    @ThreeUKSupport I'm still in contact with Samsung support team. I'll come back to you with results. Must say I'm not impressed with the issue/support from 3. Loyal customer for years & best I get is "contact Samsung".

    @ThreeUKSupport Yes had Samsung support.Its funny that my work phones wifi connects but not my 3 phone which suggests it's the 3 phone wifi! I've been with 3 for years. I specifically went with 3 for this deal so I could access apps through Go Binge. Im stuck with a 2yr deal not fit for purpose!

    @ThreeUKSupport Don't think it's a Samsung issue, as I said my work phone conects ok which to me points toward the phone wifi accessibility through 3! Very disappointing reply!

    @ThreeUKSupport NE1 4ST. Pretty much sums up your attitude that you can’t even be bothered to google the postcode for St James’ Park, as I just had to. Moreover, my friends on other networks don’t have the same issue on their networks that I have in yours. It’s gone on far too long - sort it out

    @ThreeUKSupport Yes I did. Twice, because the first time it didn’t work either! By a strange quirk of fate i need one again now for a month or so - so I’ll keep it active - just annoyed that I’ve paid £62 for 2 months I didn’t need it. And worried now for when i try and cancel again!

    @ThreeUKSupport Yes I told them it was a poor signal maybe fault he was he would order me a new one then next day I noticed no service so went onto live chat and they told me it was put down as lost and my sim would be here Thursday still not

    @ThreeUKSupport hey, I lost my data signal yesterday and it's not come back as yet. WiFi is fine. Attempted in two locations so it's not just local. Tried restarting phone, didn't work.
