    @ThreeUKSupport just spent over an hour on the support chart and got absolutely nowhere and then the agent just stopped responding. Huge waste of my time and issue still not resolved. SORT IT OUT!

    @ThreeUK after months of tangling with your customer support labyrinth, I finally got through to an actual human who assured me they’d turned off voicemail on my account So why am I still receiving voicemails???

    @goulcher @ThreeUK I mean that isn't the typical behaviour of someone who is actually skint, is it? A credit card isn't a terrible suggestion either, it can help a lot if cash flow is an issue and won't cost you anything in interest if you pay it off on time.

    Hi @ThreeUK is there a reason why my mobile broadband cut off an hour ago & you’re claiming there’s no issues in my area. Reset the hub twice & still nothing

    @ThreeUKSupport SE1 9JW 4G is completely rubbish even when the mast is roughly 0.4-0.5 miles away. YES i restarted router, YES i checked the cables - I did everything on my part. After peak times (12 AM and onwards) service is great but during peak times its non excistant.
