    @ThreeUK wow, not great service in Truro three store today. Walked in to find no staff, when they eventually decided to come from the back they clearly went interested in talking 🤔🤔 sort it out.

    After no luck from @ThreeUK I have taken out a 30 day contract with @VodafoneUK using an eSim and have actually managed to have a conversation. @ThreeUK I pay you £85 per month, expect a call next week where I will be looking for a reduction in my bill due your poor service

    @ThreeUKSupport you have murdered the My3 app. No notifications about any change. Went in store yesterday and the staff still couldn’t help me log in. Absolutely useless! And here’s me considering whether it’s worth staying or going else where after soooo long with you.

    @ThreeUKSupport hi, my mum has had fraudulent activity on her account and has been left without a phone. She’s on the government vulnerable shielded list & it’s her only contact with the outside world. Please can you help me resolve the issue immediately & send her a new sim ASAP

    @carphonecapital Phoned today by one of your operatives trying to sell me phone accessories. He said he worked for you and got my number from my network @ThreeUK. I asked him if this was obtained illegally and he said yes. Thoughts?? Call was at 10.05am.

    @ThreeUK owed me a £32 credit. Letter said automatically refund in 14 days. Didn't do it. I had to chase and now told I will get it in 3 days. Awful service. Hoping I didn't chase i suppose so they didn't have to pay it out 🙄
