@ThreeUKSupport you have murdered the My3 app. No notifications about any change. Went in store yesterday and the staff still couldn’t help me log in. Absolutely useless! And here’s me considering whether it’s worth staying or going else where after soooo long with you.

@Payforit_Sucks @ThreeUK || Be warned those using @AmazonUK! Sellers send a text message saying they are having issues with email/messages and need you to confirm your email address, you then respond to the text. This confirms an active number, they then sign you up for Payforit

@ThreeUKSupport please can someone help me. I’ve upgraded my plan and received the new phone with SIM card. I requested that I kept my old number but was sent a new SIM card. This SIM card won’t allow me to ring out or anyone ring in. I’ve rang your helpline number 0333 338 1001.

Thank you to @ThreeUK for introducing a new roaming rule in the middle of a global pandemic which has suspended my service because I can't return to the UK. Nice policy change! Now I have to leave you after a decade of loyalty as I'm paying for a service I can no longer use.

@ThreeUKSupport they simply repeated their assurance that someone would 'take ownership' and personally see to me receiving the promised email. All very polite, but, they never did what they said. Today I finally received the email after being assured on 2nd Nov that it would take 72 hours.
