    @ThreeUKSupport Literally all week we've had no signal on either of our Three phones or on our WiFi box which comes from a sim card. Just our street, it's really weird.

    @ThreeUKSupport first there was a problem w my upgrade so had to re do it over phone. Then was told will be delivered beginning of month. Then the 9th. Then on the 16th, then tomorrow, they anywhere between now and 16th then tomorrow again and now theyre telling me any time between now and 16th

    @ThreeUKSupport The deal was for a gold iphone 12 pro with airpods. I complained many times I dont have a complaint number though as I werent given one . They just kept transferring me to someone else who would say a completely different thing to the other person

    @ThreeUK I can’t tell you how much of a joke your company is when trying to fix things. My wife has had no working phone since November 19th and constantly been told it’ll be working/activated in 48 hrs etc on and on. Now she is on your help chat who have said everything is fixed

    @shanicekasongo @ThreeUKSupport In some ways you are lucky...... . they apparently have no iPhone 12 pros but somehow send you the wrong one, despite giving me a delivery date of 6th december and now saying 6th jan. shocking service from them isn’t it

    And it also doesn’t help that @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport are about as much use and as reliable as a chocolate tea pot in summer. Paying near on £100 a month between the two and STILL don’t have a good signal.
