@ThreeUKSupport having nothing but problems today 🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄 can't even watch a video on Facebook or load a picture on twitter. What's going on...

@ThreeUKSupport I'm still in contact with Samsung support team. I'll come back to you with results. Must say I'm not impressed with the issue/support from 3. Loyal customer for years & best I get is "contact Samsung".
from Sunderland, England
@ThreeUKSupport Yes had Samsung support. Its funny that my work phones wifi connects but not my 3 phone which suggests it's the 3 phone wifi! I've been with 3 for years. I specifically went with 3 for this deal so I could access apps through Go Binge. Im stuck with a 2yr deal not fit for purpose!
from Sunderland, England
@ThreeUKSupport Don't think it's a Samsung issue, as I said my work phone conects ok which to me points toward the phone wifi accessibility through 3! Very disappointing reply!
from Crook, England
I miss my @ThreeUK contract, had no problems in three years. Switched networks and have had 5 separate issues in a little over 3 weeks! The grass isn’t always greener folks...
from Consett, England
@ThreeUKSupport NE1 4ST. Pretty much sums up your attitude that you can’t even be bothered to google the postcode for St James’ Park, as I just had to. Moreover, my friends on other networks don’t have the same issue on their networks that I have in yours. It’s gone on far too long - sort it out
from Consett, England
@ThreeUKSupport Every other network and even some small networks like Sky Mobile are selling it.
from Hetton-Le-Hole, England
And advised to report to police via reporting site and network provider @ThreeUK so will be doing just that

@ThreeUK are we going to be lucky enough to see some Apple Watch LTE support anytime soon? Coming on for a year old now and I’m itching to take my watch to the pub while leaving my phone at home haha!

@dlever21 @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK Dan I totally get where you're coming from, but Voda do unlimited packages now and the one you would want with the fastest speeds will cost more but they might have some deal during black Friday and at that time all. major providers should have launched their 5g service
@ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport No Service with Three in Acton London Borough of Ealing W3

@ThreeUKSupport Somewhere that looks like something is happening but it's not. Back to my original question how can I cancel my agreement with you as I can't do it online or over the phone as I don't know what number is for the mifi.
@ThreeUKSupport USA. Restarted. Manually chosen network etc. Was told yesterday issue affecting all and would be fixed. It's not! I am not "feeling at home"!!!

@ThreeUKSupport I'll take a signal booster I have heard about and a discount for the trouble if you don't mind.
@shahakha @Three_Is_Broken @ThreeUKSupport I’d cancel that contract quick we all have had poor signal for years
@ThreeUKSupport No. Please don't try and sell me anything. I just want the service restored in my area.
@Mr_TechGaming @shahakha @ThreeUKSupport There is an obvious issue with their wider network which they refuse to acknowledge
@Billo20Four7 @abbeywords @AlfCadence @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport one problem is the removal of the mid-platform overbridge when the station was rebuilt. You could see which platform your train was coming onto and quickly get down to it
@ThreeUKSupport Another provider, but he's been with you for years. His work tried to ring him but he went to answer and no service available. He was in Watford at the time, last time it went down it was also in Watford. When I rang him I got no server available message come up.
