@Three_Is_Broken @ThreeUKSupport @michaelparker I would be prepared to settle for a service that actually worked, just half a mile from the city centre of Oxford.I cannot believe how bad things have got in recent years. 3 closed their shop in Oxford’s Cornmarket. No surprise, you couldn’t get 1 bar of signal there!

@ThreeUKSupport hi, we purchased a sim last week and chose today as the day to have our number ported over from a different network but this hasn't happened yet. Is there a certain time of day this happens or should it have happened by now? thanks

@tinanewbury @kimturner70 They keep wanting to give me a reference number for a transcript I can only access by submitting a SAR with ID to receive in 30 days. FFS! @ThreeUK have 30 hours to resolve the issue until my entire family cancel their contracts.

@redpaperrosecom @ThreeUKSupport I have seen every excuse possible from hardware issues, waiting for firmware updates, Sim issues, aerial antenna issues.... they are unable to be honest! They will not admit it but I suspect that ‘broadband’ connections are being throttled in preference to phone users

One thing I did not miss was @ThreeUK's abysmal data coverage. No matter where we were my phone would report having 4G signal but be unable to do anything. Anyone else on other networks had no problem with their data access. Seems nothing has changed with that in 18 months. #fail

@ThreeUKSupport Is this a 3 number? 03333381063. Why do they call, leave no message or hang up when I can answer? Apparently this is Customer Service, which is about right for 3.

@ThreeUKSupport Hi Kirsty. I was given the option to leave given I was having such low speeds but at no point was it mentioned that three was aware of a long term issue. I'd prefer to stay as i have no feasible alternatives. This isn't an attempt to get out of the contract, but an attempt...

@ThreeUKSupport ... as automatic selection prefers 4g over 3g even is the speed on 4g is slower. and again, this is most certainly not a device / device config issue it is most certainly network congestion thus three no longer offer the device in certain postcode areas

@ThreeUKSupport What’s wrong with the 4g signal in Scarborough? Data was almost unusable last night and it’s equally as poor this morning.
