You are a disgrace...after phoning India for my elderly Godfather to cancel the 18 month plug in 4g wifi that could hit any speeds we were past from pillow to post by India call centre workers. I had to hang up #threenetwork

My Godfather is in his 70s..technically he doesn't understand a thing and will be absolutely impossible for him to understand anything said over the phone. I don't have the time to sort more problems out as I have problems of my own with just moving property.

I think to make it even easier is that there is an attachment on John's file that there is only one thing we need and that is cancellation of the contract.

I've been with 3 for years. I specifically went with 3 for this deal so I could access apps through Go Binge. Im stuck with a 2yr deal not fit for purpose!

I phone him twice a day to make sure he is ok...he is the closest thing to me after my mother, my children and my sister.

Three have said my only option is to cancel my contract completely and start again. An entire week wasted, 3 days off work, 11 calls to Three, 7 to DPD for nothing. #poorservice
