@ThreeUKSupport I'm still in contact with Samsung support team. I'll come back to you with results. Must say I'm not impressed with the issue/support from 3. Loyal customer for years & best I get is "contact Samsung".

  • tedstercal Tedstercal (@tedstercal) reported from Sunderland, England

@ThreeUKSupport Yes had Samsung support. Its funny that my work phones wifi connects but not my 3 phone which suggests it's the 3 phone wifi! I've been with 3 for years. I specifically went with 3 for this deal so I could access apps through Go Binge. Im stuck with a 2yr deal not fit for purpose!

  • tedstercal Tedstercal (@tedstercal) reported from Sunderland, England

@ThreeUKSupport Don't think it's a Samsung issue, as I said my work phone conects ok which to me points toward the phone wifi accessibility through 3! Very disappointing reply!

  • iainsteward Stuttz (@iainsteward) reported from Crook, England

I miss my @ThreeUK contract, had no problems in three years. Switched networks and have had 5 separate issues in a little over 3 weeks! The grass isn’t always greener folks...

  • libdom Dominic Haney (@libdom) reported from Consett, England

@ThreeUKSupport NE1 4ST. Pretty much sums up your attitude that you can’t even be bothered to google the postcode for St James’ Park, as I just had to. Moreover, my friends on other networks don’t have the same issue on their networks that I have in yours. It’s gone on far too long - sort it out

  • libdom Dominic Haney (@libdom) reported from Consett, England

@ThreeUKSupport Every other network and even some small networks like Sky Mobile are selling it.

  • gypsyroadhog John Patterson (@gypsyroadhog) reported from Hetton-Le-Hole, England

And advised to report to police via reporting site and network provider @ThreeUK so will be doing just that

  • peterjnew Peter J. New (@peterjnew) reported from Sunderland Bridge, England

@ThreeUK are we going to be lucky enough to see some Apple Watch LTE support anytime soon? Coming on for a year old now and I’m itching to take my watch to the pub while leaving my phone at home haha!

Terrible customer service from @ThreeUK Weston-s-Mare today, stood in store for 30 mins without even an acknowledgment. Went in for an early upgrade but think I will give @EE a try.

  • dricho28 Cho (@dricho28) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Sure is LB. I’m stumped why it’s not working...

  • therealdanhall Dan Hall (@therealdanhall) reported

@ThreeUKSupport What WiFi calling is, what the app was. Or that it's a problem

  • ulysses35 JASON GARBUTT (@ulysses35) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Typical.. Not ideal at all and the Sony ZX premium doesn't appear on the list. So looks like a new network for me..

  • rhbBSE Rachel Berry (@rhbBSE) reported

    @Yorkie71 @BrianMaddenSite @KyleJohnsonTTGT My network @ThreeUKSupport is falling back to 3 in Ip332 at the moment 🙄I’d be grateful for 3G 😬

  • king_rela T🤝 (@king_rela) reported

Never doing home delivery with @ThreeUK again

  • DazTyremanP Darren Parker (@DazTyremanP) reported

@ThreeUK do you have any plans to give your customers visual voice mail as the current system is a nightmare and very slow yo navigate.

  • fredwin Fred Irwin (@fredwin) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Hopefully we can get around it then! Signal at home is essentially non-existent. I've been 100% reliant on InTouch.

  • Minion_Josh_ Josh C (@Minion_Josh_) reported

@REALSgtBrdStk @ThreeUKSupport Loads for me but no SSL cert and is slow

  • Payforit_Sucks Payforitsucks (@Payforit_Sucks) reported

@SarahRedsky @rosesandbricks @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK @pepperbackfish @BBCWatchdog @O2 do have a "charge to bill bar" which can be applied to Consumer accounts (not to business accounts) effective against #payforitscams. They don't normally refund victims and have same cavalier attitude as @ThreeUK. @EE are the only network to offer real protection.
