@ThreeUKSupport just spent over an hour on the support chart and got absolutely nowhere and then the agent just stopped responding. Huge waste of my time and issue still not resolved. SORT IT OUT!

@ThreeUK @GoogleUK Your customer service rep just asked why didn't the mugger throw the sim back when they stole their phone because your incompetent security department will only text verification codes to the stolen phone number. Does that make sense to you?
