    @Three_Is_Broken @ThreeUKSupport @michaelparker I would be prepared to settle for a service that actually worked, just half a mile from the city centre of Oxford.I cannot believe how bad things have got in recent years. 3 closed their shop in Oxford’s Cornmarket. No surprise, you couldn’t get 1 bar of signal there!

    @ladypokingham @ThreeUK Just to inform, Three's policy is to deliberately withhold mast fault or works info from the website and from the support team here, meaning all they can do is (unknowingly) tell untruths and leave customers in an endless circle of wasted time on calls... (cont.)

    @ThreeUKSupport My elderly father is waiting for a phone to be delivered and has been waiting in all day only to be told it is now tomorrow. This is his only means of communication and he has very little signal and no WiFi. Can you give me details if I can send you order number?

    @ThreeUKSupport No I still have not received a bag, they said the realised the fault as to why I wasn't however still have not received another. It was advised that if I didn't receive a bag I would be issued a refund, this was a week ago, I have no refund, no bag, £300 down 2 days before Xmas

    @ThreeUKSupport @GaryNHughes Chris, the process connects to a better mast when one or other masts has a fault. Because Three's policy is to hide faults from your team and customer (confirmed by your India team) we then get this repeated dialogue and user wastes hours of time on the phone. Update to follow.

    @ThreeUKSupport over 4 hours on live chat today and the only things that came out of that wasted time was I would never recommend 3 to anyone, your complaints and upgrades teams don't know anything about each other and I really want to leave! Shocking!!!

    @ThreeUKSupport @lottiewraith Hi Scott, I can help advise the customer here. You have known faults in London again, but the engineers can't trace them yet. Three's policy is to withhold such info from status page and even your level of support, in order to hide such issues from customers more broadly. (cont.)

    @ThreeUKSupport On the phone for another 1.5 hrs, then cut off when finally transferred to complaints team, where I politely requested I don't pay full price while not receiving the service. It's a pity, a year or so ago, Three was quite good for broadband. Now, appalling. @Ofcom
