    @ThreeUKSupport Literally all week we've had no signal on either of our Three phones or on our WiFi box which comes from a sim card. Just our street, it's really weird.

    @ThreeUKSupport I was told the first order was cancelled as you were not able to contact me over the phone and I have to re-order. When I did that now was informed that as the first order was not cancelled I have to wait. Again worst customer service with to training to staff.

    On a fiber package but my speeds most of the time would no hit 20mb. Now then I have been with @ThreeUK for my mobile for the last 3 years maybe and never had issues, 4g all the time, unlimited data for next to nothing. So I decided a few days ago to.

    I'm averaging around 100mb. I will get time to play with it in a few days and really test it. But, bloody hell this is just bat **** crazy and I wish I did it earlier. Thanks @ThreeUK ...... Your awesome........

    @ThreeUK Pathetic service from Three UK yet again.4 complaints & tons of calls later & still no assistance.Shocking how customer service is non existent. Promises Of calls I will receive & 2 months later,I'm still yet to get this call for assistance.Does anyone care at Three UK?

    @ThreeUKSupport Also went into your store last month. Store manager did same request on the system as they can't help with anything except sales.
