    @ThreeUKSupport just spent over an hour on the support chart and got absolutely nowhere and then the agent just stopped responding. Huge waste of my time and issue still not resolved. SORT IT OUT!

    Dear @ThreeUK , what is the point of lodging a complaint and waiting for a month and receive a text that it has been resolved? I get in contact via the chat and quote the reference number and your team is clueless? Is this how Three works?

    @ThreeUKSupport I should also say my wife is on Three and had the same problem. Ditto she’s never used the adult filter, checked My3 and it was off. She scanned a QR code at an airport bar for their menu on the way home and the adult content thing came up again.

    @ThreeUKSupport Escalated weeks ago and I gave up contacting live chat daily to have the same lies told to me everyday that it’ll be working in hours. No explanation or updates. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced.
