    @Payforit_Sucks @ThreeUK || Be warned those using @AmazonUK! Sellers send a text message saying they are having issues with email/messages and need you to confirm your email address, you then respond to the text. This confirms an active number, they then sign you up for Payforit

    @ThreeUKSupport The phone to customer service for about 3 hours with one of ur agents hanging up on me and others telling me that I can cancel the upgrade before ordering a new phone. After a long call I was advised the cancellation had been applied and would take 72hours and to call back Monday

    @ThreeUKSupport since speaking with several of your advisors since Saturday, I’ve gone from having very signal, to complete no service! Was assured would be fixed by end of day, but gone from bad to worse. Live chat just passes me from dept to dept with no result. 🤯

    @ThreeUKSupport The problem is I have no confidence that such delivery has even been arranged. If I’m let down again by your appalling customer service I will be contacting legal advice as thanks to the useless pair I spoke to on Saturday I believe you are guilty of breach of contract.
