    @ThreeUKSupport you have murdered the My3 app. No notifications about any change. Went in store yesterday and the staff still couldn’t help me log in. Absolutely useless! And here’s me considering whether it’s worth staying or going else where after soooo long with you.

    @ThreeUKSupport Here's where I am, in a nutshell: I ordered a new phone via Fonehouse bc your upgrades couldn't compete. I now want to cancel existing contract BUT stay with Three on new phone & transfer number.

    @ThreeUKSupport I'm more than happy to pay whatever is owing to cancel the contract (i.e. 30 days' notice), but I cannot fathom why we have to wait six weeks to port the number. Nobody in customer services is making any sense at all.

    @ThreeUK have just been sold down a river by your team in store. Told I could get an eSim after upgrade but apparently this is not the case. Will be cancelling all 3 contracts I took out yesterday and going to a supplier who can fulfil what was asked.

    @ThreeUKSupport there are 3G/Signal issues in Harrow/Pinner area but your website says there is nothing wrong... can this be looked into?
