@ThreeUKSupport you have murdered the My3 app. No notifications about any change. Went in store yesterday and the staff still couldn’t help me log in. Absolutely useless! And here’s me considering whether it’s worth staying or going else where after soooo long with you.

@ThreeUKSupport No, nothing has helped so far. Even on our phones the only way we can get signal is by leaving our street and walking 100 metres into a better signal area.

@ThreeUKSupport I moved out of my old address over 5 years ago. You've got my current address on your system. Yet, for some reason I get these texts from three about poor signal or mast issues in the area I left 5 years ago.

@ThreeUKSupport And added on a bolt on - same thing happened and I called customer service, they advised nothing wrong and will drop in. Still nothing at 8 this morning so I call back and now they are telling me they can’t fix it for 48 hours- so I have no phone which I need for work till then.
