@marcusmark2019 @ThreeUK They should NOT be selling 5G devices and services in your area if you do not have coverage. Its against their policy and Ofcom will have a field day here with a Complaint. If you purchased in a store they should have done a Coverage Check before placing the order.

@ThreeUKSupport After all this I got 3G only in my new house... I've now left Three, you transferred me to a PAYG sim and said you would put credit on it. It's without credit, and the top-up service is down... I'm without a phone.
