    @ThreeUK wow, not great service in Truro three store today. Walked in to find no staff, when they eventually decided to come from the back they clearly went interested in talking 🤔🤔 sort it out.

    @ThreeUKSupport It appears to be back to normal now. Yesterday was terrible. My postcode is TR11 2PR and I use the TP-Link Archer MR400 as my 4G Router ;)

    @ThreeUKSupport The web chat just says “please try later”. It’s almost impossible to speak to someone. Please can you help or we will have to cancel contract entirely and transfer her number elsewhere 😕

    @ThreeUKSupport you have murdered the My3 app. No notifications about any change. Went in store yesterday and the staff still couldn’t help me log in. Absolutely useless! And here’s me considering whether it’s worth staying or going else where after soooo long with you.

    After no luck from @ThreeUK I have taken out a 30 day contract with @VodafoneUK using an eSim and have actually managed to have a conversation. @ThreeUK I pay you £85 per month, expect a call next week where I will be looking for a reduction in my bill due your poor service

    @ThreeUKSupport hi, my mum has had fraudulent activity on her account and has been left without a phone. She’s on the government vulnerable shielded list & it’s her only contact with the outside world. Please can you help me resolve the issue immediately & send her a new sim ASAP

    @ThreeUKSupport Problems with my phone signal and broadband. I've worked in Customer Service/Sales and cold transferring is very unprofessional. It's even worse being hung up on after being on the phone for 20 minutes.

    @ThreeUK kindly check out your network around SW12 8 area as phone calls keep dropping in middle of conversations and it’s very frustrating. We never go past 2 signal strength and yet we are paying for services not used???

    @ThreeUKSupport NE63 8BG, device is a Huawei P30 Pro. Even on 4G+ it's getting slow speeds on many occasions even outside of peak times/daytime.

    @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport around this time yesterday and today I lost all Signal and mobile data. Tried switching airplane mode on and off and force restarting the phone but no change. PO4 area of Portsmouth. Any idea what's going on? Went on for a good few hours yesterday.
