    @ThreeUKSupport you have murdered the My3 app. No notifications about any change. Went in store yesterday and the staff still couldn’t help me log in. Absolutely useless! And here’s me considering whether it’s worth staying or going else where after soooo long with you.

    @ThreeUKSupport hi, my mum has had fraudulent activity on her account and has been left without a phone. She’s on the government vulnerable shielded list & it’s her only contact with the outside world. Please can you help me resolve the issue immediately & send her a new sim ASAP

    @ThreeUK wow, not great service in Truro three store today. Walked in to find no staff, when they eventually decided to come from the back they clearly went interested in talking 🤔🤔 sort it out.

    @ThreeUKSupport You said you ‘can promise this isn’t the case?’ I can assure you that it is the case, so don’t accuse me of lying. I’ve requested my pac code twice and been fobbed off by your team twice - instead trying to encourage me to cancel the other deal whilst in cooling off period. 1/2

    @ThreeUKSupport Well that is also the case, unlawful sales tactic holding my pac code whilst pressuring to cancel my other deal in cooling off period in order to try to retain me as a customer. @Ofcom report will be in unless you resolve this today (I have full script of webchat for proof). 1/2

    @ThreeUKSupport More proof that your customer service is atrocious, you’re now accusing me of lying? Over the phone initially, and then your website chat. 15 working days later, still no pac code. You are obliged by law to provide my pac code within 2 working days. @Ofcom

    @ThreeUKSupport My contract was supposed to end in the September and I have contacted the live support before end this contract once the 24 months completed but it seems like the contract have not been cancelled yet & I have been asked to pay the amount for the months in which I haven’t used 3.

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi, is there a mobile data signal issue in Hinckley Town Centre lately? Postcode area LE10. Last few weeks the signal in the Town has been absolutely dreadful! Today Im struggling to even do phone calls.
