    @ThreeUKSupport The outcome of the chat was that he sent me a link to redownload. I ended the chat and uninstalled/reinstalled and still same issue. Software is allnup to date. I didn’t notice it was asking for a “dongle” number on my browser.

    Updated my pay monthly sim plan today with @ThreeUK. Was on Unlimited data and texts + 200 mins for £18 a month. Had been on it since 2015. Then hang on 🤨 Today I saw they were offering Unlimited data, texts and calls for £20 a month! No brainier.

    I’ve had no phone signal today. I’ve checked on the Three website and it says you’re “working on getting it fixed by 07 October 2018”. That’s completely unacceptable! I hope this month is free for the inconvenience. @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport

They are rude, arrogant, obnoxious and lie persistently even when you record their conversation, if it’s not in a ‘script’ they abruptly hang up! And I’ve been with them since they started! But not sure I will stay at end of contract!

    @SnookerBunny @JeanBarber @ThreeUK Agreed on this. I used them once, cost £15 for 10GB, then another £32 for the 56 megabytes I used over my allowance when I accidentally posted a Facebook comment or some shit (plus the 50p a second customer service phone line calls).

    @SnookerBunny @ThreeUK My daughter was in Mumbai and thought was part of her plan - racked up a huge data bill in mins but got into the live chat immediately and they refunded 95% of it and gave her some free data to help while she was delayed there 👍🏼

    @ThreeUK Disgusting customer service . Your call centre have tried to fob me off with half excuses and no help. Asked to speak to a Manager and denied only after I said I would contact ofcom did I have any movement. To anybody reading this post keep clear of 3

    @ThreeUKSupport 4g is much better today thanks. Was really playing up yesterday though. Switching it to 3g was a good short term fix. Hopefully there won't be too many instances as I've pivot just got the contract out!
