    @ThreeUKSupport you have murdered the My3 app. No notifications about any change. Went in store yesterday and the staff still couldn’t help me log in. Absolutely useless! And here’s me considering whether it’s worth staying or going else where after soooo long with you.

    @ThreeUK wow, not great service in Truro three store today. Walked in to find no staff, when they eventually decided to come from the back they clearly went interested in talking 🤔🤔 sort it out.

    @ThreeUK your 4G broadband is terrible. Ashamed that this is my only option since my landlord refuses to sign another contract with our regular ISP since we're moving this year. My download speeds are <5mb/s. I'm in East London with great coverage and using ethernet. DM me.

    @ThreeUK you charged me £1.10 for 2 picture messages which my friend didn't receive (sent them by Whatsapp in the end) & your support says it's my fault for not knowing the other other person couldn't receive them! So thanks for the PAC & I'm gone. Enjoy your ill-gotten £1.10.

    @ThreeUK The app doesn’t work. The website doesn’t work. I’ve been in a queue for customer relations almost 3 hours now after spending an hour with other support getting me to do the same thing I’ve already done million times and spent hours trying to just get into my account.
