    @ThreeUKSupport As I’ve already told you, I’ve done that and it doesn’t work. I am not using for the first time. I’ve been randomly locked out, unable to change password and unable to re register. Loads of customers having the same problem.

    @ThreeUKSupport so I visited the store in Arndale MCR as I’m having issues with the network.. they are not able to assist me. I called up CC 6 times they are neither able to help me and directing me to the store. This is ridiculous service provided by staff Allister in MCR

    @AngeSuperFan @ThreeUK Unfortunately they won't fire members of the Board. This problem is most likely down to under investment of resilient services or lack of competent staff making unapproved or unverified changes (aka effective change control procedures).
