    @ThreeUKSupport hi, my mum has had fraudulent activity on her account and has been left without a phone. She’s on the government vulnerable shielded list & it’s her only contact with the outside world. Please can you help me resolve the issue immediately & send her a new sim ASAP

    @Payforit_Sucks @ThreeUK || Be warned those using @AmazonUK! Sellers send a text message saying they are having issues with email/messages and need you to confirm your email address, you then respond to the text. This confirms an active number, they then sign you up for Payforit

    @ThreeUKSupport you have murdered the My3 app. No notifications about any change. Went in store yesterday and the staff still couldn’t help me log in. Absolutely useless! And here’s me considering whether it’s worth staying or going else where after soooo long with you.

    @ThreeUK wow, not great service in Truro three store today. Walked in to find no staff, when they eventually decided to come from the back they clearly went interested in talking 🤔🤔 sort it out.

    Been with @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK for over 10 years, have several contracts with them, been having network issues for over a month, raised several complaints, no one has contacted me, promised call backs within 48 hours, it's been a week and still waiting.

    @ThreeUKSupport you putting up text from 2p to 10p and calls from 3p to 10p is a complete and utter greed and a hell of a lot of money too and if you keep this up then you'll have no customer's left and you'll go out of business cause I'm 100% leaving Three Network now

    @ThreeUK has anyone tried to cancel there phone, without changing to another network? If your a three customer, like me and been with Three for 6 years, its impossible to leave Three. The treatment I have recieved from three, is absolutely disgusting.
