    @ThreeUKSupport I’m on holidays. I don’t keep a postcode book with me. Pick a postcode in the centre of #Penzance. That’s where it isn’t working. It was also slow on the Isles of Scilly yesterday, but that seems to be due to you not having any 4G coverage at all there!

    @Payforit_Sucks @ThreeUK || Be warned those using @AmazonUK! Sellers send a text message saying they are having issues with email/messages and need you to confirm your email address, you then respond to the text. This confirms an active number, they then sign you up for Payforit

    @CarlMcKAuthor @ThreeUK yeah i was never expecting it to be plain sailing but the sheer amount of time for the website AND app to just not even load, never mind put me in a queue, is getting suspicious to me now, I've never seen server overloads last as long as this, you'd expect some movement by now

    @ThreeUK I had a painful lengthy convo with your customer service at the end of my contract where I specifically asked and was told I was not subject to an early termination fee. Guess what? I’m not paying the £41.57 you now say I owe. Utterly ridiculous.

    @ThreeUKSupport Can you guarantee this isn't the policy, and that she's not going to be put through the same traumatic conversation again? It's taken a lot of strength to have this conversation already, she needs understanding and support, not told she needs to fork out for a contract.
