@ThreeUK @Ofcom Waited over 4 hours yesterday. Disconnected 4 times. 1 hour 15 mins waiting inline today and as i got to position 1.....yup disconnected. Shocking service and held hostage.

@ThreeUK My intermet signal with you is terrible! I have 2 phones and sometimes I get notifications other times I don't. When i'm at work I receive notifications then when I get home and connect to wifi another load of notifications come through!

@ThreeUKSupport My mother has been trying to cancel two doggle accounts and it's impossible by phone. I have tried on numerous occasions and you get absolutely no where. Paying for something that is no longer in use. Shocking state of affairs.

@ThreeUKSupport No its still not sorted.... despite seeing proof of age etc at the time in your shop where they asked me to go, when i got there your systems were down so it wasnt sorted. You wont sort it till i do another 40 mile round trip to the nearest shop yet again

@ThreeUKSupport 5 calls, one which was 70min, 3 online chats and 1 email. No one has been able to solve my issue. I cannot log in to my account (due to the two step verification, which is by SMS) and I cannot request my PAC code by SMS because Three disconnected me from the network months ago.

@ThreeUK As an existing customer and would like to change from a physical SIM to an e-sim. Apparently, Three is not offering e-sims to any customers at the moment with old contracts (i.e. people who have been paying for years), You are offering eSIMs with the new contracts.👎

@ThreeUKSupport I’ve spoken with customer service who stated I have been billed for 11 months after cancelling because I didn’t use a pad code I didn’t ask for. This is a scam and I want a refund. Moving forward I will be taking legal action. Your company is fraudulent.

There's a @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport office on Oxford Street and other places in London but how sarcastic it is that there's no range as well no speed despite many offices. Great indeed! 5G isn't there and 4G sucks and at times the coverage bar drops to Zero '0'
