    @Three_Is_Broken @ThreeUKSupport @michaelparker I would be prepared to settle for a service that actually worked, just half a mile from the city centre of Oxford.I cannot believe how bad things have got in recent years. 3 closed their shop in Oxford’s Cornmarket. No surprise, you couldn’t get 1 bar of signal there!

    @ThreeUK I live on the south coast and hardly have any bars/internet. They even charge you for using another debit to pay your bills! Disgusted by them and wish I never switched!

    @ThreeUKSupport I did that yesterday and they say there’s nothing wrong! I’m not the only one in my area with this problem either, and I’ve had to bow go buy a second phone so my sons school can keep in contact!

    @ThreeUK I was on an important Zoom meeting and the connection to 3G on MAC failed- it stated ‘ no Internet connection’ can you help please as I have important presentation to make to medicines regulator Friday and don’t want this issue to occur again.

    @ThreeUK have just been sold down a river by your team in store. Told I could get an eSim after upgrade but apparently this is not the case. Will be cancelling all 3 contracts I took out yesterday and going to a supplier who can fulfil what was asked.

    @ThreeUKSupport And guess what Monday has come and gone and still we have 2 sims, PAYG & Monthly contract ones does phone calls the other text messages, you could not make this up. @Ofcom you need to deal with this company 13 weeks to port a number so poor no one cares as long has we pay the £
