@ThreeUKSupport just spent over an hour on the support chart and got absolutely nowhere and then the agent just stopped responding. Huge waste of my time and issue still not resolved. SORT IT OUT!

@ThreeUKSupport On some networks data just won’t work without a data passport. On others it works but it’s slow…so even though I technically can use my home allowance I have to buy a data passport to get usable speeds. I can’t buy them in bulk, for some unexplained reason, so it’s a daily pain

Anyone else finding @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK impossible to fathom out? Can't find my customer number on their website and their contract letter has the customer number and doesn't have my mobile phone number on it. I have 2 mobiles and no way to tell which the contract is for!
