@ThreeUKSupport just spent over an hour on the support chart and got absolutely nowhere and then the agent just stopped responding. Huge waste of my time and issue still not resolved. SORT IT OUT!

@ThreeUKSupport hi - my son phoned you yesterday as was unable to make/receive calls and texts. You had blocked his account but gentleman he spoke to said it would be lifted within 24hours. His mobile data is still not working.

Sales call from @ThreeUK offering me a phone deal. I explained (very politely) that as I had been seriously let down by 3 a few years ago, leaving me having to buy a PAYG mobile when heavily pregnant so that I could actually call the hospital because my service at home had 1/2

@ThreeUKSupport We are going to change provider. As internet at home is quite often poor. They always say they are working in our area, even when website says they are not. Also we travel to Europe quite a bit and want roam like at home

@ThreeUKSupport A few years and he was in touch yesterday. I can dm you tge details of his account but tge whole issue is that he cannot make or receive calls/texts so will have great difficulty getting in contact with you!

@ThreeUKSupport once again Crappy Internet on both phones and both routers, check to see if there is a problem in the area. Internet(eventually ) says no problems. Phone three and get fobbed of with there is a problem in your area. So we will be cancelling phones and internet

The head of security at @ThreeUK told me that call centre staff could see user passwords, and when I said that was an inexcusable security flaw he said, “How else can they check you know the password?” The head of security. @ThreeUKSupport Very unhappy with customer support about an early termination charge on a final bill. I had an email from 3UK which said there wouldn’t be charges and I checked before using a PAC code. I’ve provided a copy of the email to them - yet I’m getting nowhere with them.

@ThreeUKSupport Mobile Broadband at home is poor quite often, telephone support always fob you off by saying they are working in your area, EVEN when website says there is no work in our area Also we travel to Europe quite a lot and we want roam like at home.
