    @ThreeUKSupport received a text last week to say Network improvement work was going on in my postcode and would last 4 days, presume work is completed? Sad though my signal is still only 1 bar, no internet. Only part of my town that the signal is terrible, 4g everywhere else.

    @ThreeUKSupport just spent over an hour on the support chart and got absolutely nowhere and then the agent just stopped responding. Huge waste of my time and issue still not resolved. SORT IT OUT!

    @AdumaMum Ofcom can usually close your account free of charge if no complaints have been resolved, Id suggest a stronger network, @ThreeUK are literally THE worst network from all the major 4 1. EE fastest speeds and most reliable 2. o2 average speeds but stable 3. VF unsure 4. 3 ****

    @AdumaMum @ThreeUK Also do a ofcom coverage checker, it’ll show 5g availability and how good it is indoors and outdoors, all networks give you a 14 day cease if you don’t get a good connection, if you have friends on another network I’d suggest trying their sim in the 5g router to see how it runs

    @ShakkTV @ThreeUK i've been in live chat with 3 and got nowhere with them. they just pinned it down as a "fault with the mast" yet it's been an ongoing issue for months. i'm only with 3 since this place doesn't have a fibre connection, so 5g is the only option.
