@ThreeUKSupport I have sorted out the issue on the App, but I have been using the desktop site off and on for years. No change of email address and password stored on pc. Could it be that I can't use 07 etc as your system has changed it to 447 etc. But still gives me the error msg quoted.

@ingl We had many problems with @ThreeUK when we had contracts! They promised discounts on both mine & Mrs' accounts when we signed only to find they charged us full price for both. When I complained and showed them written proof of their promise they wouldn't relent! #NeverAgain

@ThreeUK appalled by the way this company has ripped me of cancelled a contract more than once and still keep charging after paying 2 contracts for 24 months never missed a payment for you to send a debt letter after the contact has cancelled I’ll be taking this further.

@ThreeUK Do not take a phone out with this **** for show. They are a bunch of liars that will do the upmost to avoid getting to the bottom of any issue. If you do make sure your device is ‘BRAND NEW’ not used.

Astounding customer service solutions from @ThreeUKSupport today. After having next to no broadband all morning, my options are to either continue with no internet until mid December (along with others in the city centre) and have 1 month’s credit on my bill or leave the network!
