@Three_Is_Broken @ThreeUKSupport @michaelparker I would be prepared to settle for a service that actually worked, just half a mile from the city centre of Oxford.I cannot believe how bad things have got in recent years. 3 closed their shop in Oxford’s Cornmarket. No surprise, you couldn’t get 1 bar of signal there!

@ThreeUK Another customer of yours that didn’t get the alert I’m afraid. I hope it does work if there is a real emergency?!

  • pauldavey Paul Davey (@pauldavey) reported

@katebevan @ThreeUK Nothing via O2 (no data), nor on 2nd SIM via MVNO Not in a great signal area, but supposedly OK (shows two or three bars) 4G Android up to date and it's set to receive emergency alerts. As a one-way broadcast signal, I hope they are doing some statistical surveys on coverage. :-(

@XanderKirke @ThreeUK Yeah we are jumping ship!! Called three the other day about lack of signal in my area, was told we know, so heres £13 refund! 🙈

  • Seaside42351838 Seasider (@Seaside42351838) reported

@ThreeUK This is a disgraceful failure! What if there had been a national emergency? You MUST retest this. You cannot refuse to broadcast a nationwide alert test. Have the decency to redo the test for all your customers! #iwantmyalert #emergencyalert #three_idiots

  • GeoMarkieB Elon Muscadet (@GeoMarkieB) reported

Did anyone else on the @ThreeUK network receive the #emergencyalert? Neither me nor my partner did.

  • liamnorris1001 liam norris (@liamnorris1001) reported

@p0welly @JaxxAI @ThreeUK Except the unlimited data doesn't work and you have to connect to WiFi.

  • GayaMurali1509 Gaya (@GayaMurali1509) reported

@ThreeUK I was having lunch with friends.. while both of their phones rang.. mine didn’t! To make sure I rang my husband, another three customer, and he didn’t receive the alerts either! So in case of an emergency, neither me nor my husband will be notified?? Sort yourself out three!!

  • thegreengiant88 Simon Howroyd (@thegreengiant88) reported

@ThreeUK Highlights a bigger problem; if you don't get it, you will never get it. This life saving system needs to be more robust for people momentarily passing through a signal deadspot, for example.

  • SteveMeek82 Steve (@SteveMeek82) reported

@VictoriaCoren Majority of people using @ThreeUK or any network that piggybacks on them didn't receive it. Some iPhones on them received the notification.

  • MarkyHawthorne Marky (@MarkyHawthorne) reported

Seems like @ThreeUK disabled emergency alerts. Anyone on three, you're all dead.
