I was in such a state of shock I couldn't even lose my temper with the kid on the bike i basically got to my feet and hurried home. I've never slept properly or ate.

Been told I still can't cancel my contract as you have to raise an issue again about first order (for 3rd time) which will take another 48hrs. Appalling service. He signed a 18 month contract with @ThreeUK 5th December.. he has no speed at all from his plug in 4g router...we tried getting help. The manager from the 3 shop he advised to phone and cancel. 1/2
