  @ThreeUKSupport received a text last week to say Network improvement work was going on in my postcode and would last 4 days, presume work is completed? Sad though my signal is still only 1 bar, no internet. Only part of my town that the signal is terrible, 4g everywhere else.

  @ThreeUKSupport customer support on live chat is shocking. SIM card didn’t arrive in the envelope, so contacted as it says on the envelope, and will not send a replacement due to “incurring the credit limit” I have said it didn’t arrive, so nobody should be spending any money!
