    @ThreeUKSupport As Iโ€™ve already told you, Iโ€™ve done that and it doesnโ€™t work. I am not using for the first time. Iโ€™ve been randomly locked out, unable to change password and unable to re register. Loads of customers having the same problem.

    @ThreeUKSupport I ain't paying for a servicethat hasn't been good for over a month and the lat 7 days the internet connection has been really slow so i ain't paying ยฃ34 for a plan i specifically set up for the good internet speed and the last month or so its been really hard to use internet

    @ThreeUKSupport so I visited the store in Arndale MCR as Iโ€™m having issues with the network.. they are not able to assist me. I called up CC 6 times they are neither able to help me and directing me to the store. This is ridiculous service provided by staff Allister in MCR

    @ThreeUKSupport You'll never know how grateful I was to have that bit of contact. With Covid lockdown in full force, and no hospital visitors allowed, it was phone or nothing. I'm so glad my phone worked as expected. *distant ascii hugs*

    @ThreeUK i have been having connection problems with Internet and texts on my phone for over a month i spoke to you online customer service twice in last few days and they sending replacement sim but are refusing to wip my bill as my service has been awful please can u help

    Think twice before using @ThreeUK they are robbing bastards! The staff are incompetent @ThreeUKSupport are no good.. wrong device sent.. we return device on 10/12/20 they receive it back 12/12/20 still charge customer for device robbing bastards they are!!

    @ThreeUKSupport Just take a look. No obvious issues but I usually get 4 bars and currently just the 1 bar. Data wise itโ€™s coming up with an E rather than 4G? Not sure what that means.
