@Mr_ChRiSsI_X @Garreth88h @ThreeUK If my phone doesn't have full 4G+ *and* decent mobile signal, it just doesn't work. I can be stood outside in Central Manchester and the signal is just nonexistent 🙃

  • anthony_murphy1
Anthony Murphy (@anthony_murphy1) reported from Bury, England

@ThreeUK maybe you social people can help as Tech Support couldn't. What's the difference between the 4G hub and the 4G+ hub for your home broadband? Also, why do you need a different set of masts to run the home broadband as opposed to standard phones? 🤔

  • tomwalsh77
Tom Walsh (@tomwalsh77) reported from Manchester, England

@ThreeUKSupport Been having problems with my reception, both data and voice. 3G occasionally works but 4G is really poor. I live in Lancaster but it’s also been bad in Manchester today.

  • Murphy_m13
joe murphy (@Murphy_m13) reported from Manchester, England

@ThreeUKSupport why is your 5g service absolutely dog **** all over Manchester

  • AliJRayner
Alison Rayner (@AliJRayner) reported from Bryn, England

@snudge27 @ThreeUKSupport Thanks James but it was a UK customer service rep that gave me wrong info and had me driving to a store that I didn't need to do 😞

  • jam_face
Jam Face (@jam_face) reported from Manchester, England

@ThreeUK But 4G in Manchester CC is honestly awful at times. Not reliable at all and seems to be getting worse.

  • DagsJT
Darren Thomas (@DagsJT) reported from Warrington, England

@RobTrigg3 @ThreeUK That’s not great at all. I’ve been with Three before and found they had great customer service at that time. Far better than anyone else I’ve had to deal with but I guess times change. Got the PAC in the end so will look for the cheapest PAYG tonight now.

  • JurgensTeeth
Michelle (@JurgensTeeth) reported from Walkden, England

@ThreeUK hi, is there a delay with sending out SIM cards? I got a confirmation email from you last week to say my SIM would be estimated delivery of 03/10/20. I requested my number be changed over tomorrow but it can't as I'm not in possession of the SIM. Can you help, please?

  • birdflu_7
officially Gaynor Austin 💙 (@birdflu_7) reported from Salford, England

    @ThreeUKSupport I've made 1 call , and it's gone off again , what's the problem 3 ?

  • smhrdstff
Sam Hardstaff (@smhrdstff) reported from Manchester, England

@ThreeUKSupport Hi, speeds are faster when on 4g, but still only around 4/5mbps. Noticed that when I can connect to nearest mast speeds improve, but often I'm connecting to a further away mast with a weaker signal.

  • abstractgroove
Simon Webbon (@abstractgroove) reported from Manchester, England

@ThreeUKSupport As I’ve already told you, I’ve done that and it doesn’t work. I am not using for the first time. I’ve been randomly locked out, unable to change password and unable to re register. Loads of customers having the same problem.

  • Dannymaddog
    Danny McKeown-Henshall (@Dannymaddog) reported from Whittle-le-Woods, England

@PeterBayliss @Ofcom Must be a local issue for you - I’ve been relying on @ThreeUK for broadband as my @virginmedia 100mbps fibre line has been epically slow even phone calls made on Wifi calling are bad, switch to mobile and it’s perfect 👌

  • DonaldJudge
Donald Judge (@DonaldJudge) reported from Manchester, England

I'd use @ThreeUK mobile, except here in a populous part of one of UK's most populous cities, the signal is absurdly feeble.

  • springwater2002
John A (@springwater2002) reported from Manchester, England

@ThreeUKSupport Thanks Peter, this is on my broadband router, I have now Manufacture reset it 10 times this year. It’s working well today gets the same speed as my phone. But many days over a month my phone can get 80 down the router 2 down sat on the same shelf.

  • JurgensTeeth
Michelle 💙 (@JurgensTeeth) reported from Walkden, England

@johnthecyclist @thedavidpage @ThreeUK Has this been sorted for you? I've had the exact same issue since 1st January, despite being promised 9 days ago that it would be resolved within 7 at the latest. Infuriating.

  • mikewcrowther
Michael Crowther (@mikewcrowther) reported from Manchester, England

@ThreeUK I recent moved from EE, brought my number with me. Been using it for a couple of days and now it’s reverted back to the 3 number. Can you help please

  • Mainstreamlive
    Airlim (@Mainstreamlive) reported

@coveragechecker @ThreeUK I was surprised by a lot about it, I used to work for three so I knew there were some good places but recently since they have merged the signal around my city has just dropped quite hard, I’ve reported it many times but they don’t seem to get back to me lol

  • MaxMgbrv
    M 😎🏖👣🐧 (@MaxMgbrv) reported

@ThreeUK Every time I get a spam call I’m going to send you an invoice for £5,000 for illegally selling my data Do something about all the spam calls? It’s 100% your fault - absolute shitshow for giving our numbers away to all these pieces of crap

  • AdamBat92308251
    Adam Bateman (@AdamBat92308251) reported

@UniversalExile @three Have seen @ThreeUK poor level of customer service when the sold a deal to my mother-in-law that was totally unfit for her purpose. Selling to an easily confused elderly person who is obviously not tech savvy is a awful thing to do. Hope they change and sort your problem fast.

  • CharlieMansfi17
    Charlie Halstead (@CharlieMansfi17) reported

@AndyUK_52 @coveragechecker @ThreeUK Do you mean the worst country for mobile signal?

  • Bobbyfagan1985
Bobby Im The Problem Fagan (@Bobbyfagan1985) reported

At @ThreeUK I will never use your product just because I’ve see it 2 much on @YouTube #ads

  • c_r_5
    C_R_5 (@c_r_5) reported

@ThreeUKSupport For DAYS on end now, our 3broadband getting 6mbps down (with nearly 1sec of latency) & 35mbps up Customer care been worse than a waste of time, saying it's "congestion" A) I live in isolated rural area with a total of 7 houses B) *If* congested, add capacity

  • CharlieMansfi17
    Charlie Halstead (@CharlieMansfi17) reported

@coveragechecker @AndyUK_52 @ThreeUK It’s just ridiculous. It shouldn’t be about pairing flagship phones with flagship plans. If a phone supports the network’s full capabilities, then every customer on that network—whether they’re on pay as you go or pay monthly—should have equal access to the same 5G service.

  • JurateJW
    JurateW #FBPE 🇪🇺🇪🇺🔶️💙 (@JurateJW) reported

@kokeshimum I am with @ThreeUK The worst signal ever.

  • elektramonster
    Danielle (@elektramonster) reported

@ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport this service is becoming worse, have just arrived in weybourne Norfolk and it's dead. Have to drive over half hr in any direction to get scraps of signal. Having to rely on free WiFi just to let family know we're alive! What is going on?! #three

  • leeb_com
    LeeBee 🐝 (@leeb_com) reported

@ThreeUKSupport are you experiencing signal issues in Reading? It’s been awful in areas for days, particularly at my gym in Mapledurham where it’s always strong! Yet only 1 bar 4g!
