    @ThreeUKSupport you have murdered the My3 app. No notifications about any change. Went in store yesterday and the staff still couldn’t help me log in. Absolutely useless! And here’s me considering whether it’s worth staying or going else where after soooo long with you.

    @ThreeUKSupport Literally all week we've had no signal on either of our Three phones or on our WiFi box which comes from a sim card. Just our street, it's really weird.

    @ThreeUK wow, not great service in Truro three store today. Walked in to find no staff, when they eventually decided to come from the back they clearly went interested in talking 🤔🤔 sort it out.

    @ThreeUKSupport hi, my mum has had fraudulent activity on her account and has been left without a phone. She’s on the government vulnerable shielded list & it’s her only contact with the outside world. Please can you help me resolve the issue immediately & send her a new sim ASAP

    After no luck from @ThreeUK I have taken out a 30 day contract with @VodafoneUK using an eSim and have actually managed to have a conversation. @ThreeUK I pay you £85 per month, expect a call next week where I will be looking for a reduction in my bill due your poor service

I’m sorry Jacq but after the way I was spoken today I assure you Three does not care about it’s customers nor does it appreciate their long term business with them. Appalled cannot begin to describe how you’ve made me feel.

    @ThreeUKSupport Just had the most painful experience with your call centre, unable to tel me what the complaints process is, or resolve my issues. Just awful. Is it possible for someone to contact me to resolve this please? I’ve also got poor signal for months, which is just getting worse

    @ThreeUKSupport I’ve had the same contract for over 7 years and suddenly it stops working. I’m not a new customer. This is very disappointing, especially due to the limited travel permitted due to the pandemic. However 3 are happy to keep taking the monthly fee.

    @ThreeUKSupport It's my account as it's in my name - Junaid Jamil. You've charged me for international calls but I requested this to be blocked on the account when joining. Then when I was charged £80 for my first month I was told there will be a credit of roughly £72 but that never came..

    @ThreeUKSupport It's more than an inconvenience I've had to pay overdraft fees and it's put me in a pretty bad place both mentally, financially and in terms of my physical health also. It was explained multiple times the person using the account is over 90 years of age. In the most polite way..
