@ThreeUKSupport you have murdered the My3 app. No notifications about any change. Went in store yesterday and the staff still couldn’t help me log in. Absolutely useless! And here’s me considering whether it’s worth staying or going else where after soooo long with you.

@ThreeUK I’m due for my upgrade and I’ve found a deal on a comparison site. It’s £23 a month cheaper than my upgrade directly with yours but still on your network. I know there’s a bit of messing around but that’s too good to say no to in current times.

@ThreeUKSupport My sim stopped working about 5 days ago, I went to a 3 network office in Luton Mall today and I was told the sim has issue and needs replacement. I was told it could not be done before it is not a sim on contract. I don't have other means of contacting customer care than this
