    @ThreeUK wow, not great service in Truro three store today. Walked in to find no staff, when they eventually decided to come from the back they clearly went interested in talking 🤔🤔 sort it out.

    @ThreeUKSupport hi, my mum has had fraudulent activity on her account and has been left without a phone. She’s on the government vulnerable shielded list & it’s her only contact with the outside world. Please can you help me resolve the issue immediately & send her a new sim ASAP

    @ThreeUKSupport The web chat just says “please try later”. It’s almost impossible to speak to someone. Please can you help or we will have to cancel contract entirely and transfer her number elsewhere 😕

    An utterly depressing (#firstworldproblems) encounter with @threeUK. I've been a loyal customer since 2013. Put our entire business on three - mainly because of the roaming so we could visit all trade shows without worrying about bill. This year, we had to change our contracts

    @ThreeUKSupport Had great speeds up until 2 days ago, now for the last two days getting 4g+ with full signal but data doesn't work. I get "No internet connection found". If I send my postcode to you via DM could you please check if there are mast issues at my postcode? Thanks

    @ThreeUKSupport January 2022 So your point ?. May be you network people need to take a look. What's the bandwidth on your Network? I think it might be Issues with what company buildings coverage as Place I have worked In had better coverage with Vodafone and o2.

    Hello @ThreeUKSupport, any problems or network congestion around Norwich NR4 area? All internet services are very slow or not loading, I’ve restarted my iPhone and also turned all mobile data off and back on again but that hasn’t helped
