@ThreeUK wow, not great service in Truro three store today. Walked in to find no staff, when they eventually decided to come from the back they clearly went interested in talking 🤔🤔 sort it out.

@ThreeUKSupport you have murdered the My3 app. No notifications about any change. Went in store yesterday and the staff still couldn’t help me log in. Absolutely useless! And here’s me considering whether it’s worth staying or going else where after soooo long with you.

@M0KVI I'd be better off, tbh. Everyone that rings me I have to call them back on an O2 phone. @ThreeUKSupport say there was a mast being repaired then texted to say all good now, but it's just the same. Been with 3 for about 10yrs here. Usually spot on and decent support.

@ThreeUKSupport Check again this morning and there is definitely a pattern. 46mbps down to 3mbps in the space of 6 minutes. It will be at the lower speed all day now until early evening. This has only been happening over the last week. Are there network issues in my area?

@M0VMK @ThreeUKSupport Yeah in a long time 3 customer. Managed to get their web chat working now. I've spend hours on phone last call was 30mins. No progress. Whats frustrating isnthatbit was very good! Now its bottomed out over a week ago. Hopefully we can resolve.

@ThreeUKSupport I've been working through the issue with friendly support staff. I'm 5 or 6 phone calls in and everything is repeating. In repeat what I've said /done same advice given. Perhaps it's time to try a new box? Given my phone seems tonne OK now(it wasn't initially) perhaps box is bust
