    @ThreeUKSupport you have murdered the My3 app. No notifications about any change. Went in store yesterday and the staff still couldn’t help me log in. Absolutely useless! And here’s me considering whether it’s worth staying or going else where after soooo long with you.

    @ThreeUK as of 2021 are the worst phone company i have ever dealt with in my life. Not only did They allow fraud to happen on my account and tried to sell me the fraud phone to hide mistakes, tried to take the money and then delete my contract 👏🏿 well done fools officially dumb!

    @ThreeUK finally iv have been with three for around 15 years now. Iv had 4 contracts on the go for a wile since then. Two tablets and two phones now I have managed to get rid of 3 contracts. Due to the worst service in every way from the past few years

    @ThreeUKSupport @Sammyjane617 Did you ever get this resolved? I have to disconnect from the network whenever I leave WiFi, then reconnect to 2g, then 3g, then 4g manually. Also on 3. Pain in the arse.

    @ThreeUKSupport I'm hard wired to the router. No WiFi issues here. The router speed fluctuates massively within the same room. During the day my I get latency sometimes over 1second which makes zoom meetings rather difficult and loading web applications pretty painful.
