@ThreeUK @Ofcom Waited over 4 hours yesterday. Disconnected 4 times. 1 hour 15 mins waiting inline today and as i got to position 1.....yup disconnected. Shocking service and held hostage.

@Heidi_LFC9 @ThreeUK @EE I'm paying £57 month on 3 for my Samsung S10+ and it's a 2 year plan. I'll have enough to pay off the remaining 15 months in one go soon and I'll swap to EE. I've never had 3 add to my bills when on Unlimited.

@ThreeUKSupport can’t update DD details online. Go onto app and says I can’t do it. Chat support is useless and takes 2 hours. Go into store and ask - told they can’t help but use have to use app, me: “that’s shite as well” “I know” cheers then 👍🏼

@ThreeUK Why have you turned your crap filter back on? I took my ID into your store (bloody miles away), and it got turned off for a bit. Now it's back on. If I was old enough a couple of weeks ago, I'm still old enough now, because that's how time works. Duh.

Anytime I’m in Newcastle City Centre on a match day I cannot get any signal even though it says I have 5G. @ThreeUK are one of the worst networks.
