  • TheJamesBailey
Jim Bailey (@TheJamesBailey) reported from Bolton, England

@ThreeUKSupport The outcome of the chat was that he sent me a link to redownload. I ended the chat and uninstalled/reinstalled and still same issue. Software is allnup to date. I didn’t notice it was asking for a “dongle” number on my browser.

  • Bigglesdaf
Andrew (@Bigglesdaf) reported from Bury, England

@ThreeUKSupport No it doesnt! ANY use of @Huawei means that I would not be able trust the network! The simple fact is under Chinese law the company must provide information to the Chinese security services no matter what assurances they make to other governments or companies! That’s unacceptable

  • RHJOfficial
🔥 яєαℓιѕт נανѕтαн 🔥 (@RHJOfficial) reported from Oldham, England

Nope, for some reason, @ThreeUK briefly lost signal. Restarted my phone and all fine now.

  • sibucparamedic
Simon Buckley (@sibucparamedic) reported from Bolton, England

  • patsyjenkinson
Patsy Jenkinson (@patsyjenkinson) reported from Oldham, England

@ThreeUKSupport still having issues with how slow the internet is since tweeting you the other week. I don’t pay £60 for this. Sort it out

  • martyn_driver
Martyn The Driver (@martyn_driver) reported from Rochdale, England

@ThreeUK after less than 3 days of being a mobile broadband customer I am not very impressed. Your support page has no information about your superdooper new three branded router web support nobody available, phone support not listening. Just reading from a script.

  • MattandPhreds
Matt and Phreds (@MattandPhreds) reported from Oldham, England

Dear @ThreeUK your customer service team just tried to call me. They couldn’t get through because I have no signal. The exact reason I called 2 days ago from a landline to see what you can do... #EpicFail just like my signal.

  • IamHoaxer
RJ (@IamHoaxer) reported from Rochdale, England

@Darkuredi @ThreeUK It sucks but unfortunately has to be done. We tried with a different provider but we just ended up mailing a copy of the death certificate because its bit of a security thing really. I understand your frustration though

  • Nick00610003
Nick (@Nick00610003) reported from Rochdale, England

@ThreeUKSupport I ain't paying for a servicethat hasn't been good for over a month and the lat 7 days the internet connection has been really slow so i ain't paying £34 for a plan i specifically set up for the good internet speed and the last month or so its been really hard to use internet

  • Shaun_Garfin
Shaun (@Shaun_Garfin) reported from Oldham, England

@ThreeUKSupport Any issues in the Oldham area? I don't appear to have mobile Internet today.

  • Bigglesdaf
Andrew (@Bigglesdaf) reported from Bury, England

@crybabyrainface @ThreeUKSupport Big mistake switching Three have the worst network in the U.K. ! Their own staff now admit it! All they want is to concentrate on 5G at the expense of the current network

  • nadzusmashedit
Nadeem Iqbal (@nadzusmashedit) reported from Rochdale, England

@ThreeUKSupport Three systems are down again. what a joke

  • dondon_w
Donna (@dondon_w) reported from Oldham, England

@ThreeUK hi, I have told one of your staff to cancel my contract which ends TODAY and they haven't cancelled it ! I can still use my phone. I wont be paying any extra because I now have another phone to pay for. Please sort this out. Thank you.

  • Yettitabai
Yetti Tabai (@Yettitabai) reported from Bolton, England

@ThreeUK your customer service lines by phone, are inadequately trained. Spoken to about 4 advisors today and they are robotic in response. In store it’s more personal and they actually solve problems not just robotic answers. Something needs to change with your phone advisors!

  • Jayenkai
Jayenkai [JNK] (@Jayenkai) reported from Little Lever, England

@ThreeUKSupport You'll never know how grateful I was to have that bit of contact. With Covid lockdown in full force, and no hospital visitors allowed, it was phone or nothing. I'm so glad my phone worked as expected. *distant ascii hugs*

  • Bigglesdaf
Andrew (@Bigglesdaf) reported from Rochdale, England

@ThreeUK 3 has been my network of choice since you first arrived in the UK but now you are getting more expensive than other networks your customer service is suffering badly and now to cap it all you’re closing Wuntu #TimeForChange

  • LouiseBoulsbee
Louise Boulsbee (@LouiseBoulsbee) reported from Horwich, England

@ThreeUKSupport what is the best way to get in touch if you don’t have online account (phone line not working despite saying open until 8pm)

  • anthony_murphy1
Anthony Murphy (@anthony_murphy1) reported from Bury, England

@ThreeUK maybe you social people can help as Tech Support couldn't. What's the difference between the 4G hub and the 4G+ hub for your home broadband? Also, why do you need a different set of masts to run the home broadband as opposed to standard phones? 🤔

3 (Three) Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • AtticAtac
    Nic Lloyd-Evans (@AtticAtac) reported

@ThreeUK why will you not let me upgrade my phone. 5 times I have called and as soon as I say no upsell just the phone they hang up. Once is an accident twice is a coincidence 5 times is enemy action.

  • _itzkira
    Kira (@_itzkira) reported

Yo @ThreeUK please go sort your 5G out, it's down in parts of NG17 and is stuck on 4G - meanwhile your website states "Our systems haven't reported any network problems" And no, it's not because of my location, I use 5G in my house every day, it's cheaper than any ISP...

  • mushtaqkhan7637
    Mushtaq Khan (@mushtaqkhan7637) reported

@ThreeUKSupport why is the service so crap I’ve been having problems for about two weeks now it’s ridiculous Birmingham area it just hit and miss

  • helloitsolly
    Olly (@helloitsolly) reported

@robj3d3 @ThreeUK @GoRoamless Does that mean if you were on holiday for 2 months and didn't use it, they would also cancel? Seems odd Either way, Roamless will be very useful to have if you continue to travel as it's esim, works everywhere, does text and does calls

  • JustinBarker77
    Justin Barker (@JustinBarker77) reported

@ThreeUKSupport why is there no signal at OL15 0DE? Disappeared since the Vodafone merge. Can’t even make WiFi calls have to use WhatsApp

  • idrees_suhail
    Suhail 🔥 (@idrees_suhail) reported

@robj3d3 @ThreeUK Three just... sucks as a company. Giffgaff has worked great for me (keep your number, free texts receiving anywhere). Or move all 2FA to authenticator apps now that you're maybe forced to change it anyway

  • Lynette_C
    Lynette Cone (@Lynette_C) reported

@ThreeUK No advance notice of systems being down ALL WEEKEND, (can't even see an X post about it) so I'm now unable to purchase a Go Roam pass before I leave the UK on holiday. Not a happy Three customer.

  • RichEIREjonesy
    Richie Jay (@RichEIREjonesy) reported

@skunkcityseeds @ThreeUK I’m on contract but I’ve seen it drop out to 3g up the hills but never in town

  • LevityODonnell
    Levity (@LevityODonnell) reported

@ThreeUK Sort your **** mobile broadband network out in South Manchester. I had better service with my AOL rom disc and dial up in Y2K.
