    I’m waiting on my delivery from @ThreeUK. The guy on the phone said between 8am - 7pm. Great so waist 11 hours of my day waiting for a parcel that needs to be signed for. I didn’t get any tracking details sent and I need to go food shopping. Excellent customer care! #Three

    @MattyLeeT18 @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport Whats annoying is that they haven't even got in touch with me saying sorry or they'd like their device back, they'll get it back no problem as I don't want it juat give me a package to put it in. They have been messaged on 3 different platforms and still ignore me.

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi, speeds are faster when on 4g, but still only around 4/5mbps. Noticed that when I can connect to nearest mast speeds improve, but often I'm connecting to a further away mast with a weaker signal.

    @ThreeUKSupport joined your 4G Home Broadband service in M407LS last week. Poor speeds wherever I place my router (less than 3mbps) despite 5 bars of signal, which is considerably less than expected.

    @PeterBayliss @Ofcom Must be a local issue for you - I’ve been relying on @ThreeUK for broadband as my @virginmedia 100mbps fibre line has been epically slow even phone calls made on Wifi calling are bad, switch to mobile and it’s perfect 👌

    After being with @O2 for 20 years I left because the coverage was terrible moved to @ThreeUK stupidly signed a 2 year deal and the coverage is absolutely shocking vem worse than O2 I think you should sort your network out before trying 5g #notgettingwhatipayfor

    @ThreeUK are also the only network which doesn't offer a "charge to mobile" bar to protect against these charges. This means that children, the elderly and the vulnerable are exposed to this fraud ridden system with no means of avoidance. Utterly disgraceful!

    @ThreeUKSupport I waited 57 minutes to get through to customer service, they couldn't assist, transferred to someone else, they couldn't. Gave up, tried live chat and they appeared to have given up. All I want is the status of my order. Heard nothing. It's meant to be coming Wed.
