@ThreeUK My intermet signal with you is terrible! I have 2 phones and sometimes I get notifications other times I don't. When i'm at work I receive notifications then when I get home and connect to wifi another load of notifications come through!

@ThreeUK 4G service is crap! In London all day today. Full 4G signal, no service. Had to turn off. On the train now, 4G signal but no service. This is being tweeted on 3G. Similar problems in Newcastle. Looking to switch.

@ThreeUKSupport At home not really, anywhere else I'm fine, at my house just nothing, or takes 5 minutes to load. Last night I managed to hot spot for an hour no issues and then just dropped out. Very intermittent 🤷

@ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport having purchased TWO sims unable to activate either. One having prepaid data allowance is not showing as credited to my account. Such poor experience is really disappointing as I am a returning customer having enjoyed much better service with a GSM iPad.

So I buy @ThreeUK sim only deal and I cannot use the network at all no Internet no calls or text @ThreeUKSupport so I speak to you why lie saying 99% of UK network coverage is available when I can't get on and I have to use @EE mobile WiFi to post here wow 🤔🤔

Decided to try a contract with @ThreeUK Not got the phone yet (but they have the upfront payment of course) and already on hold (for 30mins) to the complaint department. Get through only to be told to ignore, the 3 different bits of advice they have given and "wait".😐 #Useless

@ThreeUKSupport I checked the three status page yesterday and it reported issues. There are still issues today. It’s been poor since we got here on Friday. To be honest I would leave if I could but have another 6 months on my pay monthly contract.
