@ThreeUKSupport just spent over an hour on the support chart and got absolutely nowhere and then the agent just stopped responding. Huge waste of my time and issue still not resolved. SORT IT OUT!

@ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport again ongoing poor service from Three. Advised to web chat to sort out vulnerable client’s account, then advised to go to a local store. All the store can do is phone upgrades so turned away. Store advice - formally complain against own company to resolve
