    @ThreeUKSupport Eventually. I think I've said this to you a few times but home router customers really need a different login parameter than phone numbers- it really doesn't work very well.

    @CarmenSandieho @ThreeUK That’s why I cancelled my three number and switched to another account. They’re great until you face an issue, then they become your worst nightmare. Very poor and unprepared customer service.

    @GadgetsBoy @ThreeUK At my London home no reception. Apparently it’s not guaranteed as the signal “can be affected by buildings, trees, amount of people and weather”, basically my signal is only certain if I live alone on the moon....

    @ThreeUK How can you not get a joining customer their new phone in 4 days, when its in stock! The worse start ever, being told by customer services that is stuck on the system and may become unstuck if I wait another 24 - 48 hours, Jokers!!!!

    @ThreeUKSupport can you explain why you advertise as “the best network for data” currently my data seems slower than a snail on speed. I can’t load anything on social media etc... full 3G signal but nothing wants to load... partner has the same issue too!

    @JamieMellor81 @GadgetsBoy @ThreeUK If it helps, I’ve just binned Virgin Media off for a Three 4g home broadband set up. Full signal pulling 90mbps, streaming Netflix in 4K and playing Call of Duty with zero noticeable lag. Roll on 5g! 🤩
