  • northwineschool

@ThreeUK The GoRoam part of your service is all I am with you for, I can find a much cheaper domestic tariff elsewhere. I hope you will be honoring this for those of us stuck in a contract with you past May? Otherwise I expect to be released early

  • nathantalbot
Nathan Talbot (@nathantalbot) reported from Salford, England

@ThreeUKSupport good morning, I called on Monday to cancel a mobile broadband router contract I had had delivered on Saturday. Was told I’d get a Jiffy bag through the post to return it but haven’t received anything yet. Just keen to get the item back within 5 days as required.

  • stxylo
Stylus (@stxylo) reported from Salford, England

  • ttooffairy

@ThreeUK How is it I can get a Galaxy S20+ 5G, direct from Samsung £90 upfront, with 2 years on Three at £45/month, but as a loyal customer of 17 years, you'll charge me £1365 over 2 years, both for 30gb/month?

  • DagsJT
Darren Thomas (@DagsJT) reported from Warrington, England

Curious why @ThreeUK need me to call them to get a refund when other phone companies send you a cheque with the letter saying you’re in credit. Not very good customer service.

  • LauraHitchen
Laura Hitchen (@LauraHitchen) reported from St Helens, England

@ThreeUKSupport Yes, they discounted it by 60% but when I pay over £80 p/m for a phone that’s has barely any signal for the best part of a year I thought the least they could do would be squash it- considering the admittance of NO SIgnal therefore no service provided which I have been paying for

  • Maud_Dib_UK
Maud'Dib (@Maud_Dib_UK) reported from Warrington, England

@ThreeUK Three having a go at Instagram when their own service is a shambles.

  • harriettbusby

  • Bigglesdaf

  • waitresswoody
Kelvin Wood (@waitresswoody) reported from Manchester, England

@ThreeUK Seriously unimpressed with your Customer Service Advisors, today. Three separate calls, totalling 40 minutes in queues, and each time the advisor didn’t action my request correctly, resulting in being transferred to a dead line #poorcustomerservice

  • Jayenkai
Jayenkai [JNK] (@Jayenkai) reported from Little Lever, England

@ThreeUKSupport You'll never know how grateful I was to have that bit of contact. With Covid lockdown in full force, and no hospital visitors allowed, it was phone or nothing. I'm so glad my phone worked as expected. *distant ascii hugs*

  • jam_face
Jam Face (@jam_face) reported from Manchester, England

@ThreeUK But 4G in Manchester CC is honestly awful at times. Not reliable at all and seems to be getting worse.

  • bearded_courier
    the_bearded_courier 🇬🇧 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 (@bearded_courier) reported

And for the previous 22 days you will have charged me £9.88. How on earth does this make any sense what so ever. So now instead of keeping me as a customer I will be moving all four of these plans to another network. Seems 20+ years of loyalty means zip in the world of @ThreeUK

  • speaakwin
    My Hot Topics (@speaakwin) reported

Why the f is the @ThreeUK 4g and 5g signal so bad? 8 feel like I'm living in the 90s here. I have 5g 3/4 signal, and it's taking 45 seconds to do a basic Google search. It's a joke. I'll be switching to Lebara I think. Been with you for 23 years. Literally since I was 15.

  • SunyaSutti
UDI for The North 🐧 (@SunyaSutti) reported

Why do @ThreeUK make it impossible to contact them? First they insist on a phone numb - I'm a broadband customer ffs! When I did get past that their chat **** bot could only handle returns. After repeating myself a number of times & saying "human" loads too, it hung up!

  • longboidan
    longboidan (@longboidan) reported

@robj3d3 @ThreeUK Been roaming with o2 for 1.5 years straight so far and no issue yet 🤞

  • 4ston420
    Aston (@4ston420) reported

@skunkcityseeds @ThreeUK Exactly that! 💯 I done the same thing i tried a few different networks so far O2 has been pretty good for me but lately maybe the last month every so often still have signal troubles..

  • Ailsa56202286
    Ailsa (@Ailsa56202286) reported

Has anyone EVER been able to get through to a human when calling @ThreeUK got a problem ? Here’s a bot - problem not solved ? Hang up - go to the app? Bot - how are we accepting this as customer service ??

  • mseebach
    Martin Seebach (@mseebach) reported

@OldLondonW14 @ThreeUK If you want to be sure, get a cheap pre-paid SIM from (a provider on) the network and test it before committing to a plan.

  • stevie_builds
    stevie (@stevie_builds) reported

@robj3d3 @ThreeUK Same as what Jakey was saying. I was on Telstra (aussie), while i was in SEA. PAYG, and id still receive texts, but after 7-8 months they told me they were gonna cancel my plan because i hadnt recharged... luckily they planned to do that the day i got back, but if i just paid $30 to recharge after 7 months i guess that would have given me another 7 months...

  • stevelacey
    Steve Lacey 🔥 (@stevelacey) reported

@robj3d3 @ThreeUK Also you consider getting a Google Voice US number for actual serious things that support it, aka everything non-UK

  • AnichoBuilds
    Anis Ahmed Chohan (@AnichoBuilds) reported

@robj3d3 @ThreeUK Bruh ee never cancelled me I've been out the UK for 4 years. If you mobile supports it fastest option is get an esim install and app and register and you have number with data, SMS and calls in minutes you'll find global guys and local guys worth doing some window shopping
