@ThreeUKSupport received a text last week to say Network improvement work was going on in my postcode and would last 4 days, presume work is completed? Sad though my signal is still only 1 bar, no internet. Only part of my town that the signal is terrible, 4g everywhere else.

@ThreeUKSupport I want to leave your network but I will not be moving to another network. On your website it talks about PACs and STACs but they both mention "moving to other networks" which I don't want. Please help!!

@ThreeUKSupport That fine. Finished with the chat. No immediate resolution. Speeds of 3.55 mbps now. Complaint raised and a call from a technician to come. My guess is mast congestion that would require a mast upgrade.
