    @ThreeUKSupport you have murdered the My3 app. No notifications about any change. Went in store yesterday and the staff still couldn’t help me log in. Absolutely useless! And here’s me considering whether it’s worth staying or going else where after soooo long with you.

    After no luck from @ThreeUK I have taken out a 30 day contract with @VodafoneUK using an eSim and have actually managed to have a conversation. @ThreeUK I pay you £85 per month, expect a call next week where I will be looking for a reduction in my bill due your poor service

    @Payforit_Sucks @ThreeUK || Be warned those using @AmazonUK! Sellers send a text message saying they are having issues with email/messages and need you to confirm your email address, you then respond to the text. This confirms an active number, they then sign you up for Payforit

    @ThreeUKSupport I’m on holidays. I don’t keep a postcode book with me. Pick a postcode in the centre of #Penzance. That’s where it isn’t working. It was also slow on the Isles of Scilly yesterday, but that seems to be due to you not having any 4G coverage at all there!

    Awful customer service @ThreeUK. Now being harassed by phone twice a day, every day! An agent missold me 3 new sim only contracts on 1/11/20. The sims never worked & after 9 hrs speaking to 5 agents I cancelled the contracts on 7/11/20, £0 owed. What 'debt' are you now chasing?

    @ThreeUKSupport having terrible problems with 3 private to business swap and can’t get any sense from either part of Three, they don’t take responsibility for customer issues and after 15 plus years with them we are going to move our 4 phones to another provider.

    @ThreeUKSupport Kirsty, I was told they were closed immediately and due to the issues I had faced, there would be no charges. No final bill confirming. Only an informal looking letter stating my complaint could not be resolved but I could take it to the ombudsman.
