    Ever since the “improvement” works in the area, my signal has been terrible @ThreeUK The internet is barely functional which is very annoying as I used to rely on that daily when our Sky Broadband inevitably crashed

    @ThreeUKSupport I ain't paying for a servicethat hasn't been good for over a month and the lat 7 days the internet connection has been really slow so i ain't paying £34 for a plan i specifically set up for the good internet speed and the last month or so its been really hard to use internet

    @ThreeUK i have been having connection problems with Internet and texts on my phone for over a month i spoke to you online customer service twice in last few days and they sending replacement sim but are refusing to wip my bill as my service has been awful please can u help

    @ThreeUKSupport so I visited the store in Arndale MCR as I’m having issues with the network.. they are not able to assist me. I called up CC 6 times they are neither able to help me and directing me to the store. This is ridiculous service provided by staff Allister in MCR

    @ThreeUK came into shop! Will a 4G hub work in ST4 5ND yes! Guess what? Just about works! I had to walk over house and eventually at back window got a good enough signal 😡 thankfully I only bought 1 month! Oh I have moved to Lebara that way I ain’t stuck into a 12 month contract

    @ThreeUKSupport @KingsofYearron Waste of time mate. Network coverage is shocking at the best of times where I live, can never get a straight answer via phone or live chat. I’ll be switching for sure when this contract runs out.
