    @ThreeUK wow, not great service in Truro three store today. Walked in to find no staff, when they eventually decided to come from the back they clearly went interested in talking 🤔🤔 sort it out.

    @ThreeUKSupport you have murdered the My3 app. No notifications about any change. Went in store yesterday and the staff still couldn’t help me log in. Absolutely useless! And here’s me considering whether it’s worth staying or going else where after soooo long with you.

    @Payforit_Sucks @ThreeUK || Be warned those using @AmazonUK! Sellers send a text message saying they are having issues with email/messages and need you to confirm your email address, you then respond to the text. This confirms an active number, they then sign you up for Payforit

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi, pls could you help. I lost my phone on hols a week ago and am waiting for usage report and notification that the handset has been blacklisted for insurance. Spoke to someone on Saturday and gave them IMEI etc but not heard back yet. Thanks.

    @ThreeUKSupport The whole point of him agreeing to stay was that he would get roaming till it ran out and then he would be able to cancel his contract immediately which he now can’t do.

    I thought @ThreeUK was useless. Now @virginmedia won't let me set up an account with my new details because it keeps linking to my old account. A friend has also had the same problem for months despite calling them again and again. Sort out your IT @virginmedia !

    @ThreeUKSupport I am Suzi, yes - I’m also a Three customer. Told them all my details in advance so they could link the two accounts, and we have the same surname. It was probably one of the easiest cases, ever.

    @ThreeUK I'm trying to get a yearly overview of my data usage for every month. It's absolutely impossible to do it. Why do you make this so difficult? I have to go into each individual month, click on usage, note it down, repeat for each month. Why make it harder for consumers?
