed the written complaint without referring to me. There was even dates I had contacted your webchat and they pretended to be ordering the phone then the connection would conveniently drop.

The coverage checker says "excellent 5G" for our address but if you put an address into your 5G Home Broadband it says only 4G... Any help @ThreeUK

Seriously @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK are incompetent. I'm asking for a pac code, not a ******* 20 minute conversation about a contract I didn't want. **** off! Who do I complain to to get a pac code and move?
