@Three_Is_Broken @ThreeUKSupport @michaelparker I would be prepared to settle for a service that actually worked, just half a mile from the city centre of Oxford.I cannot believe how bad things have got in recent years. 3 closed their shop in Oxford’s Cornmarket. No surprise, you couldn’t get 1 bar of signal there!

@ThreeUKSupport I haven't selected any! I privately purchased my watch and had a pre-existing contract. Spoke to support yesterday who said I can't use my smartwatch unless I pay Three £125 to end my contract early and take out a new one. Crazy. I just want to use my watch as intended!

@ThreeUK any chance you can explain to me, why instead of switching my mobile no. From old phone to new on the 4th Feb, as requested. You closed the number down?! now I'm being told I have to wait 72 more hours before it's back? That's over a week without my phone number!

Is anyone else really struggling with @ThreeUK and their account. I have tried three times to cancel an account with them (that should have been cancelled two years ago!)> They have promised that it has been cancelled and I will have a 6 month refund but STILL not cancelled.

Hi @ThreeUKSupport I've recently purchased a SIM Only deal. However I seem to have two Direct Debits set up on my bank account. I don't want to be paying twice for my contact, but I don't want to cancel the wrong Direct Debit either.
