@ThreeUKSupport just spent over an hour on the support chart and got absolutely nowhere and then the agent just stopped responding. Huge waste of my time and issue still not resolved. SORT IT OUT!

@ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUKSupport your advisors just keep passing me around. I need some form of escalation as this is a VERY serious matter. We have had to wait weeks for two refunds that we still don’t have but have been promised. This is ONE of many issues.

@ThreeUKSupport 2 direct debits for the last 3 months. Whenever I talk to the live chat they always just log out and nothing gets resolved. Basically I went to upgrade my contact and 3 started a new contract (which I was unaware, never got sent a new SIM) which I can't cancel. It's rediculous

@ThreeUKSupport Hi peeps. Your call centre staff are lovely. But please stop asking them to upsell at the end of every call. The service is amazing. But they don't have to do it. I've been with you guys for 4 years and the service is part of the reason why.

@ThreeUKSupport I now have another problem, I paid extra for a £10 Trio 4GB Simpack Dynamic, that was supposed to be pre-loaded, but my account is showing as no credit and no allowances. How can I fix this?

@ThreeUKSupport Yes I would like the new SIM canceled. Never used it, never got sent it, don't even know the number for it. Just being charged for it. One person said I had to swap to pay as you go, one person misunderstood and tried to upgrade me again without canceling the new one.

@ThreeUK just had the most shocking customer service from Three. Twice in 3 days you have blocked my phone. Bills up to date. No explanation. Wait in phone queues to be cut off as you get through. Contract is up in less than 2 months. I definitely won’t be renewing!!
