@ThreeUK so got up this morning and had WiFi calling in my house - took phone with me outside and came back to ‘no service’. Phone is useless without it as no signal in our village - please get it sorted! Done all usual fixes ....

@Three_Is_Broken @ThreeUKSupport @michaelparker I would be prepared to settle for a service that actually worked, just half a mile from the city centre of Oxford.I cannot believe how bad things have got in recent years. 3 closed their shop in Oxford’s Cornmarket. No surprise, you couldn’t get 1 bar of signal there!

Excuse me @ThreeUKSupport, not really a fan of multiple unknown people calling me saying I have called them when I never ever use the call function. Sooo what gives? And when I do try and call and chat with @ThreeUK no answer? Soooo what’s up? Help? Thanks

@ThreeUKSupport I wish I knew how bad your network coverage was before having a contract with you. Will it get better soon? Why are customers complaining that there used to be good signal but now it's not? How can that be?

@ThreeUKSupport Yes, they discounted it by 60% but when I pay over £80 p/m for a phone that’s has barely any signal for the best part of a year I thought the least they could do would be squash it- considering the admittance of NO SIgnal therefore no service provided which I have been paying for

@ThreeUKSupport And then customer services have promised me each month they will get this to stop however it doesn’t!
