@ThreeUKSupport just spent over an hour on the support chart and got absolutely nowhere and then the agent just stopped responding. Huge waste of my time and issue still not resolved. SORT IT OUT!

@ThreeUKSupport Nope. Doesn’t work. Even the survey you send so I can say how terrible the website is fails to load. Haven’t had any luck with the on phone app either. Basically dysfunctional.

@ThreeUKSupport I'm on a monthly rolling contract and was told I could upgrade any time after three months. But over the many years I've been a 3 customer I've never been able to access this part of the website.

@ThreeUKSupport It's fine right now, but a few times a week it just dies, alongside the fact I have to reset to default to get my speed and quality back to normal, broadband mostly goes off at night so I'm sat here helpless, every landline broadband has support just not 3 mobile.

For over a year, @ThreeUK has had no problems automatically taking money from me on a monthly basis. Now they've confirmed I've closed my account and they owe me money, suddenly they can't do automatic transfers. I need to call them to get my money back.

@ThreeUK Do not trust Three. They cheat customer and dont even generate the PAC code. I called in to cancel my contract. excalation team didn’t follow the process of 1 month notice or holding the connection until i use generated pac code. They just disconnected the service right away.

@ThreeUKSupport Three years ago... it is a bug on your website... let's leave it at that. I've done what I wanted to do by connecting to the wifi... your website is horrendous, but me cribbing on twitter is unlikely to fix it... so there...

@Three_Is_Broken @ThreeUK My 4g is non existent some days. Forget streaming music, YouTube.. Etc.. Three has gone to bloody pot...Never seen to reply to offer any real help.. Just take the money. Then post... Post code.. Reboot... What phone do you have.. Blah blah blah blah... Repeat!!!
