    @ThreeUKSupport hi, my mum has had fraudulent activity on her account and has been left without a phone. She’s on the government vulnerable shielded list & it’s her only contact with the outside world. Please can you help me resolve the issue immediately & send her a new sim ASAP

    @ThreeUK wow, not great service in Truro three store today. Walked in to find no staff, when they eventually decided to come from the back they clearly went interested in talking 🤔🤔 sort it out.

    @ThreeUKSupport The web chat just says “please try later”. It’s almost impossible to speak to someone. Please can you help or we will have to cancel contract entirely and transfer her number elsewhere 😕

    After no luck from @ThreeUK I have taken out a 30 day contract with @VodafoneUK using an eSim and have actually managed to have a conversation. @ThreeUK I pay you £85 per month, expect a call next week where I will be looking for a reduction in my bill due your poor service

    @ThreeUKSupport you have murdered the My3 app. No notifications about any change. Went in store yesterday and the staff still couldn’t help me log in. Absolutely useless! And here’s me considering whether it’s worth staying or going else where after soooo long with you.

    @ThreeUKSupport Mark. I don't voice complaints in twitter. I've tried for 2 years to get my headphones and tried again today. Got nothing. Complaints fall on deaf ears. Three doesn't reward customers. Just charge a lot of money for nothing. I'll be raising a large complaint.

    @ThreeUK your customer service/back end team (whoever deals with proof of usage are ridiculous) I have been trying to get my proof of usage and you have been disappointing me since the 5th of October. The phone was blacklisted last Sunday and still no proof sent.

    @ThreeUKSupport I've talked to EE and Vodafone who are the only other companies that have 5G in my area or near by, but they don't operate on a bandwidth compatible with my phone The only network that is compatible with my phone, is Three. Which is why I'm talking to you
