    @ThreeUKSupport you have murdered the My3 app. No notifications about any change. Went in store yesterday and the staff still couldn’t help me log in. Absolutely useless! And here’s me considering whether it’s worth staying or going else where after soooo long with you.

    @Payforit_Sucks @ThreeUK || Be warned those using @AmazonUK! Sellers send a text message saying they are having issues with email/messages and need you to confirm your email address, you then respond to the text. This confirms an active number, they then sign you up for Payforit

    @ThreeUKSupport hi, my mum has had fraudulent activity on her account and has been left without a phone. She’s on the government vulnerable shielded list & it’s her only contact with the outside world. Please can you help me resolve the issue immediately & send her a new sim ASAP

    @ThreeUK wow, not great service in Truro three store today. Walked in to find no staff, when they eventually decided to come from the back they clearly went interested in talking 🤔🤔 sort it out.

    @ThreeUKSupport There is clearly a massive difference. I ordered a midnight 128GB. Was told delivery is around the 25th but at the time as a new customer I could get it next day.. now its a few days. Can you call me to discuss this

    They won’t admit it but @ThreeUK will never roll out e-sim. 4 years after launch you still get the same waffle that they’re working on it and it’ll be here soon. Yeah right.

    @ThreeUK im sat in the middle of aldershot ive been in a contract with you guys for a very long time and now im paying stupid money for no service, i was in london a week ago and then had full 5g and nothing was sending, i rang customers service and the guy hang up on me! ....

    @ThreeUKSupport No the complaint wasn't raised on chat, it was raised in a signed and recorded delivery letter. I am more than happy to cut and paste the content of the letter into a Web form, but again, it's a sad reflection that you offer a complaints service but only in certain formats
