    @ThreeUKSupport just spent over an hour on the support chart and got absolutely nowhere and then the agent just stopped responding. Huge waste of my time and issue still not resolved. SORT IT OUT!

    @ThreeUK the service is very much did-satisfied and the agent name is Yashik’s who is very rude on the call when asked for manager. The network is really bad and am requesting for e-sim for the last 3 months. Customer service is very disappointing with mobile phone in contract

    @ThreeUK are NOT getting any more competent at dealing with my complaint. No email to confirm that my complaint has not been settled, no communication records, no contact at all. Except, of course, automated ones asking if I would recommend to friends and family. Hmm? NO!

    Every day for 4 days I have been promised my sim being blocked will be solved in 24 hours and yet it isn't and I start again with your support team. Please can you help resolve this issue urgently. I have been without calls or sms for 4 days. @ThreeUKSupport

    Finally got through to a UK agent at @ThreeUKSupport- they were disparaging, rude and unhelpful. Back to the drawing board to avoid a 90% hike in my monthly bill then.
