@ThreeUK 4G service is crap! In London all day today. Full 4G signal, no service. Had to turn off. On the train now, 4G signal but no service. This is being tweeted on 3G. Similar problems in Newcastle. Looking to switch.

@ThreeUKSupport At home not really, anywhere else I'm fine, at my house just nothing, or takes 5 minutes to load. Last night I managed to hot spot for an hour no issues and then just dropped out. Very intermittent 🤷

@s_whitham @ThreeUK @educationgovuk I get the best signal on Three Mobile when other people I know get a crap signal. You might want to do some simple research on signal strength were you use it most before committing to another provider.

@ThreeUKSupport No its still not sorted.... despite seeing proof of age etc at the time in your shop where they asked me to go, when i got there your systems were down so it wasnt sorted. You wont sort it till i do another 40 mile round trip to the nearest shop yet again

So frustrated with @ThreeUK now. Parents’ mobile broadband won’t work and @ThreeUKSupport won’t talk to me despite power of attorney. So essentially elderly parents being charged for service they’re not receiving and no way of fixing it #customerservicefail

@ThreeUKSupport It's not the issue where they are based it's the fact of getting the same runaround. Asking me to do lots of tests and change settings one week, then ringing me back and asking me to do them again. If the service in a certain area in bad then allow your customers to leave.

@ThreeUKSupport drove 5 miles into town, paid for parking to visit a shop to check something, I gave them my number apparently I need extra ID to prove its me just in case I pay for someone else's bloody phone! Absolute **** way to do business.
