@ThreeUKSupport you have murdered the My3 app. No notifications about any change. Went in store yesterday and the staff still couldn’t help me log in. Absolutely useless! And here’s me considering whether it’s worth staying or going else where after soooo long with you.

@ThreeUK wow, not great service in Truro three store today. Walked in to find no staff, when they eventually decided to come from the back they clearly went interested in talking 🤔🤔 sort it out.

@ThreeUK £250 is almost how much @ThreeUK stole me, they charged me 2 months without send my mobile. When I canceled, they stole me for one more month, and even so i never received the phone! You are thief’s and I can prove!

@ThreeUKSupport That was pretty much exactly what I meant, fortunately Vodafone offer a £10 monthly roaming charge so it’ll cut my bills down quite dramatically once these charges kick in.

such a joke how much phone companies make each year on a product thats so hit and miss, @ThreeUK constantly slow, meant to be on 5G, don’t think i’ve seen it since having this phone. id like to think i’d change to another company but they’re all the same, day light robbery

@ThreeUKSupport Yep, rebooted. It does with all numbers. It isn't connected to Three though, it seems to have picked up AT&T on the network.
