@ThreeUKSupport received a text last week to say Network improvement work was going on in my postcode and would last 4 days, presume work is completed? Sad though my signal is still only 1 bar, no internet. Only part of my town that the signal is terrible, 4g everywhere else.

@ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK I've ended up speaking to the support manager who recommended I cancel my contract and take out a new one then transfer my number over as he can't give me the deal that is on your own website. What a baffling, ludicrous arrangement.

@ThreeUK 1 month into a 12 month contract and it's the worst reception I've ever had. Lack of Internet signal, phone reception poor, people complaining they can't hear me on the phone. Please tell me I can cancel this, totally useless.

@pseudomonas @ThreeUK Not gonna bet but I had a Three SIM in my first gen 3G iPad & it took SIX MONTHS to close the account with them after they refused to let me change to PAYG, during which time they never once understood that I couldn't get texts or phone calls on an iPad.

@ThreeUKSupport Coverage isn't the problem, throughput is. I've got about 50% 3G signal strength, 4G when I get it is about 25%. Data is intermittent regardless of signal strength. Forget about coverage, it's irrelevant in this case.
