@ThreeUKSupport No it’s going to the ombudsman - they didn’t bother to try and expected me to pay £222 to terminate a contract which they broke by not providing a service.

@ThreeUKSupport Yes, they discounted it by 60% but when I pay over £80 p/m for a phone that’s has barely any signal for the best part of a year I thought the least they could do would be squash it- considering the admittance of NO SIgnal therefore no service provided which I have been paying for

@ThreeUK Hi 3. Been a loyal customer for 7 years now. However, the 4g signal in Liverpool around the Albert Docks area flats is absolutely shocking. One of the roaming dragon seagulls could transmit more data. Could you attach antennas to them so we can get data coverage

@ThreeUKSupport Yes they’ve opened my complaint and sent me a pac code. I told them I can’t pay it right now and will they bill me and then I’ll add it to my complaint , they said If unpaid it goes on my credit file. First person said signal excellent, last person said it’s terrible!

When @ThreeUK admit there’s no coverage in your area you’ve not been able to use your phone properly in months, forced to cancel your contract after a decade with the company & they STILL bill you £222 but it’s ok cos it’s 60% off. Ridiculous

@ThreeUKSupport hey 3, both me and my husband have 3G or below 90% of the day at the moment (5-6weeks now) and with @virginmedia also being down we can’t do anything, yet the network coverage says it’s fine… are there any issues in the L9 area for 4G?

I had a remarkably similar situation and it wasn't until they fixed their online signal checker that they revealed my transmitter was having work. 4 different technical support agents didn't figure this out. I did. I was forbidden from cancelling without penalty.

@ThreeUKSupport I am on a contract the manager at the three shop saw the fault said he would immediately replace it but as it was an online purchase I had to go complains online.Yes they have contacted me but no resolution in 2weeks 1 shop visit 4 phone conversations waiting for next call.

@ThreeUKSupport Contacted by 3 customer service this morning hopefully problem resolved. Its seems that alot of the staff at @ThreeUK are unaware of the UK consumer rights law when it's comes to repair and replacement of phones within 6/12 under 3 contract.

@ThreeUK I want an E-sim since I bought a new apple iphone. I tried calling your customer service, they told me they cannot issue an Esim right now. I asked them to cancel my contract since I am not able to get an esim, they told me I would be penalised with 150gbp penalty.
