Can’t believe I’m paying £55 a month for a phone that doesn’t work because @ThreeUK mast is broken... won’t be fixed for 8-12 months yet have not been offered any other option. Absolute shocking customer service

@ThreeUK My intermet signal with you is terrible! I have 2 phones and sometimes I get notifications other times I don't. When i'm at work I receive notifications then when I get home and connect to wifi another load of notifications come through!

@ThreeUKSupport No its still not sorted.... despite seeing proof of age etc at the time in your shop where they asked me to go, when i got there your systems were down so it wasnt sorted. You wont sort it till i do another 40 mile round trip to the nearest shop yet again

Does your phone network also cut you off cold when you’ve used your data allowance? Or are you able to use data as normal at an extra charge? @ThreeUK cuts you off but confusingly sends a text about an extra charge. So if you have no WiFi and call centre’s closed you’re screwed

@AlexGTech1 @ThreeUK I left Three in a huff years ago over their deplorable customer service and policies. The straw that broke the camels back was paid for a watch contract alongside my phone and 5 weeks later it still wasn’t connected - they wanted to start it on the next billing cycle after that!
