    @ThreeUKSupport you have murdered the My3 app. No notifications about any change. Went in store yesterday and the staff still couldn’t help me log in. Absolutely useless! And here’s me considering whether it’s worth staying or going else where after soooo long with you.

    @Payforit_Sucks @ThreeUK || Be warned those using @AmazonUK! Sellers send a text message saying they are having issues with email/messages and need you to confirm your email address, you then respond to the text. This confirms an active number, they then sign you up for Payforit

    @ThreeUKSupport weird,my old three PAYG SIM said “Three WiFi call” on WiFi and my new one says “WiFi call” 3 not mentioned (even though is on 3 network,can see when dropping off WiFi).Only a cosmetic change but was this on purpose or do I have a weird SIM?Using iPhone on iOS 14.6

    @ThreeUKSupport A lot of years, not even that sure! I do have a long-standing issue I always mean to bring up where the phone (ie 'about SIM' in settings) thinks the SIM has a different number to my actual number, I suspect the default number before I transferred my number from Orange.

    @ThreeUKSupport I'm a truck driver, I spend 2 weeks away from home at a time so I'm all over the UK so it's not just one specific area that I have problems in. All I want to do I use my unlimited data to watch TV on an evening its not much to ask. And it's a Samsung s20 5g so not a relic

    @ThreeUK signal over Cannock Chase (Milford/Brocton area has been awful or none existent over the last 3 days. Any issues? I'm sure I used to get a good signal here.

    @ThreeUKSupport @syph82 I've been having the same problem for months. Keep vetting the same excuses over & over. I finally got them to agree to end the contract at month end. They cut my contract at the end of the call on Thursday. Shocking service

    @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport why is there hardly any phone signal on your network in central London?!? Two bars max in Covent Garden! I am a new customer and this is not acceptable- how can I get out of the contract as you are failing to provide a reasonable service?
