@santanderukhelp I’ve already tried that it’s been happening since august - it actually seems stable on BT Wi-fi - it’s crashing every time you click transfer etc on the @ThreeUKSupport network

  • MichelleHeymans Michelle Heymans (@MichelleHeymans) reported from Widnes, England

@ThreeUKSupport I am not techie at best of times, dont know my way around Twitter, tweets or DMs. I know I sent something a few days ago but dont know how or where to find it to see if you have responded yet as I've lost the plot with your live chat or call centre. Help somehow..

  • chrisdavidwill1 Christopher Williams (@chrisdavidwill1) reported from Birkenhead, England

Please RT far & wide. I was recently sold a new upgrade to my phone by @ThreeUK I changed my mind and decided I wanted to buy the phone outright. The phone has not been taken out of the box. I made the upgrade on Saturday and @ThreeUK have refused to cancel the upgrade. Avoid 3.

  • LifeTraveller77 Al-Scousio del Chiellini* 🟨🟥 🇮🇹 (@LifeTraveller77) reported from Liverpool, England

@ThreeUK Hi 3. Been a loyal customer for 7 years now. However, the 4g signal in Liverpool around the Albert Docks area flats is absolutely shocking. One of the roaming dragon seagulls could transmit more data. Could you attach antennas to them so we can get data coverage

  • drlornayoung Lorna Young (@drlornayoung) reported from Liverpool, England

Having a problem with my phone again @ThreeUKSupport - callers just get “call failed” thanks

  • charl_middo Charlotte (@charl_middo) reported from Birkenhead, England

@ThreeUKSupport are there any broadband issues in the CH62 postcode? Because my 4G hub has lost signal (again)? Literally happening every week now.

  • charl_middo Charlotte (@charl_middo) reported from Liverpool, England

@ThreeUKSupport hey 3, both me and my husband have 3G or below 90% of the day at the moment (5-6weeks now) and with @virginmedia also being down we can’t do anything, yet the network coverage says it’s fine… are there any issues in the L9 area for 4G?

  • Sefton3Peaks Louise Williams (@Sefton3Peaks) reported from Seaforth, England

@ThreeUK Please can someone provide help to my parents. Three of your colleagues so far have not! Spent over 2 hours now trying to resolve their issue! Really poor! 😡

  • LauraHitchen Laura Hitchen (@LauraHitchen) reported from St Helens, England

@ThreeUKSupport Yes they’ve opened my complaint and sent me a pac code. I told them I can’t pay it right now and will they bill me and then I’ll add it to my complaint , they said If unpaid it goes on my credit file. First person said signal excellent, last person said it’s terrible!

  • LauraHitchen Laura Hitchen (@LauraHitchen) reported from St Helens, England

@ThreeUKSupport Yes, they discounted it by 60% but when I pay over £80 p/m for a phone that’s has barely any signal for the best part of a year I thought the least they could do would be squash it- considering the admittance of NO SIgnal therefore no service provided which I have been paying for

  • LauraHitchen Laura Hitchen (@LauraHitchen) reported from St Helens, England

When @ThreeUK admit there’s no coverage in your area you’ve not been able to use your phone properly in months, forced to cancel your contract after a decade with the company & they STILL bill you £222 but it’s ok cos it’s 60% off. Ridiculous

  • drlornayoung Lorna Young (@drlornayoung) reported from Liverpool, England

@ThreeUK hello! People are not able to contact me, saying my number is incorrect! Can you help?

  • christesla Chris Danks (@christesla) reported from Birkenhead, England

@ThreeUKSupport I have 5G home broadband. We get amazing 650mbps download but 10mbps upload, is there anything support can do to our account to increase upload even if it reduces the download speed?

  • redams66 Alridge Prior (@redams66) reported from Seaforth, England

@ThreeUK Plastic network for the plastic fans.

  • christesla Chris Danks (@christesla) reported from Birkenhead, England

  • LauraHitchen Laura Hitchen (@LauraHitchen) reported from St Helens, England

@ThreeUKSupport No it’s going to the ombudsman - they didn’t bother to try and expected me to pay £222 to terminate a contract which they broke by not providing a service.

  • johnthecyclist John Hemmings (@johnthecyclist) reported from Birkenhead, England

@JurgensTeeth @thedavidpage @ThreeUK I've been told via a chat on the app, for my area seven days to be completed, I won't hold my breath! That information wasn't to forthcoming, they seem to be trying to blame your phone or apps rather than the problem being theirs.

  • MichelleHeymans Michelle Heymans (@MichelleHeymans) reported from Widnes, England

@ThreeUK is it really too much to expect to be able to make and receive phone calls or use my data when in a town centre. Bad enough I now struggle at home after several trouble free years with you. Online chat's a joke and call centre a farce. Only struggled since contract renew

3 (Three) Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • Shahiduk814 Shahid (@Shahiduk814) reported

@ThreeUKSupport There is no service in my area ever time I call they say let’s try this if it doesn’t work we will cancel the contract. And now when I have done everything they want money for the whole year .

  • londonmacgroup LondonMacUserGroup (@londonmacgroup) reported

@jamesbrobinson @OliverJHaslam @ThreeUKSupport This is interesting as we haven’t seen this at all! Works fine on “3’s 5G network”

  • MelonieIsaacs Melonie Isaacs (@MelonieIsaacs) reported

@ThreeUK Your service is very misleading and being offered a new deal with no upfront cost because my handset is faulty was great until I was hit with my end of contract amount even after I had explicitly told the advisor that I could not afford ANY upfront fee! Angry customer!

  • richardireland Richard Ireland (@richardireland) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Nothing has helped. The call centre idiots don't help. You have accepted a fraudulent order on my account more easily than you will accept a termination request. So you enable fraudsters and breach legitimate customer rights? That's a good look

  • UkKashmiri PTI Tehsil Kotli AJK (@UkKashmiri) reported

@ThreeUK I upgraded my 2 contracts and got good deals but later they sent me 3 contract letters with completely diffrent deals. Then i did complain Ref 30899734 but they also tried to help colleagues. I have all conversations recordings. They all liars and waste of time.

  • SarahThom29 Sarah Thomas (@SarahThom29) reported

Absolutely disgusted with @ThreeUK. Your rules and regs are unethical and completely disregard people's confidentiality, dignity and respect. You really do want to rethink how a) your shops treat people and b) how to deal with this covid situation. Shocking!

  • Squeak1878 Squeak Cornwall... (@Squeak1878) reported

@MrJoeRobinson @ThreeUK @EE ******* that is cheap, you was that with?

  • KatieLouGordon 𝔎𝔞𝔱𝔦𝔢 (@KatieLouGordon) reported

@ThreeUKSupport I've got insurance with three which comes with free screen repairs but can't find anything online with how to organise this can someone help please my screen is in tatters

  • JustTottenham Just Tottenham News (@JustTottenham) reported

@MeerSaid2 @SAnderson78uk I've been with @ThreeUK several years & never thought of switching, coverage good, customer service excellent & some brilliant deals. No problems using abroad either.

  • richardireland Richard Ireland (@richardireland) reported

@ThreeUKSupport What's the point? I just want to end service and leave. I am out of contract. Your 'systems' won't let me which seems to breach my consumer rights
