@ThreeUKSupport No its still not sorted.... despite seeing proof of age etc at the time in your shop where they asked me to go, when i got there your systems were down so it wasnt sorted. You wont sort it till i do another 40 mile round trip to the nearest shop yet again

Can’t believe I’m paying £55 a month for a phone that doesn’t work because @ThreeUK mast is broken... won’t be fixed for 8-12 months yet have not been offered any other option. Absolute shocking customer service

@ThreeUK My intermet signal with you is terrible! I have 2 phones and sometimes I get notifications other times I don't. When i'm at work I receive notifications then when I get home and connect to wifi another load of notifications come through!

Absolutely worst experience with @threeUK said I would get call back in 48hrs. I have received no call. where was the due diligence when you allowed fraudulent phone contracts but when you get called out u want to make the victim jump through hoops. Disgraceful

@ThreeUKSupport Mark, you haven't the first idea of it. I've been on for circa 6-7 hours with your customer services team this week and am no further on with them unable to give a revised delivery date. Been a customer for 10+ years and this has been disgraceful service.
