@ThreeUKSupport I’ve tried to get in touch again and always get told your system is down! I rang up and was told to email, I emailed and was told the address was no longer valid and to live chat, I try to live chat and get told the system is down - ITS BEYOND A JOKE NOW

@ThreeUK Your live chat via the app is worse than useless. Fill out the initial screen and then just says nobody available for live chat. After service issues on Thursday, phone lines are massively busy too. Not the service I expect.

@gixer11man @Three_Is_Broken @netflix @ThreeUK Not with @ThreeUK ! Been complaining forever. Barely have signal at my home. But I am always told the mast is heavily congested. And that's it... Nothing more to be done. Basically only help is if you buy £1000 device from them....

The 4G and signal bar means literally noting anymore. Cue @ThreeUKSupport apologising & asking me where I am, but this is happening everywhere. It’s not my phone either, I recently upgraded & have the same problem. 4G Icon and 3 bars of signal & I’m getting rubbish connection.

So angry with @ThreeUK right now!! Signal/data issues at Home AND work for the last 3 weeks and still no fix in sight. You can’t even handle complaints properly either. Utterly useless! Terrible customer service!!!!!!!!

@ThreeUKSupport Nope I got no reply or I wouldn’t have tweeted what I did - they have done these checks before and kept fobbing me off but this has been going on for over 5 years now that I can get little to no signal inside of my home. All they recommend the last time was to get a booster!
