@ThreeUKSupport Great - but there is no local store. It would have been good if the replacement SIM wasn't cancelled due to a technical fault? And why try and upsell to an unhappy customer and then put them through to customer services and not respond. Rubbish service!

@ThreeUKSupport you asked me to get in touch when I had no internet despite having plenty of signal. It’s happening all the time but usually because I have no internet I can’t get in contact. But right now in BS6 I can get three “bars” of 4G but no internet. I’m on wifi now.
