@Three_Is_Broken @ThreeUKSupport @michaelparker I would be prepared to settle for a service that actually worked, just half a mile from the city centre of Oxford.I cannot believe how bad things have got in recent years. 3 closed their shop in Oxford’s Cornmarket. No surprise, you couldn’t get 1 bar of signal there!

Did anyone else on the @ThreeUK network receive the #emergencyalert? Neither me nor my partner did.

@ThreeUK No alert here on three phones all on Three. Very poor- was it not tested internally prior to roll out? Are Three customers expendable in the case of a real emergency??! I suggest a retest in the event you manage to find out what went wrong!

No emergency alert while on a full mobile signal, starting to wonder if I can trust @ThreeUK #emergencyalert

@ThreeUK And there was me thinking I'd been identified as not worth saving in an emergency. Perhaps tell you chat advisors as they keep repeating that it's my phone settings!

@ThreeUK This is a disgraceful failure! What if there had been a national emergency? You MUST retest this. You cannot refuse to broadcast a nationwide alert test. Have the decency to redo the test for all your customers! #iwantmyalert #emergencyalert #three_idiots

@suzanne2608 @ThreeUK @tescomobile I ran a poll on Facebook and although none of my friends on Three received the alert, I have friends on other networks who also didn't receive it, even if people on the same network in the same area did. Theres no obvious pattern as to who did and didn't get it.

@ThreeUK Neither I or my husband received the alert?! Not very good if it had been a genuine emergency alert.

Well the #emergencyalert was a bit of an anti ******! Never went off in my house despite alerts being on! Oh well... What happened @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK 🤷
