@EE @ThreeUK Advised of this on the phone earlier. I’m being told different information, or not being told it at all. For a company the size of @EE I’d expect basic customer service. Hugely disappointing.

@ThreeUK My Phone is supposed to have 4G but for the past 6 weeks or more it has only had 2G I have checked the coverage checker an it says that work is being done in my local area to fix and that it should be fixed By today’s date 29/06/19 which it isn’t any chance you can help

@EE @ThreeUK I received my EE last Thursday, I completed the PAC form to bring my number to EE around 17:25, it was with you before the 17:30 cut off. I called you on Friday, said I wanted to leave due to poor coverage and you said PAC wouldn’t be processed until today for some reason.

@ThreeUK since getting our phones on Friday they al have virtually no network service and no text services despite a full reset twice by the tech team , a visit for 3 hours to a three store and a visit to the Apple store and yet the phones still don’t have service

@ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport have been to the Crewe store today and found the store manager a total waste of time disinterested in what I was asking and wouldn’t attempt to help. So I drove to Warrington store and they were most helpful. Rachel at Warrington was great.

@ThreeUKSupport I need a little help with my bill. Iv recently paid my direct debit which was taken on the wrong date (I changed it a month ago) I now have a bill for the correct date which seems to have a full months charges on again so I’ll have paid 2 months in space of 5 days

@ThreeUKSupport Home Fi not working since Tue. Every few hours the internet completely kicks out. “There’s an issue that will be sorted soon.” When is soon? Also have mobile three and run out of GB allowance using hotspot to be able to work. How are you compensating this? 😡

@ThreeUKSupport Yeah - iPhone se 2020 64gb, 4gb download unlimited calls and texts. Meant to come with free beats flex for £27 pm. No beats and I’m still being charged £27! Come on, for a customer of 11 yrs surely you can do better than this!

@ThreeUKSupport - I've been having issues with my 5g/4g broadband ( London E1) since the beginning of the week, I've restarted my router multiple times, I'm seeing my Wi-Fi, but no internet. I'm seeing similar reports, I'm currently having to use my mobile data.
