New iPhone’s out today! (Unless you’re a @ThreeUK customer. They’ll tell you it’ll be delivered today, you wait in for the delivery, then they’ll txt 4:30pm to say it’ll be delayed 48hrs, then when you call for more info, they’ll actually say Oct 1st.) What a waste of a day 💸

@ThreeUKSupport Yea Jen I have. I kinda gave up on the speetests upload now.. and although you can't do anything regarding this issue, I have been struggling, alongside with lots more, with your 4G. Been a costumer for 4 years now with multiple contracts but I guess it's time to move on.

@ThreeUKSupport I spoke to one of your operatives by calling your service ctr, decided to change operator, got a PAC code and switched. Which I did because you’d sent me an email advising that I could do this without incurring an early termination fee as I was approaching the end of my contact

@ThreeUK Hi - I’m having trouble getting a sim activated that I purchased on the 10th December. I have tried online chat and calling. Calling referred me to call the store that I made the purchase but they’re not picking up the phone.
