    @ThreeUKSupport you have murdered the My3 app. No notifications about any change. Went in store yesterday and the staff still couldn’t help me log in. Absolutely useless! And here’s me considering whether it’s worth staying or going else where after soooo long with you.

    @ThreeUKSupport hi, my mum has had fraudulent activity on her account and has been left without a phone. She’s on the government vulnerable shielded list & it’s her only contact with the outside world. Please can you help me resolve the issue immediately & send her a new sim ASAP

    @ThreeUK wow, not great service in Truro three store today. Walked in to find no staff, when they eventually decided to come from the back they clearly went interested in talking 🤔🤔 sort it out.

    @DPDgroup_news lied to me 3 times today. Sat in all morning before being told the driver missed me, despite there being no attempt to deliver. Called up customer service twice to ask why and was twice told would definitely be here today by 18.30. @ThreeUK how do I get my phone?

    @ThreeUKSupport Tried to use the chat but hotel wifi is too slow I called earlier in the week and your support colleague told me to get the concierge of the hotel to show me how to change networks on my phone 😕 . Can’t see Hutchinson or connect to any of the 3 AT ones
