@ThreeUK Your live chat via the app is worse than useless. Fill out the initial screen and then just says nobody available for live chat. After service issues on Thursday, phone lines are massively busy too. Not the service I expect.

@ThreeUK I would cancel my contract tomorrow if they would let me. Held hostage by a greedy, profiteering corporation. Why is 3 charging its ‘VALUED??’ Customers to ransom and charging for roaming in Europe. Virgin doesn’t, O2 doesn’t so why does Three charge. Rip Off.

@katebevan @ThreeUK I'm still salty about it so I've looked it up - worldsim worked well for a week in South Africa in '19, but then top-ups stopped applying and their support was worse than useless. So try and find someone who isn't them.
