My Godfather is in his 70s..technically he doesn't understand a thing and will be absolutely impossible for him to understand anything said over the phone. I don't have the time to sort more problems out as I have problems of my own with just moving property.

Under the circumstances I'm sure someone high up with Three can have his contract ended in a shop.

All he wants is to cancel...understand the circumstances I think you should be letting him cancel and get a full refund before it escalates... How bad will yous look if John falls really ill and ends up in hospital.

You are a disgrace...after phoning India for my elderly Godfather to cancel the 18 month plug in 4g wifi that could hit any speeds we were past from pillow to post by India call centre workers. I think to make it even easier is that there is an attachment on John's file that there is only one thing we need and that is cancellation of the contract.

He has no internet speed on his WiFi router. Speaking to Indians is frustrating.
