@ThreeUKSupport just spent over an hour on the support chart and got absolutely nowhere and then the agent just stopped responding. Huge waste of my time and issue still not resolved. SORT IT OUT!

@ThreeUK useless, pathetic customer service - my 15 month old iPhone dies, they want to charge me £161 to upgrade and get a new one or pay £155 cancellation fee. So I'm stuck paying my normal monthly payment for the next 7 months but can't use.

@ThreeUKSupport constant slow speeds of around 2-5 mbps and your live chat keep telling me the same thing. Change network settings ect.. I’m sick of paying £40 a month for slow speeds. It’s advertised as ‘VERY GOOD’ in my area yet my speeds are shockingly slow. HX3 9AN post code

@ThreeUK you should be ashamed of your customer care, over the last 4 weeks I’ve spoken to 4 different so called customer care reps, had 4 promises of a refund of £519 that you owe me for a under warranty repair. I am now forced to take you to the small claims court.

@ThreeUK reiceied my upgrade yesterday however the phone is having to be replaced cause there was an issue with the phone, just curious because my plan is as if I’ve got a new phone, but still using the old one. No idea when the replacement is even being delivered

@ThreeUK despicable customer service...mum got a new phone from store which is closed due to COVID and no one in Three is willing to replace this faulty phone and say she needs to go to store...IT'S CLOSED!!! I will be pulling all 5 contracts I have from you as soon as I can!!
