@ThreeUKSupport My data doesnt work ANYWHERE. I literally pay for nothing. wherever i go it claims to be working 4G but then no connection and sometimes it will just go down to 3G, spoke to the people on the app who were absolutely useless. have DM'd before and no reply.

@Ofcom what do you do when @ThreeUK owe you £295, each support agent lies to you about the refund progress. Leaving you with out food for a week. Because they promise a refund every day & every chase is answered with we canceled the request & we must put it though begin again.

@ThreeUKSupport Not at all, just really poor speeds. Got multiple devices in the house and all the same. iPad, iPhone, android and a 4G router and all suffer with poor speeds

@ThreeUKSupport @rorycordz Yes you can.,.. You do a MSISDN & IMSI Swap on a new profile in Peoplesoft and Provision a new USIM to send to the customer... Its not hard.. I have done it !

@ThreeUKSupport I had a chat on the app 3 days ago and the guy was useless he made me reset my network settings and when I told him my data wasn’t working he said it should be just because it said 4G? It says 4G all day but when I can’t load a page then what’s the point
