@ThreeUK wow, not great service in Truro three store today. Walked in to find no staff, when they eventually decided to come from the back they clearly went interested in talking 🤔🤔 sort it out.

@ThreeUKSupport you have murdered the My3 app. No notifications about any change. Went in store yesterday and the staff still couldn’t help me log in. Absolutely useless! And here’s me considering whether it’s worth staying or going else where after soooo long with you.

@ThreeUKSupport hi, my mum has had fraudulent activity on her account and has been left without a phone. She’s on the government vulnerable shielded list & it’s her only contact with the outside world. Please can you help me resolve the issue immediately & send her a new sim ASAP

@ThreeUKSupport It was prior to Christmas and I was compensated for October’s disruption. Fair enough. But it’s just gone on, and on and on. I can see the mast from my work, see the operatives up there and when they are, the mast is switched off at 8.30am sharp and I instantly lose service.

@ThreeUKSupport Palmed off again then Mark what a surprise the 3 phone numbers in question was 3 customer services £42 followed by texts saying we tried to contact you today but you were not available somebody needs to speak to me NOT web chat again

@ThreeUKSupport No difference I’m afraid. On 3G with a strong data signal still complains of no internet connection when I select my mobile number when trying to log in. When on WiFi it then Face ID’s me straight into the App but on mobile data Inget the No Internet red triangle error 😥

@Ofcom @ThreeUKSupport I have now spoken to 3 people at three & have either been cut off by the call handlers or hung up on. We now have 2 contracts which are totally useless, as we are not receiving the service we are paying for. We have now dealt with Dave, Sam & Rohan #rude

@ThreeUKSupport Hi Kirsty.....Customer services said within the hour.......customer relations told me within 2 hours and then told me 72 hours then told me 72 hours and they would speak to staff regarding giving me misinformation.....I have been constantly checking ALL folders since 1pm!

@ThreeUKSupport Didn’t have any use of 2 mobile numbers whilst in UAE but you have charged for data and calls that was never used the service did not work full stop it’s once again happened with my sons account this week receiving texts with charges when he’s got data roaming off
