    @ThreeUK no service for calls or internet in BL8 or BL9 post codes, cannot make or receive calls, send texts or use internet although I have received a couple of texts from non iPhone friends those with iPhones are unable to text me!

    @ThreeUK I’ve been with you for nearly ten years and loved you but in the last few months your network has been terrible for mobile data. It’s so flaky now no matter where I am and it’s really disappointing. With no more go roam after my contact ends, I’m considering others

    @ThreeUK The GoRoam part of your service is all I am with you for, I can find a much cheaper domestic tariff elsewhere. I hope you will be honoring this for those of us stuck in a contract with you past May? Otherwise I expect to be released early

    @Apple 15.0.2 has killed 5g on my iPhone 13 pro max on @EE looking at the Internet i don't seem to be alone. Network reset won't work nor will restarts pls fix this ASAP even doesn't work on @ThreeUK sim not happy

    Been on @ThreeUK for few months now and yes at first I had a few problems but now can't complain at all. Everything is great. Whenever I have needed customer service they have always help out and always made sure issue is resolved. Will be sticking with you!

    @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK this has to be the worst network in U.K. order @AppleSupport IPhone 12 Pro Max a 5G phone that requires a 5G sim only to not receive one and when I ask why in told “You don’t have 5G in your postcode so don’t require a 5G sim! Really? People move about!!

    @ThreeUKSupport Perhaps communicating with the customer before the 30 day period instead of leaving it to 19 days so you get another 11 days out of them, might be a good idea. I was told to 'go on the website to complain, so no, I haven't 'discussed' it yet with the 'complaints team' .

    @ThreeUKSupport 12. my telephone number that was historically with three and returned to the network 5 months ago AS A BUSINESS CONTRACT... so not only is she without the means to make or receive calls, they have screwed up the PAC despite my clarifying it needed to be the number

If there is a reason why your network is down then that’s fine, I’ll wait, but if you think ignoring people in the hope that they’ll go away is going to work then you will be receiving my complaint shortly!

    It is because of this that I avoided contacting them and kept paying for services I didn’t need. @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport Please make it as easy to cancel or change services within your account settings as it is to signup to new services. Ease of use would be worth switching for.

    @ThreeUKSupport Have you heard, there has been a pandemic going around and a contract from 12 months ago that has never made a single all or text and barely used for data wasn't exactly in my forethought. But yeh, fall back on the 'it's in the terms'. Why send it at 19 days rather than 30 days?
