    @ThreeUKSupport just spent over an hour on the support chart and got absolutely nowhere and then the agent just stopped responding. Huge waste of my time and issue still not resolved. SORT IT OUT!

    @ThreeUKSupport received a text last week to say Network improvement work was going on in my postcode and would last 4 days, presume work is completed? Sad though my signal is still only 1 bar, no internet. Only part of my town that the signal is terrible, 4g everywhere else.

    @GillianDouglas2 @VodafoneUK @ThreeUK Whilst I understand there’s inflation to keep up with, surely the customer and the circumstances have to come into consideration. We’ve all been told to stay home. I have no income for now.

    @ThreeUK I get a message everyday asking if I'm happy and want to close my complaints account. I'm not happy with what you're saying and want everyone to know how bad a service you gave me and my family when I needed you most through lockdown.

    @ThreeUKSupport Can this not be sped up? Like I say, I was told it would be done on Saturday and now I need to wait until Wednesday? I think it’s more than fair that I ask this all to be sorted today. The customer service has been poor enough already, it’s not fair I have to keep waiting is it?

    @RevRichardColes @O2 I went to @ThreeUK - and since then they’re service is so good I haven’t actually had to speak to anyone nearly a tenth as much. And then they got it sorted quite quickly.

    @ThreeUK I am sure three woks well in some area but very bad in min, you push too much, convince people to renew their contracts etc of BS, must recognise that some must switch away and make it easy rather than starting to hate three which will stop them coming back in the future

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi Kim thanks, but we've tried all that, we regularly have to adjust the settings depending on the signal. We have had virtually no WiFi thu, fri, sat am and also last night. It's come back earlier this morning but was very slow and it's now dropped out again
