    @ThreeUKSupport I'm still in contact with Samsung support team. I'll come back to you with results. Must say I'm not impressed with the issue/support from 3. Loyal customer for years & best I get is "contact Samsung".

    @ThreeUKSupport 7LA This is not a new problem either, tbh, the service I have has has been shady since I came to three 7 years ago but I always thought it was just the iphones crap antennas. This year I got an s9 and found out, its just three. The WIFI calling only works 10% of the time...

    @ThreeUKSupport I have a horrible feeling I will be waiting for yet another week with no answers. Just be honest with your customers. They really do matter. Especially when they have 6 contracts with you.

    @ThreeUKSupport Funny it’s still not sorted and how can it be a SIM card issue if my wife has the same problem. She works somewhere else, crap signal and everywhere we go we get crap signal. Both of us will be leaving and hopefully go to @virginmedia
