@Three_Is_Broken @ThreeUKSupport @michaelparker I would be prepared to settle for a service that actually worked, just half a mile from the city centre of Oxford.I cannot believe how bad things have got in recent years. 3 closed their shop in Oxford’s Cornmarket. No surprise, you couldn’t get 1 bar of signal there!

@w4ndle @ThreeUK I took the Sim out of my router and put it in a tablet and was getting faster speeds. The tablet was very old but it makes me think they prioritise phones on their poor and terrible network over HomeFi

@ThreeUKSupport I’ve had no access to my account or number. Customer service gives me different stories each times I call. I have gone around in circles trying to get my number back. The number was moved to Vodafone. It’s live now. The fraud is called Sim Scamming.

@ThreeUK are your systems down? Can't log in, can't use my phone (no signal or 4G), phone customer services and their systems are down to. I'm flying abroad on Sat and need to know I can access my phone abroad or I will need to sort other provision.
