@ThreeUKSupport so I visited the store in Arndale MCR as I’m having issues with the network.. they are not able to assist me. I called up CC 6 times they are neither able to help me and directing me to the store. This is ridiculous service provided by staff Allister in MCR

@ThreeUKSupport I contacted you last month to cancel a contract-I was advised, to avoid paying a cancellation fee,I needed a pac code to give to new provider(even tho im not taking the number)another monthly payment has now been taken and still no code received. How do I cancel?

Think twice before using @ThreeUK they are robbing bastards! The staff are incompetent @ThreeUKSupport are no good.. wrong device sent.. we return device on 10/12/20 they receive it back 12/12/20 still charge customer for device robbing bastards they are!!

@ingl We had many problems with @ThreeUK when we had contracts! They promised discounts on both mine & Mrs' accounts when we signed only to find they charged us full price for both. When I complained and showed them written proof of their promise they wouldn't relent! #NeverAgain

Upgrading to a new phone from @ThreeUK online has been the worst experience of my life 🙃 DPD tracking tells me they’re sending the parcel back to three (with 0 delivery attempt) and three tells me it’s on it’s way and it’ll be here by 6pm. Guess we’ll see if it arrives late 🙄

@ThreeUKSupport your team keep trying to call me, and they have a terrible connection. That doesn't seem right for a phone company. And if it's my signal, then what am I even paying for at this point? Your coverage is terrible. I'm in London btw. So no excuses.
