@ThreeUKSupport received a text last week to say Network improvement work was going on in my postcode and would last 4 days, presume work is completed? Sad though my signal is still only 1 bar, no internet. Only part of my town that the signal is terrible, 4g everywhere else.

@ThreeUKSupport One of your staff (that was very difficult to get in contact with). This is not made clear and is extremely misleading to have an option to save and then deleting it anyway. I will be changing providers at my earliest convenience as this as caused so much more hurt for me. Awful.

@ThreeUK why is the signal in my area still so bad, when are u building more towers in Sheffield, I work from home I need stable connection, I’ve called so many times and no one knows when it’ll be improved, can’t get a discount either! What am I paying for?
