@ThreeUKSupport received a text last week to say Network improvement work was going on in my postcode and would last 4 days, presume work is completed? Sad though my signal is still only 1 bar, no internet. Only part of my town that the signal is terrible, 4g everywhere else.

@ThreeUKSupport just spent over an hour on the support chart and got absolutely nowhere and then the agent just stopped responding. Huge waste of my time and issue still not resolved. SORT IT OUT!

If you want the very definition of pain, try getting some business sims from your local three store @ThreeUKSupport. 3 sets of sims on business account over the last 6 months. Each requiring 3 or 4 trips to shop to try to sort the mess. I wish I never took out the account now

@ThreeUKSupport Where I live, yes. My signal seems to be fine if I go north of my city. But here in the city centre it’s absolutely awful. I’ve been with you many years so I’m very disappointed

@ThreeUKSupport I have been into the three store and done a speed test and had a replacement sim to see if that makes a difference but if I’m paying £35 a month I do expect my service to be better than a 10 minute video taking an hour to load.

Non fibre broadband area, so reliant on ADSL via @SkyHelpTeam (crap at best) & 4g from @ThreeUKSupport which has been utterly shite for days. Neighbour has gone with @EE for poss faster 4g so waiting on their results. If good it’ll be “goodbye 3” for both broadband & 2x mobiles.

@ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK Hello, I have only had my home broadband with you for a few months, but I have had to switch it off and take a contract with @virginmedia as your service kept dropping out all the time. Can you help me cancel the contract as it is not fit for purpose.
