  • ThatCornishLadd Connor🚌💨|📸|🕹 (@ThatCornishLadd) reported from St. Ives, England

@ThreeUKSupport I've lost track. If I'm honest I've done nothing bus struggle with this service now. Countless conversations with people and gotten nowhere

  • ThatCornishLadd Connor🚌💨|📸|🕹 (@ThatCornishLadd) reported from Redruth, England

@ThreeUKSupport you have murdered the My3 app. No notifications about any change. Went in store yesterday and the staff still couldn’t help me log in. Absolutely useless! And here’s me considering whether it’s worth staying or going else where after soooo long with you.

  • EvanD Evan Davis (@EvanD) reported from Penzance, England

@ThreeUKSupport I’m on holidays. I don’t keep a postcode book with me. Pick a postcode in the centre of #Penzance. That’s where it isn’t working. It was also slow on the Isles of Scilly yesterday, but that seems to be due to you not having any 4G coverage at all there!

  • MarkAJames70 DerbyBlood (@MarkAJames70) reported from Germoe, England

@ThreeUKSupport The start of this thread tells you I have no signal. I’m hotspotting when I can. I’m home tomorrow night. I will then

  • _ShaVerZ_ ShaVerZ™ ツ 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 (@_ShaVerZ_) reported from Hayle, England

@Payforit_Sucks @ThreeUK || Be warned those using @AmazonUK! Sellers send a text message saying they are having issues with email/messages and need you to confirm your email address, you then respond to the text. This confirms an active number, they then sign you up for Payforit

  • MarkAJames70 DerbyBlood (@MarkAJames70) reported from Germoe, England

So I’m having to get data from an O2 phone to type this. One week of no service by the looks of it @ThreeUK Discount or do you cancel my contract for me ?

  • GinaRich25 Gina (@GinaRich25) reported from Camborne, England

@ThreeUKSupport how much longer I've got no signal or mobile data I hope we will be getting compensated #threemobile #threedown #ThreeUK

  • ShaVerZ_ ShaVerZ™ 〓〓 ツ (@ShaVerZ_) reported from Hayle, England

The @ThreeUK network has gone to ****! The past 12 months, customers have endured the worst of any service on this planet! If you are thinking of switching, move along! You'll regret it if you do! You've been warned peeps!

@ThreeUKSupport @r1ch1eb Hi I’m having the same issue if you could help me please? Sg2 0hb

  • ThreeUKSupport ThreeUKSupport (@ThreeUKSupport) reported

@thefrenchnerd If the transaction is still pending this could be what's causing the issue, the transaction will then be sent back into your account within the next few days. The best we can advise is to chat with our PAYG team through the ThreeUK app -Jenn

  • mccsvaleter MCCS - Car Valeting (@mccsvaleter) reported

@ThreeUKSupport why is my signal so poor ? DY13 8AG

  • PietvanderMerw5 Piet van der Merwe (@PietvanderMerw5) reported

Just received an undated end of service statement from @ThreeUK today, 19th March. They state they closed my account on 11 Feb. They also state I am in credit. (They owe me money.) No cheque with the letter and no mention of refunding money. Is their company in trouble?

  • suduprecordings justin berman (@suduprecordings) reported

@ThreeUKSupport It's sw11 2su. Speeds are still slow today too (3.5mbps download, 5.48 mbps upload on last test).

  • FoxResurrected Sarcastix The Gall (@FoxResurrected) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Forgive me but that is just giving me the exact same options that led me to the same ineffective web chat: I’m within the cooling off period so I’m just going to cancel the DD with my bank.

  • bulgarianhols Campsite in Bulgaria (@bulgarianhols) reported

    @ThreeUK @SamsungMobile Mis selling at it's worst @ThreeUK

  • timmyesse Tim Stevens (@timmyesse) reported

@ThreeUK how can your home broadband be useless less than 1 mb per second yet your mobil signal in same place is more than 8 times faster, and just after the 30day opt out, shocking and an absolute disgrace

  • andrewb1967 🇬🇧🇬🇧🇬🇧Britain is free🇬🇧🇬🇧🇬🇧 #MBGA (@andrewb1967) reported

@ThreeUKSupport It is not pending, but have contacted your customer services and topped up over the phone. However it has left my parents without an active mobile, when they have hospital appointments. Very disappointed and considering switching to other provider. Cannot have this situation again

  • Square_Strawb Square-Strawberry (@Square_Strawb) reported

@ThreeUKSupport It’s to long winded for here, can I contact a Uk call center as everyone I’ve spoken to so keeps saying they don’t have the authority to help with the problem.
