    @ThreeUKSupport just spent over an hour on the support chart and got absolutely nowhere and then the agent just stopped responding. Huge waste of my time and issue still not resolved. SORT IT OUT!

    @ThreeUK I’ll certainly be going back to EE after this contract.. the service is like dial-up even on 5G, won’t pick up my WiFi in bed while my partner happily surfs, can’t even get a video to play without buffering ! Nothing updates!

    @ThreeUKSupport Your attemping to charge me for using your service while waiting to return my router to end my contract yet your system proves it wasnt in use for 5 days while we waited for the return kit! Get it together and sort it. Im not paying for a service i didnt use!
