    @Three_Is_Broken @ThreeUKSupport @michaelparker I would be prepared to settle for a service that actually worked, just half a mile from the city centre of Oxford.I cannot believe how bad things have got in recent years. 3 closed their shop in Oxford’s Cornmarket. No surprise, you couldn’t get 1 bar of signal there!

    Hey @ThreeUKSupport. 6 weeks ago you took £280 out my account for an upgrade that was cancelled and a phone I never received. Every week Im told it will be 2/3 days until it is returned to me. Today I got cut off because I've "not paid my bill". I can't work without my phone.

    @ThreeUKSupport I’ve had an account for years. I’ve been able to sign in on the phone and website. It is only the last week I have not been able to do so and have had the aforementioned errors. I still get errors as below on the PC on registering, or attempting to change password.

    @ThreeUKSupport The original direct debit is already cancelled, so when that one is attempted it will fail, and I'm really trying to set up a new direct debit but you need to tell me how to tell you the bank details.

    @ThreeUKSupport When I make / receive calls, the other person can't hear me. I have called customer support many times and they tell me the mast will be repaired by Friday. I am a new customer and the cooling off period is Wednesday . I need extension in case problem persists

    @ThreeUK Its so irresponsible you don't have a dedicated customer service number for people who need to report their phone lost or stolen. Your automated service is faulty and you try and sell products to people who have just been a victim of crime.
