@ThreeUK your customer service lines by phone, are inadequately trained. Spoken to about 4 advisors today and they are robotic in response. In store it’s more personal and they actually solve problems not just robotic answers. Something needs to change with your phone advisors!

@ThreeUKSupport Apologies for the delay, Three make the entire cancellation process painful. Having spoke to an agent 6 weeks ago this was resolved (so i thought) only to find an increased monthly charge and active service. 2hrs sat on chat to 3 agents all telling me a different 'madeup' story.

@ThreeUKSupport this was 2 hours in after numerous 'escalations' and a threat to write to HQ documenting my complaint. Ofcom is very clear about contract term process, this failed most of it. Happy to provide complaint reference via DM if you wish to investigate the offshore CS handling.
