  • sophiehellyer Sophie Hellyer (@sophiehellyer) reported from Saint Agnes, England

@ThreeUKSupport hi, my mum has had fraudulent activity on her account and has been left without a phone. She’s on the government vulnerable shielded list & it’s her only contact with the outside world. Please can you help me resolve the issue immediately & send her a new sim ASAP

  • ThatCornishLadd Connor🚌💨|📸|🕹 (@ThatCornishLadd) reported from Redruth, England

@ThreeUKSupport you have murdered the My3 app. No notifications about any change. Went in store yesterday and the staff still couldn’t help me log in. Absolutely useless! And here’s me considering whether it’s worth staying or going else where after soooo long with you.

  • sophiehellyer Sophie Hellyer (@sophiehellyer) reported from Saint Agnes, England

@ThreeUKSupport The web chat just says “please try later”. It’s almost impossible to speak to someone. Please can you help or we will have to cancel contract entirely and transfer her number elsewhere 😕

3 (Three) Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • 365dyl djw (@365dyl) reported

@ThreeUK A few months ago, we experienced a complete drop-out (two weeks) of 5g Broadband signal, and unnecessarily had our 5G router replaced (by a lower spec device) Your colleagues agreed to cancelling our contract, although two months later I’m still being charged. Help

  • UKtodayUK Real Mike ©️ (@UKtodayUK) reported

I have made around 30 wasted calls to @ThreeUK trying to get my phone unlocked from being a child phone to being an adult phone. They have a badly designed website and customer services is nearly non-existent I wish I'd never moved from O2

  • IBBoard IBBoard (@IBBoard) reported

BLOODY HELL, @threeuk are getting expensive on PAYG! It was bad when they dropped the 3-2-1 pricing (3p/min, 2p text, 1p/MB). 5p/MB was about acceptable and 10p texts was like the old days. But now it's going up again! 15p texts and 10p/MB? WTF? They're going to lose customers!

  • DerekJMurray Derek Murray 🇺🇦 (@DerekJMurray) reported

@ThreeUKSupport I wish it was that easy. Having had texts claiming system issues and that 'Oops we can't process ..', your live chat assistant is now telling me that the request has to be sent to your 'back end team' which will take 48 hours!

  • c_h_pugh Christopher Pugh (@c_h_pugh) reported

@1pMobile I was considering transfer to @ThreeUK because my @O2 signal unreliable. Until 16 Feb. 2021 Three's rate was 3p per minute. A more than threefold increase to 10p is being repeated at the new level of 35p. Thanks for warning me. I think I may transfer to you when credit runs out

  • LivOnShoestring Olivia McDonald (@LivOnShoestring) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Hi! I keep getting txt messages saying there’s issues with signal in my post code, however it’s referencing my old address. In MyThree it’s my current and correct address. Can you help please?

  • ajnt Andy (@ajnt) reported

Hi @ThreeUKSupport I ordered a SIM yesterday on pay monthly. Now don't need it. Cancelling seems to be impossible. Haven't got a number to login to website or use the phone system. Your colleagues on 0333 338 1001 can't find my details anywhere using order ref num.

  • ajnt Andy (@ajnt) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Thanks Muz. They said "they have sent an e-mail to the concerned team to cancel the order". I'm not sure what happens next but I assume I should cut up the SIM if it arrives and cancel any direct debits that get setup?

  • DerekJMurray Derek Murray 🇺🇦 (@DerekJMurray) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Thanks. Poor show all round, especially as I'm trying to leave thanks to 3's outrageous PAYG price rises.

  • CryptoGeezerUk CryptoGeezerUK (@CryptoGeezerUk) reported

Typical same time every month @ThreeUK signal goes down. 3 months in a row now.
