    @ThreeUKSupport Not a great experience is putting it mildly. I’ve not been treated so appallingly in a customer care situation. I was told I was at fault for not calling up after I’d upgraded online when I’d had no indication something had gone wrong (which it hadn’t).

    @ThreeUKSupport The upgrade already existed. It always did.L. So the first phone call I had absolutely was a farce. I was told I had to upgrade again to give the appearance either I had done something wrong or a technical issue was at fault when it was your lack of honesty & communication

I was lied to, told my upgrade didn’t exist and my time was wasted doing a fictitious upgrade. You could have been upfront

They are rude, arrogant, obnoxious and lie persistently even when you record their conversation, if it’s not in a ‘script’ they abruptly hang up! And I’ve been with them since they started!     @ThreeUKSupport Yes spoken to Xiaomi support and they stated three installed their own version of the MIUI ROM, so only three can provide updates. So please ask when updates will be released as I don’t want to expose my personal data because a security patch wasn’t installed. #securitymatters
