@ThreeUKSupport I'm still in contact with Samsung support team. I'll come back to you with results. Must say I'm not impressed with the issue/support from 3. Loyal customer for years & best I get is "contact Samsung".
from Ingleby Barwick, England
@ThreeUKSupport But they don't make sense, I was paying £24 for 40gb, but these links are £60 for 24gb... That's terrible. Also, still doesn't answer my question...

@pauljohnmccrea @ThreeUK @2dareis2do1882 @O2 Three goes down plenty as well all of them do.

I miss my @ThreeUK contract, had no problems in three years. Switched networks and have had 5 separate issues in a little over 3 weeks! The grass isn’t always greener folks...

@ThreeUK are we going to be lucky enough to see some Apple Watch LTE support anytime soon? Coming on for a year old now and I’m itching to take my watch to the pub while leaving my phone at home haha!

@ThreeUKSupport Read @SaraGuiel’s tweet - also it was yesterday that she was having issues so you are very slow on the uptake. 🤔
@ThreeUKSupport by the way, I just did another check and I am currently receiving 0.68 Mbps in the city of London, your call center admits that there is an issue in this area, so someone is telling fibs
@ThreeUKSupport Yes, had many chats since the 10th when I first logged a call. The issue has now been closed as unresolved/unsolvable. I really want to cancel the contract as I cannot rely on the poor quality and lack of service I am getting now

@_ACasso I switched to @EE from @ThreeUK for my mobile last year, purely because Three don’t support the cellular Apple Watch. I’ve learnt that they promised much when 4G came out but delivered little while stringing us all along. Pleased I left.
@ThreeUKSupport Heres a few addresses ec3m 7ha, ec2m 7py, ec2n 1hn. Basically anywhere with the square mile ( city of london ) my phone has awful data speeds to the point of being unusable.
@ThreeUKSupport I have spoken to your customer services over the attitude of the guy in store - you advised me to take ID which I did - just not a passport or drivers license
@ThreeUKSupport Data, but as I keep saying, it’s been like this for 6 months and the network status checker always says the same thing, so not holding out any hope for it being resolved by next Saturday
@ThreeUK ******* useless customer service. My mum is lying in intensive care on life support. I'm trying to sort out a phone bill, gave all security info and they are saying they can't share info & asking to speak to her! Not asking you to share info!!! #*****
@chloeglovemusic @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport Chlo - I paid my way out of 3 some years ago as they were so very poor. O2 quite good and a good app too. Good luck! xxx
@chloeglovemusic @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport People laugh but I've been @tescomobile for almost a decade now. It's O2 coverage (so v reliable!), with bill capping and excellent customer service everytime I've needed to query anything. I pay £14 for 11GB and it's one of the few services I pay for where I have no complaints
