    @ThreeUKSupport just spent over an hour on the support chart and got absolutely nowhere and then the agent just stopped responding. Huge waste of my time and issue still not resolved. SORT IT OUT!

    @GillianDouglas2 @VodafoneUK @ThreeUK Whilst I understand there’s inflation to keep up with, surely the customer and the circumstances have to come into consideration. We’ve all been told to stay home. I have no income for now.

    @ThreeUKSupport I’m 99% sure that the problem wasn’t fixed but I don’t want to speak to use the online contact service again.

    @ThreeUKSupport Every complaint logged with three has been ignored. You have promised dates of refund and never completed the promise so therefor this proves you have ignored my complaint. You’re ripping customers off I’ve had to request call recordings because your colleagues keep lying

    @ThreeUKSupport I did raise a complaint & was told to allow 7 days for it to be looked into. It’s now been more than 24hrs and I’ve still not had more than 3G despite being outdoors and in several different postcodes! You’re a joke and affecting my ability to do my job. I will escalate to Ofcom

    @ThreeUKSupport I haven’t! I was one three mobile and you offered me an upgrade so I assumed my number would be carried across like it was last time I upgraded with you! If I knew it was going to be this difficult I would have gone with a different network provider 🙄

    @Mark83UTP @ThreeUK I have the same problem since more than 3 weeks , nothing done, instead they sent me a letter asking me to contact the Osbdoman Office, because they wrote ; we are unable to resolve your problem
