@ThreeUKSupport you have murdered the My3 app. No notifications about any change. Went in store yesterday and the staff still couldn’t help me log in. Absolutely useless! And here’s me considering whether it’s worth staying or going else where after soooo long with you.

@ThreeUK wow, not great service in Truro three store today. Walked in to find no staff, when they eventually decided to come from the back they clearly went interested in talking 🤔🤔 sort it out.

@ThreeUKSupport We are now 1.5weeks on and still no delivery. After speaking to 20 odd advisers, I'm still being lied to and given false information. To date, no manager has called me back despite 15 requests. This type of service will be an ombudsman's dream! No one should ever trust Three!

@ThreeUKSupport Hi Kim. I have been through this over and over week after week for 4 months. The warehouse have somehow lost (or someone has stolen) the device. I have been on about 30 calls and maybe 6 chats. Raj said he would call back, not happened. After more than 12 a three customer.

@ThreeUKSupport The order was made online, he was told to collect the phone from the Broadway shopping centre store in Bradford. When he went in to collect it the sales guy said "no we've not got it" & started serving another customer (without even checking if any deliveries had been made) 1/2

@ThreeUKSupport He never received the handset. He left the store & immediately rang & cancelled the contract. He'd made the order the night b4 & only went 2 collect when he got a text saying it had been delivered 2 that store. I'm not sure what happened 2 the handset. Never received/used it. 2/2

@ThreeUK 4 times I’ve now requested a working SIM card for my phone upgrade and I am still waiting !!! 2 nd December it arrived and it’s useless !!! I want to cancel my TWO contracts !!!

@ThreeUKSupport issue still isn't fixed! I was told to wait until today cos there was maintainance done! I'm watching a stream now and it's like I'm bouncing back and forth from 2 or 3 different masts... Stream is skipping and buffering... So Frustrating! less than 1Mbps down :/
