DerbyBlood (@MarkAJames70) reported from Germoe, EnglandSo I’m having to get data from an O2 phone to type this. One week of no service by the looks of it @ThreeUK Discount or do you cancel my contract for me ?
-
Mark Grice (@markgrice) reported from Ponsanooth, EnglandAfter no luck from @ThreeUK I have taken out a 30 day contract with @VodafoneUK using an eSim and have actually managed to have a conversation. @ThreeUK I pay you £85 per month, expect a call next week where I will be looking for a reduction in my bill due your poor service
-
ShaVerZ™ ツ 🏴 (@_ShaVerZ_) reported from Hayle, England@Payforit_Sucks @ThreeUK || Be warned those using @AmazonUK! Sellers send a text message saying they are having issues with email/messages and need you to confirm your email address, you then respond to the text. This confirms an active number, they then sign you up for Payforit
-
DerbyBlood (@MarkAJames70) reported from Germoe, England@ThreeUKSupport The start of this thread tells you I have no signal. I’m hotspotting when I can. I’m home tomorrow night. I will then
-
Gina (@GinaRich25) reported from Camborne, England@ThreeUKSupport how much longer I've got no signal or mobile data I hope we will be getting compensated #threemobile #threedown #ThreeUK
-
ShaVerZ™ 〓〓 ツ (@ShaVerZ_) reported from Hayle, EnglandThe @ThreeUK network has gone to ****! The past 12 months, customers have endured the worst of any service on this planet! If you are thinking of switching, move along! You'll regret it if you do! You've been warned peeps!
-
Evan Davis (@EvanD) reported from Penzance, England@ThreeUKSupport I’m on holidays. I don’t keep a postcode book with me. Pick a postcode in the centre of #Penzance. That’s where it isn’t working. It was also slow on the Isles of Scilly yesterday, but that seems to be due to you not having any 4G coverage at all there!
-
Connor🚌💨|📸|🕹 (@ThatCornishLadd) reported from Redruth, England@ThreeUKSupport you have murdered the My3 app. No notifications about any change. Went in store yesterday and the staff still couldn’t help me log in. Absolutely useless! And here’s me considering whether it’s worth staying or going else where after soooo long with you.
-
Connor🚌💨|📸|🕹 (@ThatCornishLadd) reported from St. Ives, England@ThreeUKSupport I've lost track. If I'm honest I've done nothing bus struggle with this service now. Countless conversations with people and gotten nowhere
3 (Three) Issues Reports
Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:
-
Martin Seebach (@mseebach) reported@OldLondonW14 @ThreeUK If you want to be sure, get a cheap pre-paid SIM from (a provider on) the network and test it before committing to a plan.
-
Suhail 🔥 (@idrees_suhail) reported@robj3d3 @ThreeUK Three just... sucks as a company. Giffgaff has worked great for me (keep your number, free texts receiving anywhere). Or move all 2FA to authenticator apps now that you're maybe forced to change it anyway
-
🦄 (@IchBinLucee) reported@ThreeUK bro, why is the caffe nero reward activated immediately and then needs to be used in an hour??? Change it back wtf
-
Trudi Price (@thedude310777) reportedI'm going to do as I've got no laptop or anything. I tried with Sky as I'm with them for broadband and tv for over 10 years yet they won't either. I'm currently going through Cancer treatment so not working at the moment so I'm stuck! @ThreeUK @SkyUK no loyalty
-
Daniel upson (@dan_upson) reported@ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport had three home broadband for years. Now I'm getting 2mb-10mb download. Single person using the hub and get 400mb on phone using 5g. Makes 0 sense obviously been slowed down by the network
-
D J (@DJ58949) reported@ThreeUK why is your 5G so bad? I never seem to have any form of signal, no matter where I am.
-
Whisperity (@whisperity) reported@IMAC2 @robj3d3 @ThreeUK Check if your provider supports VoWiFi, and enable it for your number if you haven't already. Go into airplane mode. Enable VoWiFi, and connect to a WiFi network. Wait a few minutes for your phone to authenticate over the Internet into your home company's core network.
-
Rob Hallam (@robj3d3) reported@helloitsolly @ThreeUK @GoRoamless Thanks Olly Yeah, I don't get it either. It's a policy of theirs. They need me to fly back to the UK, use it in the UK, and then I'm good to go again and they'll unblock me. Not happening, so getting my family to help out very thankfully.
-
Mark Shepherd 📐📷 (@shepherdmg) reported@OldLondonW14 @ThreeUK I think they're all just as bad, reception was better in 1999.
-
f (@bread_bread5) reported@ThreeUK changing the Caffè Nero code to £2 was my last straw I will be changing phone providers now. The coverage is awful, coffee was the only good thing left about you
