@ThreeUKSupport My mother has been trying to cancel two doggle accounts and it's impossible by phone. I have tried on numerous occasions and you get absolutely no where. Paying for something that is no longer in use. Shocking state of affairs.

Can’t believe I’m paying £55 a month for a phone that doesn’t work because @ThreeUK mast is broken... won’t be fixed for 8-12 months yet have not been offered any other option. Absolute shocking customer service

@ThreeUKSupport I’ve got a brand new iPhone 11 Pro and I have no signal what so ever... texts aren’t delivering or sending. Phone calls aren’t working... currently sat in my house in an outstanding area with no bars... @VodafoneUK I’m sorry can I come back 😫😫😫

@ThreeUKSupport this network down malarkey is getting really on my nerves texts delivering about 20 Times to people... please sort out your bloody network!!!!! Phone. Hasn’t worked since I’ve got it due to network problems due to problems with your mast.

Considering I pay £67 a month for unlimited data the service that @ThreeUK provide is absolutely shocking, I’ll definitely be changing providers when this contract comes to an end! #threeuk

@ThreeUKSupport Yes I spoke to you time and time again. I got left on hold for hours on end, lied to and given every excuse under the sun, until I invoked the consumer act. Then you had to cancel my contract.

@Three_Is_Broken @ThreeUKSupport @michaelparker I would be prepared to settle for a service that actually worked, just half a mile from the city centre of Oxford.I cannot believe how bad things have got in recent years. 3 closed their shop in Oxford’s Cornmarket. No surprise, you couldn’t get 1 bar of signal there!

@neilsnew @ThreeUK My solution will be to move all my 3 contracts to a different network that isn't incompetently managed as there's plenty of choice. The 3 network is terrible and now they've confirmed it.
