@ThreeUKSupport Yea Jen I have. I kinda gave up on the speetests upload now.. and although you can't do anything regarding this issue, I have been struggling, alongside with lots more, with your 4G. Been a costumer for 4 years now with multiple contracts but I guess it's time to move on.

New iPhone’s out today! (Unless you’re a @ThreeUK customer. They’ll tell you it’ll be delivered today, you wait in for the delivery, then they’ll txt 4:30pm to say it’ll be delayed 48hrs, then when you call for more info, they’ll actually say Oct 1st.) What a waste of a day 💸

@Horrorstalker66 @ThreeUK Text rise is ridiculous! Most people I know use WhatsApp or similar instead of text and that will increase dramatically. We often get no signal on 3 so only stuck with them on price. Rarely used mobile data so 5g is pointless....

@ThreeUK I was sold an iPhone 12 Pro on the bases I would have 5G and Esim just after launched, it’s now January and no 5G and zero support for ESim, your customer service is poor, most of them just lie to you to shut you up and sell you a lie, my next stop the ombudsman.

@s_whitham @ThreeUK @educationgovuk Been with three 10 years, after deciding to upgrade to the iPhone 12 pro on the basis I would have 5G along with ESim support. It’s now January no 5G no eSIM support paying £80 a month. Absolute disgusting customer service only solution is legal action.

@jamiegreenley @ThreeUK @SamsungUK But what weird is that streaming works for me and doesn’t buffer. CS cannot help as far as giving new sim or money off. Not sadly with improving useage case. I’ve just come to live with it. Mate
