  • PedriG8 PG8 (@PedriG8) reported

@wills_bear @ThreeUKSupport I have this problem for two weeks now in Lincoln, I can’t even play anything or download anything because the download speed doesn’t even go above 5Mbps for the 5G home broadband. So frustrated and when I call them they say they are working on it.

  • zpqwa1234 Stolt (@zpqwa1234) reported

@ThreeUKSupport No, just told to wait or cancel my contract after more than 10 years

  • ChowdhuryJasmin Jasmin Chowdhury (@ChowdhuryJasmin) reported

Not sure how many other customers are being wrongly charged big amounts by @ThreeUK allegedly for some third party apps. In middle of a cost of living crisis this is totally unacceptable and unfair way to treat customers.

  • KarenRedfern2 Karen Redfern (@KarenRedfern2) reported

@ThreeUKSupport But as a pre October 21 customer, I continued to benefit from the original Go Roam. My objection is I specifically asked if it would continue the same if I took one of the upgrades you were promoting and you said yes! Blatantly incorrect.

  • simoneats Simon Kimber (@simoneats) reported

Also what ridiculous service from @ThreeUK who won’t block my stolen phone without providing photo ID despite the fact someone has just stolen the wallet it was in

  • ladytarasimone Tara Longworth (@ladytarasimone) reported

@Kimlouise01 @O2 And online chat always busy n no one responds to DM shocking for such a big company I’m going back to @ThreeUK but I can’t even find out how to cancel

  • PedriG8 PG8 (@PedriG8) reported

@ThreeUK worst 5G Home broadband I have ever used. Two weeks now and the download speed didn’t go over 5Mbps. How can it be that bad?

  • ChristiaanLowe Lowe Pro Photog (@ChristiaanLowe) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Explore other options? If you can't supply a connection or a connection this slow, then the only other options to explore would be to find a Better more Reliable Supplier, Correct? P.s I'm sending this tweet via home WiFi, as currently I have Zero connection to 3 mobile.

  • kevinob911 Kevin obrien (@kevinob911) reported

@ThreeUKSupport atrocious customer service - to get any info have to make gdpr request - 1 month

  • KarenRedfern2 Karen Redfern (@KarenRedfern2) reported

I feel I was tricked into signing up for a further 24 month contract which is not suitable to my needs. I have partially resolved this issue via a live chat complaint in that I am no longer stuck in that contract and will, sadly, no longer be a @ThreeUK customer
