    @ThreeUKSupport you have murdered the My3 app. No notifications about any change. Went in store yesterday and the staff still couldn’t help me log in. Absolutely useless! And here’s me considering whether it’s worth staying or going else where after soooo long with you.

    @ThreeUK wow, not great service in Truro three store today. Walked in to find no staff, when they eventually decided to come from the back they clearly went interested in talking 🤔🤔 sort it out.

    @ThreeUKSupport The web chat just says “please try later”. It’s almost impossible to speak to someone. Please can you help or we will have to cancel contract entirely and transfer her number elsewhere 😕

    @max__jv @ThreeUK Damn only days aren't you lucky... I've had **** signal for months and instead of them fixing it I got a discount on my bills. Good luck I recommend switching networks ASAP that's what I'm gonna do

    @ThreeUKSupport Only managed to sort everything out yesterday!!! Thank god I’m moving across to @virginmedia. They have been super helpful and took much less time to sort me out. 20years with Three ruined in 1 single week by your lack of customer support. Never again.

    @ThreeUKSupport Same issue as I had last 2 days, get to the point of putting in my CVV, then it asks to login again, but doesn't login. Go in a different way, won't let me login at all.

    @ThreeUKSupport I can see you aren’t interested Fraser. I’ll pick it up with the ombudsman tomorrow as that’s when I reach my 8 week cut off with zero response from Three, no complaint acknowledgment and no one actually bothered about you sending incorrect info.

    @ThreeUKSupport @FieryBiscuitss Three are ok until you have an issue, then not so good, I went months with horrendous single, at times 0.1 mbps, left after it not being resolved, no compensation, paying 50 quid a month for a phone I could hardly use
