@ThreeUKSupport you have murdered the My3 app. No notifications about any change. Went in store yesterday and the staff still couldn’t help me log in. Absolutely useless! And here’s me considering whether it’s worth staying or going else where after soooo long with you.

@virginmedia Why is my mobile constantly losing service (data and not on network) but has full bar service. Then suddenly 4g appears for a second then it's gone again. Have to restart my phone to get it working. Had better service with @ThreeUK and @iD_Mobile_UK

@ThreeUKSupport SIM will not read in devices, and customer support was dictatorial in 'no refunds'. Would not transfer me to anyone els (Vijay in Mumbai Supercharged Data office - said he has no employee number and 'I'm the only Vijay'). Next steps?

@ThreeUKSupport Online. I have tried to update my address to as close as possible to what the system allows. I am in a continual loop of trying to pay but the system site just loops back to the three site. I occasionally get weird errors.
