I have tried on numerous occasions and you get absolutely no where. Paying for something that is no longer in use. Shocking state of affairs.

When i'm at work I receive notifications then when I get home and connect to wifi another load of notifications come through!

You wont sort it till i do another 40 mile round trip to the nearest shop yet again

Then change DNS Setting from Automatic to Manual, and use IP address 8.8.8.8 (this is Google’s DNS, available worldwide). Save and exit. Netflix should work.
