    @ThreeUK 5G isn’t consumer ready yet. It’s a ploy to get people on board. I’m sure all of your customers will enjoy their gigabit download speeds by a pole on the street until a gust of wind blows an empty packet of Quavers in front of the signal. 🍃

    @ThreeUK since getting our phones on Friday they al have virtually no network service and no text services despite a full reset twice by the tech team , a visit for 3 hours to a three store and a visit to the Apple store and yet the phones still don’t have service

    @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport have been to the Crewe store today and found the store manager a total waste of time disinterested in what I was asking and wouldn’t attempt to help. So I drove to Warrington store and they were most helpful. Rachel at Warrington was great.

    @ThreeUKSupport Router (5G home broadband) -- yes, restarted several time. I work in networking, I've done the basics. The connection is solid from computer to router and the router is seeing a 5G network but that 5G network doesn't seem to have outbound connectivity.

    @ThreeUK Really not impressed with your mobile broadband. Totally switching once contract is up in 2 months. Was just the same as doing it through my phone. Catchup tv doesn't work well through it.

    @goodkingjon I barely get signal with @ThreeUK at my house in the north west of England and my flatshare in London, it's shocking. There's so many remote parts of the UK that like you say rely on a landline.
