Eg. Now me as a customer thinks “Oh it’s normal to receive a call from three and they’ll prove they are @ThreeUK via an SMS”. When a phishing attack calls then spoofs a text then I’m put in a false sense of security, happily hand over my details etc. because that’s “what 3 do”

@ThreeUK your customer service is one of the worst out there. I’ve been a client for years and suddenly my plan got changed which means I’m no longer eligible for free Go Roam after May. What a scam! Changing plans so people can’t use Go Roam anymore

@ThreeUK are awful. 2 years of sound WiFi. The past month has been awful. Three attempts to sort it and now I’m being told, it’s the best service they can do. Lies, lies, lies. 20 years of phone contracts and now I’m getting robbed off.

I’ve now been paying for a contract with @ThreeUK for 3 months for an unusable SIM due to lies and incompetence on EVERY phone call and branch visit. Avoid at ALL COSTS. I’ve been with three for 10 years and will NEVER sign anything with them again.
