Sigh. Internet connectivity with @ThreeUK has been spotty since earlier this year; "essential work for 5G" was often quoted. And now the network is completely down for the past 9 hrs with not a single announcement/update 🙄

@ThreeUKSupport Got lied too 4 times by customer support, A deal was then made to resolve the issue but the Agent refused to confirm the deal via letter, text or email, proof that the deal meant literally nothing. I was forced to terminate the contract to get my credit back.

Just a heads up to all, Due to terrible customer support from @ThreeUK my mobile phone is now out of commission, they offer a load of promises by refuse to confirm there promises in writing or email or even text. A promise like that holds no value to a customer.
