@ThreeUKSupport Literally all week we've had no signal on either of our Three phones or on our WiFi box which comes from a sim card. Just our street, it's really weird.

@ThreeUKSupport Thanks Suzi, no need to investigate as the three website is saying there are works at the mast, so I’ll have to wait. It’s just very annoying and I don’t get why it gets so many problem since it has been upgraded to 5G, since before we never had problem with that mast.

@ThreeUKSupport I spent >1 hr discussing a billing issue dating to Jan2021 with the online chat team on Sun 17th Oct. Reference chat iD 4974447991404568404 or A00016403850-00048914729. I was promised action by highest level of customer support within 48-72 hrs. No response since!

@VodafoneGroup told me they overcharged me on my bill and they'd be refunding me the amount owed (half). Now I'm being told they got it wrong and I'm not getting a refund lol. Too bad, I want my money by tonight lads or I'm moving to @ThreeUK

@ThreeUKSupport Hi, I got a call to my landline from a mobile that looks like one of those call, hang-up, call-back scams. A reverse lookup on the number lists it as coming from your network, is there an online form I can fill in to report it? Thanks

@ThreeUKSupport I had confirmation email as I previously said phone was supposed to be delivered yesterday still no text message to arrange delivery. Long story short ,not delivered phone when you said ,service is poor and disappointing. A bad omen possibly should reconsider going with 3 again.
