Bootsy (@19bootsy68) reported from Dunston, England

What a bunch of un professionals @ThreeUK #threeuk #threenextwork @ThreeUKSupport are...they tell us to fill an online complaint form out for it to say not a valid postcode. John my Godfather also doesn't have an email address...So we are no further forward. #HarryandMeghan #iran

  • tedstercal
Tedstercal (@tedstercal) reported from Sunderland, England

@ThreeUKSupport Yes had Samsung support. Its funny that my work phones wifi connects but not my 3 phone which suggests it's the 3 phone wifi! I've been with 3 for years. I specifically went with 3 for this deal so I could access apps through Go Binge. Im stuck with a 2yr deal not fit for purpose!

  • Stoddy_running
stoddy_running 🏳️‍🌈🌱 (@Stoddy_running) reported from Seaton Delaval, England

@ThreeUKSupport hi. Any idea when you will finish the works on the masts affecting NE25 0JF as my broadband is unusable due to the reduced service?

  • 19bootsy68
Bootsy (@19bootsy68) reported from Dunston, England

@ThreeUKSupport Your Indian call centres makes it very hard to sort anything out when you get passed to technical for technical to say they are putting you through to technical because this technical can't give the go ahead to cancel the contract. You're a sinister comedy act #cybermuggers.

  • SamNicholles
Sam Nicholles (@SamNicholles) reported from Whitley Bay, England

The @ThreeUK app for pre sale ticket sales is an absolute joke, making me create a new account when I’ve already had one, taking ages to load then closing down, class this ..

  • purplelime
Sam (@purplelime) reported from South Shields, England

@rutty_uk @ThreeUK Cheers, some decent plans/prices there. Was always a bit concerned about them not having a help number but I think most networks do it all on social media anyway.

  • ReubenPeccable
Andrew Miller (@ReubenPeccable) reported from Seaton Delaval, England

@ThreeUK Hey Three! I accidentally subscribed to your mobile wifi instead of a real broadband provider. Is there any chance I'll get a decent signal or am I just going to have to deal with having no internet for hours at a time?

  • 19bootsy68
Bootsy (@19bootsy68) reported from Dunston, England

@ThreeUKSupport He doesn't want to talk to any Indian Call centre worker. All he wants is to cancel...understand the circumstances I think you should be letting him cancel and get a full refund before it escalates... How bad will yous look if John falls really ill and ends up in hospital.

  • davidmellstrom
David Mellstrom (@davidmellstrom) reported from Morpeth, England

@ThreeUKSupport Pretty much anywhere indoors! I live in a ground floor flat at NE26 2RG and I have to have my phone on a windowsill to get even 1 bar of signal.

  • basherdrummer
Barry B. (@basherdrummer) reported from Newcastle upon Tyne, England

  • tubblog
Richard Tubb (@tubblog) reported from Longbenton, England

@M4tty_J @ThreeUK Hugely disappointing, isn't it? The whole reason I chose Three as a network is because I can use it anywhere. Now, we're headed to the bad old days of being disconnected abroad or paying through the nose. 😓

  • SocialHermitCal
'Camerado' Cal Desmond-Pearson (The Social Hermit) (@SocialHermitCal) reported from Newcastle upon Tyne, England

  • tedstercal

@ThreeUKSupport Don't think it's a Samsung issue, as I said my work phone conects ok which to me points toward the phone wifi accessibility through 3! Very disappointing reply!

  • LauraChrisp

  • flyingasadragon
Pup Halvor (@flyingasadragon) reported from Seaham, England

@Orthrus75 @ThreeUK If it’s in a specific area sounds like a certain mast is broken. Otherwise your phone settings might need updating

  • 19bootsy68
Bootsy (@19bootsy68) reported from Dunston, England

@ThreeUKSupport I got it connected to my Xbox but it couldn't update... It connected to my phone but its right slow. My Godfather is away atm. Can he cancel...i fear this will be a total waste of money for him with being a pensioner.

@VodafoneUK Why has your network become useless in most of Norfolk? 3G turned off without being replaced. Now @ThreeUK is also just as bad since you took over. Phantom signal that just doesn’t work for anything other than 2G calls. @Ofcom need to investigate.
