Your Indian call centre workers were not at all helpful passing us from pillow to post.. they actually made things worse @ThreeUKSupport links they sent never worked. It's been a total shambolic joke. #threeuk

The Indian advised my Godfather he should claim the 2 month payments for the service he never had back from his bank...or credit someone else's 3 account for John to get the fefund from them.

He signed a 18 month contract with @ThreeUK 5th December.. he has no speed at all from his plug in 4g router...we tried getting help. The manager from the 3 shop he advised to phone and cancel. 1/2

I was in such a state of shock I couldn't even lose my temper with the kid on the bike i basically got to my feet and hurried home. I've never slept properly or ate.

You are a disgrace...after phoning India for my elderly Godfather to cancel the 18 month plug in 4g wifi that could hit any speeds we were past from pillow to post by India call centre workers. I've been with 3 for years. I specifically went with 3 for this deal so I could access apps through Go Binge. Im stuck with a 2yr deal not fit for purpose!
