    @ThreeUKSupport So now after running God knows how many checks our signal issues are still the same. Called honnor and they are willing to take the phones foe checks BUT that leaves myself and partner with no phone to use, which then will cost us more money to buy a temp phone

    @ThreeUK Walked out without getting anything sorted. Got told it’d be “another 5-10mins” on top of the 15 I already waited. All I wanted was an additional sim which would’ve taken less than 10 mins to sort out anyway. That was a very poor customer experience.

    @ThreeUK most appalling service I've ever experienced. Put on a 12 month contract without being told, waited a week for my PAC code, got my account credited yet after 4 phone calls and 3 weeks of waiting, I've been told call back tomorrow after waiting 35 minutes - disgusting!!!
