@ThreeUKSupport just spent over an hour on the support chart and got absolutely nowhere and then the agent just stopped responding. Huge waste of my time and issue still not resolved. SORT IT OUT!

@ThreeUKSupport Thanks, it appears to be a problem with iOS 15 beta, that has your website think I’m on WiFi when I’m not. Likely the new privacy protection, I’ve not figured out yet how to disable it.

@ThreeUKSupport And Samsung has already confirmed that it is Netwok Settings Update to decides the Samsung Pay update. So there is no fault at Samsung and is also evident from the screenshot above. All it has to be with Network Settings Update which ThreeUK is not sending.

@ThreeUKSupport No, your customer service people have been lying about 'getting it sorted' to me for a week now, so I very much doubt going through it all again with you will change anything. All within the 3 network. I'm just warning others not to use you.
