He has no internet speed on his WiFi router. Speaking to Indians is frustrating.

You are a disgrace...after phoning India for my elderly Godfather to cancel the 18 month plug in 4g wifi that could hit any speeds we were past from pillow to post by India call centre workers. Enable VoWiFi, and connect to a WiFi network. Wait a few minutes for your phone to authenticate over the Internet into your home company's core network.
